I just started a new cycle after being on 75mgs of test a week for a while. This one consists of 280 test cyp, 180 tren ace, 50mg anavar and 50mg proviron all ZPHC from.domestic supply. My heart belongs to para pharma but I had a chance to grab this and I went for it. Right now I'm weighing between 196-198lbs. I'm gonna run this for 4 months. I turn 40 in July, so it'll be perfect timing for that.

Today's physique and leg day training. I do everything in the 10-20 reps range because for me if yoy want quality muscle and strength that's the rep range that hits the sweet spot.

4 sets close stance squats. 2 sets 365lbs /10. 2 sets 315lbs/15

4 sets 225lb barbell split squats 8-10 reps

5 sets 6 plates each side close stance feet half off the sled leg press 12-15 reps.

5 sets 75lb RDLS 10- 15 reps.

Day 10. Weighing around 200-202lbs wake up weight. So far so good. Sleep has been to my surprise awesome, aggression is definitely kicking in, which I love. During the week I'm still waking up at 2:00am to train and it's been a good as it could be

Today was back day and I was able to sleep I'm get a nice meal in before training so I can smoke back. I'll be logging more of my meals this time around, I'm still playing around with a few things to see where my sweet spot is as far a macros go. Stay tunes. This is gonna be an epic road to 40yrs old come July

abs are tight AF bro and you hella strong
 
dump the Belt on some of these lifts

you are making your core very weak by using a belt all the time
 
yeah you won't catch me using a belt routinely. very rare will i use one
 
you're pushing some good weights for sure

the compound movements are the bread and butter.

TRT is fine you should always do TRT and HGH. :D

@Napa1020 Bros Napa. these are good workouts. you seem to like training and pushing your body. just make sure you warming up and stretching too you seem like the type to over do things without maintenance on body

@Napa1020 That's a pretty simple workout. I'm really surprised.
Most of your other workouts are much more volume. But you're showing that you don't have to do crazy volume to still get good results.

@Napa1020 One thing I will recommend it for you to do is a deloading week/month. that will really help you and help your joints. I notice you wear a lot of things like straps and belts and stuff like that. Train raw at less weight.

@Napa1020 Make sure that you're warming up and working on your mobility and flexibility especially when you're hitting those shoulders like that. I tore my shoulder because I did not.
