Its been 3 weeks and 2 days on cycle As always, everything is moving insane and in the right direction. Bodyweight is around 207lbs. In about another week, I'm gonna real try and push a 3 month cut.

Incline barbell 225lbs/17 reps
275lbs/5

Deads 4 sets 331lbs/10
4 sets chest supported dumbell rows with the 70lb dumbells
4 sets 245lbs barbell rows
5 sets 75lb Meadows rows.
@Napa1020 make sure you are deloading. you are pushing some big weight. It, you don't want to end up injured.

@Napa1020 bro i know. i can tell you did. all that tension build up in the shoulders never goes away. can always tell when people struggling through something. it either shows up in the stomach or shoulders as tension. the shoulders? thats prison

@Napa1020 Make sure that you're warming up and working on your mobility and flexibility especially when you're hitting those shoulders like that. I tore my shoulder because I did not.

@Napa1020 Bros. Make sure you're not using a belt on every Lift, You weaken your core when you do that.
