After a long layoff and a rough cut (dropped 12kg – some good, some not-so-good), I’m back in the trenches. Leaner for sure, but also feeling a bit flat and small. Figured it's time to bounce back with a solid Test/Mast cycle to harden up and rebuild what was lost – properly this time.

- Sustanon: 437.5mg/week
- Masteron Enanthate: 350mg/week
- Duration: 16 weeks (not set in stone, may extend if health markers are acceptable)
- Injection Schedule: EOD

Background:
The last few months have been focused on stripping fat and fixing biomarkers. I had a ~3 week period where I ate very little due to a breakup, lost around 5kg in that time, definitely a fair bit of size gone. This is my 3rd cycle, hoping to fill out, gain size and stay relatively lean on moderate dosages. The goals for this cycle is to bring up my biceps, triceps and quads.Supps:

Diet:
- ~3,300 kcal/day to start (slight surplus)
- High protein (~210g), moderate carbs (~400g), fats ~100g
- Clean foods, mostly whole – no junk
- Cheat meal once per week max
