After a long layoff and a rough cut (dropped 12kg – some good, some not-so-good), I’m back in the trenches. Leaner for sure, but also feeling a bit flat and small. Figured it's time to bounce back with a solid Test/Mast cycle to harden up and rebuild what was lost – properly this time.

Cycle Plan:

  • Sustanon: 437.5mg/week
  • Masteron Enanthate: 350mg/week
  • Duration: 16 weeks (not set in stone, may extend if health markers are acceptable)
  • Injection Schedule: EOD
Currently running some old Shelby gear, will likely change to another supplier later in the cycle. Considering adding in an oral somewhere along the cycle, perhaps towards the end to milk some extra gains.

  • Weight: 82kg (down from 94kg)
  • BF%: Estimate ~12%
  • Age: 21

Training 6x weekly, cardio 30 mins 4x weekly

Background:

@fat slag Bro, it's good to have you on here. This is a great opening to the log. I would do the cycle 12 weeks, but that's just me.
 
Great start on your log, will come up nicely with some strict training, dieting and ped use.

I would be switching to test e once your sust runs out. Make sure you've got some aromasin on hand incase of e2 build up.

Get bloods done at 4 weeks so you know if you need to add an AI, plus will help to check other health markers.

If everything looks good you could add some var or low dose anadrol towards the end of your cycle

Cheers bro. I got a fair bit of shelby's sust lying around since I got a bulk deal on it, would rather be using test E but EOD injections aren't too big of a hassle. No PCT, am on prescribed TRT regardless so I'll just be dropping down to a cruise. Anadrol sounds tempting again though, will look at bloods further down the line and decide off that.

I had a ~3 week period where I ate very little due to a breakup, lost around 5kg in that time, definitely a fair bit of size gone. This is my 3rd cycle, hoping to fill out, gain size and stay relatively lean on moderate dosages. The goals for this cycle is to bring up my biceps, triceps and quads.


Supps:

  • Creatine 5g
  • Fish Oil 4.5g
  • Zinc 25mg
  • Multivitamin
  • Vit D3 10000iu
  • Digestive Enzymes 800mg
  • Magnesium Glycinate 500mg

Diet:

  • ~3,300 kcal/day to start (slight surplus)
  • High protein (~210g), moderate carbs (~400g), fats ~100g
  • Clean foods, mostly whole – no junk
  • Cheat meal once per week max

Calories will be increased more as the cycle goes on.

Training feeling amazing, been doing lower volume as my schedule is packed between uni and 2 jobs. Calories increased by 200 to 3500, 200p 450c 90f. Weight up 4kg (86.5kg,) looking just as lean and seeing amazing size increases. Will post a proper update soon
