Hi everybody, I have been invited to run a log by the good squids at KAOS Anabolics.

Feeling way outside of my comfort zone doing this, but as I prepare to head into a cut I believe it may help keep me a bit more accountable with my actions.

Current stats:

Height - 178cm
Weight - 96.0kg

Currently coming towards the end of a growth phase, no pre determined end date. Leaving that decision up to the professionals. Taking it week by week at the moment.

I am currently the heaviest I have ever been… but with way better composition.

@LevButlerov I think the insulin will be reduced / dropped once the calories start dropping. No ai’s on hand… I like to live dangerously. I honestly have never had a need for them. I have only ever gotten spicy nipples on one occasion when I smashed 1500mg of Test E before heading overseas for a fortnight.

@BodyMonster34 only red meat here is 100% Aussie beef…. I’d say it’s the best beef in the world… but I don’t want to make the ‘trade war’ worse than it already is 😩

live dangerous is one thing, but having actual long term damage from high estrogen is another, no need for that. LOL! at your pic.
 
You make a valid point, I am due (overdue) for some bloodwork. Might be worth a discussion with the coach depending on results.
Even if you got full bloodwork, there is no way to know estrogen damage to your brain as an exmaple.

Solid start, good initial motivation…. but I’m betting there is a lot of fluid in those drops. Might see things slow down a bit this week.

This weeks tweaks to the regime are

- 2895 calories (down from 3140)

230P / 325C / 75F

Cardio:

- 1 x 60minutes LISS (Stayed the same)

Supplements:

Have now added 0.5ml Kaizen from @Driven-Nutrition on training days.

Alright, a little progress update. Checked in at 93.3kg on Saturday the 17th of May. A nice little 1kg drop for the week, but that was the lowest scale weight I have seen for the week by 400g so I feel it’s a little bit of an anomaly….. but I’ll take it.

We knew in advance that this current week may have some obstacles in regards to getting all of my sessions in, so we (the coach) dropped calories a smidge just in case I fell short.

Meals are BB style, I like that, what do you think your macros are? I see around 200 range seems you can go higher. You posted 230 but I think its more like 210-220 maybe, did you have a shake in there? @FullRetard

Yup, one shake in there post workout. 40g Rule 1 WPI. Using MFP for macros, never matches up exactly with prescribed intake in Kahuna but I use the grams of each macro from the daily intake over the total calories.
