Food poisoning? get some activated charcoal take 3x the dose and add more probiotics digestive enzymes and psyllium husk high dose.

Fasting will be at 30 hours tonight after work.. Planning to hit 1 big meal tonight.

Post after tonight..
Add on:
Cardio 25 minutes Burpees / run in place..
Listening to Roy Jones can't be touched on repeat!

When my son's were playing football we'd play the "Roy Jones cant be touched" jam and pump everyone up!
I think it was more for the father's! Lol
Good times.. Now it's a motivator for night cardio.

Blueberries
Macadamia nuts


Late night routine @11:00 pm
Cardio 25 minutes Burpees /run in place

Definitely a rip off!
Front wheel drives are harder to remove because of the smaller work area, trans-axle are one piece and having to support the the engine when removing the trans.
For that price you're in the highest end price for replacement of the entire trans.

35lb rear lateral raises incline to failure
15 lb dumbells sitting incline bench skull crushers to failure 2 sets
Sitting same weight Hammers 2 sets to failure
Straight into 35minutes of cardio /Burpees

Going for 1 big meal maybe 2??
Running about 25 hour's fasted
