Approved Log First Cycle Sustanon 250 Log

Got blood results, below all the schedule since the beginning of the journey

I pulled blood in november after on cycle of LGD, then off till january; in March I was already 2 month into Sustanon, So I have to say that in january I should have recovered a bit into FSH / LH;
It looks like I'm back to the value of November, with Higher Test value now (it will drop again I know, let's see in november / december what will be the final result) ; I have to keep on with PCT and wait till next year for next bomb.

Weight around 82/83 kg

Overall Mood is OK!
No strenght loss feeling
Actually on PCT, last blood pull is 2 week off last pin.
Currently 50 mg clomid, 40 nolva + N2 Guard and Carda

Yesterday wod, just because I see you bros like my training:

Hi All
pulled blood this morning, now fully into PCT.
Yesterday morning big training session, nothing wrong with weights and performance

WOD:
Team of 3 athletes, Split the reps between athletes as you wish
4 rounds
90 burpees
60 bar muscle ups
30 clean and jerk 80 kg
Time Cap 45 - finished in 42

I had to reduce muscle ups because i'm not so strong at the bar.
The total amount was 80 per athlete, I did 45... I will never be an elite athlete ;)

hi bro, I'm on the first week of clomid and nolva.
I did two weeks of stop pinning then started with clomid and nolva, following the PCT guide.
You still have Testosterone in your system in that case.
 
Yesterday workout and overall impressions I'm having

Team x 2 athletes
1 round each
(20 double unders - 3 hang power clean kg 70)x8
(15 double unders - 3 hang power clean kg 80)x8
(10 double unders - 3 hang power clean kg 90)x8
CAP 36'

No one in the gym, even the big boys have completed.

For me, it was all OK till 90 kg; I switched to single unders at 80 kg since ok conditioning, but I didn't really want to go under a heavy bar with such a high hearth rate...

At 90 kg, I did the first round, them some squat clean for the second block since my knees started singing.

Overall impression, the cycle gave me a huge grip strenght, and much more leg strenght which I needed.
Also oxygenation is impressive, I have the ability to recover faster in between sets.

In my discipline, if you have great grip strenght, good leg drive and core stability, you do 70% of the game.
Grip strenght allows you to manage heavy bar effortless and to hang yourself at the pull up bar easily, even during weightlifing sets.

The barbell feels smooth now, engaging legs quickly, and also pushing session with jerks now are way easier than before.

Since I don't hit PRs that much during my sessions, my main goal is to handle RX weight as easy as I can
I was already able to move above weights, but not in this intensity, my goal is to mantain this kind of new "power".

I will keep this posted for the next weeks, in order to spot any decrease during PCT

At the moment I don't notice any strenght / performance loss.
Weight still around 82/83 kg
I had some moodiness during the weekend, but it's part of the game, and yesterday I was as happy as before.
Team x 2 athletes
Player 1 --> 12 american swing (kettlebell 32 kg)
Player 2 -->9 handstand pushups
Player 1 --> 6 devil press (1 dummbell 22.5 kg)
Player 2 --> MAX REP THRUSTER 60 KG unbroken.
AND SWITCH
Goal was 150 or more rep... we sat at 100; 60 kg is a lot for me, I could do 6 to 8 reps per round, some guys did even 15 or 20 in a round :S
Anyhow, no fatigue, no doms, no problems, just bad joints as usual.
