Update
Pee went ok, no problem at all.
I'm arount week 10, I have switched to sus 500 (2 shots x 0.5 x week) since I have finished the 250 bottle
Things are going ok, weights to the roof, boner regular with my gf (she says I'm an animal now...)
Obviously, in my box there are people supposed to be natural which are stronger than me, but that's part of the game.
At the moment, my partner is a bear of 110 kg (I'm 84), he is stronger than me but we can workout in pair perfectly.
This week I was able to do:
WOD 1
Team for 2
20 rounds (1 round each) - 12 bench press 60 kg + 12 pull ups INTO 30 devil press (2 dumbbells 22,5 kg) - TIME 33 min.
Keep in mind that last year I struggled to do it with 50 kg
WOD 2
Team for 2
25 cal (row or bike)
8 power clean (90kg)
40 air squat sincro
WOD 3
team for 2
6 rounds
(5 minutes on - 2 off)
30 cals (15 each)
20 muscle ups (10 each) (ok, this has been scaled, muscle ups are very hard, I did 8 - 6 reps)
In remaining time
3 squat clean 80 kg (while partner is on handstand) and switch (las year I did this with 70 kg and it was heavy)
I have decided to keep on for another 4/5 weeks since I'm feeling more than ok.
