Not much to report this time, Lost week unfortunately, stuck 350 km from home for 3 days due to broken car. No gym and average food. Long drive and shitty bed and pillow reignited my neck issues. Got massage and deep needling on Saturday and feel better already.

Starting gym and new Diet tomorrow. Also jumping on 50mg of Anavar and continue with 2 IU of HGH.

Meal 1:
300 grams Greek yogurt with 100 grams museli and 100 grams mixed berries
Meal 2:
2 scoops wpi with water
Meal 3:
300 grams beef mince with 150 grams rice and salad of your choice
Meal 4:
300 grams salmon with 150 grams potatoes and veggies of your choice
