A bit of cardio here and there but nothing too crazy. This weekend cardio was hunting trip. Killed my legs and push my stamina to the limits. Got 70kg boar

Did they say what was wrong with it?
Rear diff had enough after 9 years and 160,000km. V8 in the Jeep Wrangler pushing 280 HP at the 35" tires doesn't help Diff life

i'm a fisherman and it would break my heart to kill a fish and have to toss it. its actually illegal to do that with hunting or fishing and its called 'wanton waste'

I am with you here, don't like to waste meat or fish, I take it all most of the time. However, pigs are pests that must be destroyed by law and also they carry serious diseases that can put you out of action for long time or even kill you. Need to be really careful.
Deer and kangaroos - no problems.

I have pics in my log. right now its pompano and spanish mackerel where i live.

those are my favorites to eat. i use the scraps and not so good tasting fish to feed the homeless cats in my neighborhood.

but the fishing has been horrible this season. likely because of the warming oceans and all the sand dumping they are doing off the coast to bring in tourists and expand the beaches.
 
Looking good on the physique. Can tell you've leaned out a little bit.
