update
Due to High E2, I got 1 mg of Ari on thursday and felt weak and shit till Sunday, I suppose because of the E2 reduction.
Hence, I took on Sunday evening 0.25 and things got better, this morning mood was very high!

As you can see it is a total body routine with cardio, metcon, strenght, gymnastic and powerlifting, if you don't know movement name, you can aks or google it easily.
Before cycle, I was already able to handle such volume, but now I can do it with heavier weight and no DOMS the day after.
Just bone / tendon is holding me a bit since I passed through back hernia and cartilage issue in one of my knees.
Things are ok now, I almost recovered / adapted.

Is this something to worry about? I almost drink 2 liters of water per day and I'm on 0.25 AI every 2/3 days
