37 years old.
Training consistently since 6 years, 83 kg x 185 cm (Crossfit)
I did 1 month Sust 350 + 1 week at 500 (source PSL)
I got very high E2 hence yesterday I started with 1 mg AI (2/3 x week)
No sides at all (no gyno, no acne, no libido lack, no ED, just a little red cheecks after workout)
I will test again maybe in 2/3 weeks and at the end of PCT
below pre cycle blood and 1 month after results, glad to hear your comments

Without the ranges for bloods this is not very useful.
 
so if i 'm reading this right you did 5 weeks of sustanon? sustanon does not even reach peak levels in the body for 7-9 weeks.

it should be ran minimum 15-20 weeks and is more geared towards TRT. it was designed for TRT, not for short cycles.

the problem is not only it takes a long time to reach peak, but it will also take a long time to be out of your system. so you will run into pct issues cause you will likely run your pct to short.

I was just wondering if my value are normal or not during this cycle. Then 2 weeks stop then PCT

This is the blood I got, do you suggest getting other value tested?
I do crossfit so it's almost always cardio + olympic + strenght conditioning.
No supps added to the diet
PSL sustanon as gear
Typical day meals
240 white egga with oaks
2 pancakes with syrup

200 g pasta + cottage

200 g pasta + 200 g meat and veggies

Protein bar + greek yogurt
1 protein shacke

Meat/fish 300 g + protein shake

Got 4 kg in one month of sustanon, no water, same bf as before.

To me its working, just worried a bit about estrogens hence Im taking ari

That's not necessarily true. We don't know what labs he used in what country. Values could be different.
Also, he asked a question, we shouldn't have to spend time doing research to answer it.
 
Make sure you get all your information up, man. We need to see your pictures. We need to get a sense of where you're coming from.
 
When it comes to PCT timing,

it's important to get blood work done a full month or two after you're done with it.
 
I would wait at least 2 months to your end of your PCT to get blood work up.

You want to make sure your hormonal levels are back balanced.

Actually, I was planning to have a second cycle for the summer ( I have test and deca) but as far as I understood, it's better to ride this cycle and then wait for the next year. I have another bottle of sus 500 so I will ride it longer, do proper pct, wait 2 moths, get blood and then holiday break How many weeks in total do you suggest for SUS?

Thanks for putting up your diet.. Not seeing much in the way of fruits or vegetables. That's one of the things you should clean up. Unless you're following just a carnivore diet.

Lights don't help of course, anyhow 84 kg x 1.85 - 10/12-13 % body fat at the moment
You look awesome, I like the abs very lean about 10-12% give or take. Good chest but we can work on your arms for sure.

Due to High E2, I got 1 mg of Ari on thursday and felt weak and shit till Sunday, I suppose because of the E2 reduction.
Hence, I took on Sunday evening 0.25 and things got better, this morning mood was very high!

Now a view of my weekly training routine

As you can see it is a total body routine with cardio, metcon, strenght, gymnastic and powerlifting, if you don't know movement name, you can aks or google it easily.

Before cycle, I was already able to handle such volume, but now I can do it with heavier weight and no DOMS the day after.
Just bone / tendon is holding me a bit since I passed through back hernia and cartilage issue in one of my knees.
Things are ok now, I almost recovered / adapted.

Wrap or strap it - esp on the heavy sets

Still early in this long so you have a lot of improvement to go. I would like to see you putting more lean mass on
 
Might be time to increase the protein as well. Maybe cut out the yogurt and the Juice drinks.
 
You can add some raw nuts and things like beans and peas if you can digest them.

Work on some stomach vacuuming, you have a nice tight waist genetically so take advantage of that.

today I peed a lot, like 6/7 times from 5.30 am to 5.30 PM
Is this something to worry about? I almost drink 2 liters of water per day and I'm on 0.25 AI every 2/3 days

I added Saw Palmetto supplement
Tonight I will take also ibuprofene to see if it helps with minor inflammation
I will also lower sustanon, from 500 to 350 then taper to 250 per week till the end of the cycle
Any thoughts?

Pee went ok, no problem at all.
I'm arount week 10, I have switched to sus 500 (2 shots x 0.5 x week) since I have finished the 250 bottle
Things are going ok, weights to the roof, boner regular with my gf (she says I'm an animal now...)

Obviously, in my box there are people supposed to be natural which are stronger than me, but that's part of the game.
At the moment, my partner is a bear of 110 kg (I'm 84), he is stronger than me but we can workout in pair perfectly.

This week I was able to do:
WOD 1
Team for 2
20 rounds (1 round each) - 12 bench press 60 kg + 12 pull ups INTO 30 devil press (2 dumbbells 22,5 kg) - TIME 33 min.
Keep in mind that last year I struggled to do it with 50 kg

WOD 2
Team for 2
25 cal (row or bike)
8 power clean (90kg)
40 air squat sincro

WOD 3
team for 2
6 rounds
(5 minutes on - 2 off)
30 cals (15 each)
20 muscle ups (10 each) (ok, this has been scaled, muscle ups are very hard, I did 8 - 6 reps)
In remaining time
3 squat clean 80 kg (while partner is on handstand) and switch (las year I did this with 70 kg and it was heavy)

I have decided to keep on for another 4/5 weeks since I'm feeling more than ok.

Below a little update.
Friends who sees me regularly half naked finally said I got big and started asking how...

I will wait 2 weeks in order to clean up Esters, I will start PCT and then wait again 2 weeks for bloods.
Do you have any suggestion regarding Nolva and clomid dosage / cycle lenght?
Actually I feel ok, I have no erection issues, maybe mimimal shrink but this was also before cycling, I guess I'm prone to that (shown by bloods pre cycle).

Why do you need PCT have you considered self TRT?
 
Yes, but I would try to recover first and see if my body allows it. Personally I don't like the idea of being lifetime on medication.
But I will consider this option in future
That's not medication. And eventually you'll need to be on TRT no matter what.

I'm purchasing stuff for PCT whic I was missing, following this guide:

I already have Nolva and Clomid, and some cardarine / ostarine leftovers;
I bought HC gen from an european supplier since the USA one had very expensive shipment costs.
Then I was wondering:
Do I really need 7 caps per day of N2Guard? Why so many pills?
Then, why AI during PCT on top of nolva?

I already have Nolva and Clomid, and some cardarine / ostarine leftovers;
I bought HC gen from an european supplier since the USA one had very expensive shipment costs.
Then I was wondering:
Do I really need 7 caps per day of N2Guard? Why so many pills?
Then, why AI during PCT on top of nolva?

@Simoneme if you want organ liver support you should take n2guard to detox your liver and kidneys but you can start with 5 caps. If you want full dose its a lot of mgs and that takes a lot of capsules, you follow?

In my life, I have always been weaker than other guys and with less attitude to sports in general; On cycle this changed dramatically, and now I'm strong like other people, and even more.
Anyhow, bloods says I was in range, the values are min 12,30 - max 46,60
It was taken in november, 2 months before the cycle, 1 month off mild Sarm cycle.
They also say that my sport tends to lower testo a bit due to overtraining and fatigue.
Let's see after the cycle and PCT, I will do blood again and hopefully the base level will be better...

I think anyhow I'm very sensitive to AI. I'm using PSL stuff, and I'm taking 0.25 ARI EOD; this caused a bit of headache yesterday with low mood, but today is fixed.
I think I will stick to this dosage or even less during the first week as you suggested.

@Simoneme in a "pct" style scenario you'll have mood shifts. please remind me when is your last blood work?

You you might be ok 6 weeks ago, you should consider doing bloods next week. So you dont have to guess on E2 levels.

Btw, saturday I got an eco to my chest, it looks like I have glands to be removed, around 3 cm x 8 mm both sides.
I'm waiting surgeon analysis, luckily a friend of mine is a plastic surgeon hence she will advise for the best solution. She is also involved in my same sport activity so she knows my routine and will advise regarding recovering time & when I will be back in full throttle at the gym. Being honest, my hestetic doesn't bother me that much, but I fear that it could get worse and why not reducing nipple size could be anyhow an hestetic improvement and prevention as well.

It used to be 118, now reduced to 70.
Considering high testo level, Which is 20 time my normal levl, I assumes that having e2 double than the usual level was ok... anyhow I have arimidex but as I told you 0.25 eod caused crash, hence Im taking 0.10 eo2D almost now

70 is good if you compare to 118 but still high. @Simoneme
You assume WRONG, if you have double estrogen you can cause organ and brain damage long term.
You need to start using more arimidex, can you get aromasin?

I'm increasing dosage now to 0.5 EOD, I still fear to crash down again like past week.
Unfortunately I can't post every day food log,
I'm on a caloric surplus / eating clean, my activity requires many calories since I burn a lot with cardio / endurance stuff.
Btw, now I'm + 5 kg since the beginning, weight to the roof but my joint started soring a lot.
I'm taking Omega and magnesium + multivitaminic stuff (zinc ecc). I believe that +5 kg is a lot of weight to be handled and my muscle grew more than my tendons, hence now I'm slowing back a little especially in squat movements. I don't use machines, just heavy loaded barebells / dumbells / kettlebells.
Next week I will have a check up with my fisio, last friday I managed to get some diclofenac injectable and some rest days during the weekend, let's see.
I have the gyno check up on 27th of May, maybe I will open a tread also for this if anyone is interested, I believe I can do this, let's see what the doctor says.

Post the foods you can and macros, would be good to see what you're doing. @Simoneme

Crashing E2 is better than having spiked e2, much better.

Why dont you post a pic of your gyno now?
