Oh ya I don't even bother lol. She eats good for the most part but has no issue with bad snacks. I always have my own stuff ready to go when I'm hungry and do love to grill. I'm Canada we grill in the snow, the rain, the dark, doesn't matter haha.

Good ol' Nicky. He was a beast of a goalie. Euro and French Canadians are always the best goalies. Something has to be wrong in your head to want to block 100mph hockey pucks lol.

Ya here in Toronto we're a lot like the Oilers. Tons of firepower but a really hot and cold goalie situation. In the playoffs you can't win without a solid goalie and that's a fact. Remember Giguere won Anaheim the cup literally by himself. Never seen anything like it. Too bad consistent goalies are few and far between and always in demand

yeah my team is actually the red wings. and they have sucked for years. i thought that yzerman guy was supposed to come in and fix them but he is making dumb moves, they suck every year. and I like the Rangers too but they aren't so good right now. i don't follow it too close but i liked the rangers when they had gretsky

We got Stevey Y's right hand man to fix Toronto these last few years. Shannahan just got fired cuz the team still sux lol.

You guys did have a dynasty when I was young. I hated the wing cuz we played them a lot but they were an incredible team during those years.

Long day at work, but it was a rest and cardio day so perfect timing. Hit the treadmill to walk and run and got my steps up to 12K. It's been a little while since I hit 12K steps which I think may have been hurting my recovery. I'm well recovered today I think that's due to my cardio work. Need to stop skipping cardio when I'm exhausted and just power through cuz it's good for my body I think.

Ate pretty shitty last night. My wife wanted to order in from the BBQ spot so I got some Brisket and fries. They don't have any veg or rice options. Atleast the fries are homemade and good, but I think the high amount of salt is making my skin dry and body hold water today. Salt restaurant food tends to do that to me.

panthers have 17M cap but they need defense and have 3 big FA's.. marchand, bennett and ekblad, plus they need a backup goalie. Bob is getting old, if he gets any injury their season is sunk..
they cheated though taking advantage of that NHL IR rule of using cap for other players in season. allowed them to get marchand and seth jones.. the bruins should be ashamed of themselves of all the teams they could have traded him to, they trade them to the panthers just to screw over the lightning and leafs on purpose

The Bruins will regret that trade for years to come. All these teams are circumventing the cap with the IR stuff. Edmonton is being investigated about it right now. Hopefully they address that in the next CBA agreement because more and more teams will start doing it.

I bet today is @BodyMonster34 favorite day in my log lol.

The working warm up sets and drop sets are changing my training in a very good way. Hopefully I can maintain this intensity for the entire training cycle.

Had a consult with my TRT doc last night about my blood work and it the same story of me overtraining taking some of my markers out of range. Nothing terrible happening though and it's all manageable. Basically I got the green light to keep going on cycle and maintain this level of training. Keep pushing and keep checking is what I say. Next bloodwork in 6 weeks which should coincide with the end of my ped cycle.

Added in 25mg of Proviron and upped my Anavar to 30mg sublingually pre workout. I seem to be able to tolerate the Anavar better now and I'm not getting the crazy pump cramps from 30mg anymore. I'm interested to see if the Proviron has the intended effects on my cycle.

Really? I see a lot of celebrities leaving and moving to Vegas these days. They say the crime and taxes are outta control. Even Beverly Hills ain't safe anymore. Now you got the National Guard and Marines in LA. You must be up in NorCal right? I hear it's more chill up there

Naw I'm in Ontario. We get like average rain and snow here. The coastal parts of BC are crazy rainy. I remember when I was in downtown Vancouver I was the only one that was walking with an umbrella in the rain. I look like such a tourist LOL. I look like such a tourist LOL
