Hell ya bro. I'm loving it. It'll take a bit to dial in the weights but I can already see the benefits. I was like I can seated row 190 for 15 all day long but man those pauses took it outta me. I was pausing on both sides of the movement and I gassed out at 14 lol. Regularly I could probably hit over 20. Going full flexion and pausing the eccentric felt amazing though. Loosened me up real good for the working set.I told you brother it is no joke and a challenge if you do it exact in the way i describe, glad it has added a level of difficulty, that will help with progressing in overload and endurance over timelets get it
