I’ll have to actually check, I’ve been eating these meals as a staple for so long I have no idea…my daily target for overall cals is around the 3000 mark

There’s some drop sets on the tricep stuff, but not logged… @Gains Man is in the process of putting a new workout together for me and meal plan

I’ll be honest I’m very slack on the cardio, it’s an area I really need to improve on for health benefits….make sure you keep asking me about this one

I'll be doing as many building sets that are required to max out safely

This will be a 16 week run, with bloods being taken in 6 weeks to make sure its ok to push up

Hello all

Still running Test E 750mg NPP 300mg and 4iu GH as always thanks to the guys @Core Pharma once again.

I am maintaining weight at 116kg fasted however I am feeling a bit water loaded and I’m thinking of cutting back test a little and possibly adding some EQ or just swapping it out altogether with the NPP help bring down estrogen a little anyone have any thoughts on this?

Here is today’s menu not much has changed being that a I am at home and can have access to everything I need.

Meal 1 - 300gm egg whites + 2 whole, 120gm oats + peanut butter (Annnnd Black cofee with honey ).

Meal 2 - mass shake

…. TRAIN….

Meal 3 - 140gm cornflakes + protein shake (immediately when finished training).

Still running Test E 750mg NPP 300mg and 4iu GH as always thanks to the guys @Core Pharma once again.

I am maintaining weight at 116kg fasted however I am feeling a bit water loaded and I’m thinking of cutting back test a little and possibly adding some EQ or just swapping it out altogether with the NPP help bring down estrogen a little anyone have any thoughts on this?

Here is today’s menu not much has changed being that a I am at home and can have access to everything I need.

Meal 1 - 300gm egg whites + 2 whole, 120gm oats + peanut butter (Annnnd Black cofee with honey ).

You look good and lean in the pics, size is holding strong at 116 kg with that combo. :D

Test E 750 mg and NPP 300 mg are a solid stack but the bloat makes sense at that dose, so dropping test to 500 mg and adding EQ 200 mg would smooth e2 levels imo. don't go high on Eq at first, build into it. @Tamas

Diet looks tight, meals high protein, but try adding digestive enzymes with meals instead of Betaine HCI to handle the bloat better. Add probiotics and psyllium husk as well.

@Tamas Everybody is different, man. I can tell you my experience. I tried testosterone 750 mg and it was nothing but extra water retention. I didn't see any additional benefits over 500 mg.

The chicken rice and barbecue sauce sounds good together. It's a simple meal but it's definitely effective. Gives you some good carbs and protein. @Tamas
