Hello Evo Family ❤️

New to this forum and decided I would log my journey as a relatively new IFBB figure pro 🥹

For context I’m also new to Australia and relocating here permanently this end of the year so I wanted to explore the community . I started bodybuilding in 2021 and since then all my sources were from Aussie vendors by chance . Hence when I discovered forums I decided I would come in hoping that my experience as an enhanced competitor at this level would be able to give both the lads and ladies some insight and valuable information . There are very few females on forums so it’s always nice when I see some , helps to educate the ladies who are shy to speak up here and provide them a safe space to ask questions too. I’m also hoping this can give the guys a chance to learn so that they can help their girlfriends or manage things in the safest ways possible!

Since the day I started bodybuilding 2021, I had hoping to compete in the figure division in 2022 and ran my first cycle then. I then turned pro in 2023 and ran my pro debut landing first call outs in 2024 September.

As of now I am 3 weeks into my second push up phase this year (reversed from 2000 calories). Did a recomp phase for 4 months before this one upon finishing my first push up earlier this year.

Im taking this year off after my 2024 pro debut to add some size so that I can be very competitive to qualify for the O in 2026 🙏🏻 so far it’s been a great journey adding 7-8kg easily of muscle since my pro debut last year ! I’ve attached some of my pro debut looks from last year!

Current nutrition:
300 carbs
50 fat
200 protein

PEDs:
100 EQ weekly
50 primo weekly
8iu gh daily
3mg Reta weekly
5iu lantus daily

Oh this is because so far I don’t have issues with digestion or GI. In terms of going to the toilet regardless of whether I’m low in food during prep a lot of it helps with just taking sufficient magnesium .

Also whenever I do have a bit of GI issues it usually is at best acid reflux — which is due to needing neutralising of stomach acid PH. So Betaine HCL and bromelain to digest proteins better.

My food sources typically stem from rice based stuff, fruits, cereals and high carb low volume stuff like breads/bagels which are relatively easy to digest. This has helped a lot even when food gets high. The least processed the easier to get down!

Even when fat is high a lot of it is from oils which do not take up volume in the stomach . GI supplements are great and there’s no harm taking them but I find with a lot of people managing food source is the most helpful . I do also take L glutamine to protect the gut lining 😃🙏🏻

Thank you brother!!

I have noticed there’s always a lot of information for the guys and very few out there for the ladies . And sometimes the same thing that’s put across to another girl just comes across as more reassuring and validating if it was from another female so I do my best to reach out to as many people when I can! 🥹

I came from Singapore 🇸🇬

Start of my clean up phase this offseason , did a recomp for 12 weeks to recent

Crazy thing is that I’m the same weight in both pictures 🥹 70kg in both pics. I haven’t lost much weight (maximally 1-1.5kg since then) but the composition has improved tremendously so I’m excited to reverse and grow more at this weight

yeah that is the unfortunate thing about this industry. its male dominated but it shouldn't be. just as many women train as men do and i would venture to say more females are training these days then men

Wow you have an incredible physique. You are diced! Those quads are unreal.

Hope the move works out well for you and welcome to the EVO fam.

Also I love your screen name!

I would like to know your side effects on various dosages over the years. Also what gave you the most strength increases?

Great question! I think to help everyone here I shall note down my cycles history !

First cycle 2022 for prep:
50 weekly
10 anavar
10 winstrol
40 clen
(Total span of time 20 weeks)

Come off completely offseason for 5 montbs

Second cycle 2023 for prep (turned pro this year) total span of cycle was 22 weeks , winstrol and mast only last 8 weeks :
50 primo weekly
50 mast E weekly
10 anavar
10 winstrol
0.5 adex every 2 days
40 clen

Come off completely offseason for 5 months

2024 cycle (pro debut) total span of cycle was 22 weeks , winstrol and mast only last 8 weeks
100 primo
50 mast E
10 anavr
10 winstrol
40 clen
0.5 adex every 2 days
Cruised from the show in September 2024 to recent on just 50 primo and added GH + EQ for the first time at 6iu (now at 8)

This is not what most girls would probably experience but I am very lucky I have not gotten any side effects which is why my coach is completely ok with me cruising since the show . Bloods are great etc. Thankfully I haven’t gotten any other than maybe just body hair growing faster than usual 😅 of course everyone is different but usually I presume to it being genetic tolerance + just running more than their receptors at the muscle can handle that the excess ended up binding to other tissue receptors instead that stimulated the virilization sides

I speak to quite a number of Olympians and pros and truthfully a lot of people are not discussing the shit they do. No matter how good your genetics I never once seen a girl truly get to the top with just 5mg of anavar so I don’t know why people lie about it . That said a lot are able to get away with less the way I can and yet tolerate higher for long when required.

Thank you so much gentlemen!! I will do my best to continue to put out some great info for everyone ❤️🙏🏻

Thank you for the kind words mate!! 😃 ngl it’s daunting relocating and starting from scratch in a new place but I’ve loved training and being a bodybuilder here 🥹

Try iherb ? I got it off there the last round 🙋🏻‍♀️
Welcome to Australia, hope you settle in really well. Looking absolutely flawless too.

Dumb question, where are you buying the Betaine from? I took a quick look online, but came up empty for Aus.

I think you'll be fine. While Australia isn't as great as it was 10+ years ago, there's very few places in the world myself and other people would rather live in.

Ah iherb, gotcha. I was looking at local chemists/brick & mortar stores that sold it. Order online it is, cheers for the heads up.

For sure !! I find this place rather good with the work life balance from what I’ve seen especially when I come from Asia 😄

You’re welcome man let me know if there’s ever anything I can do to support you!

You don’t need gut issues to benefit from those things because they’re more about supporting digestion efficiency and nutrient absorption. Probiotics help balance bacteria which can improve immunity and overall digestion even if you’re already regular. Digestive enzymes make it easier for your body to break down and utilize proteins, fats, and carbs so you get more out of your meals. Psyllium isn’t just for fixing problems either, it helps regulate blood sugar, cholesterol, and keeps digestion smooth when food volume or macros change. Think of them as performance tools for the gut, not just fixes for when something’s broken. @Jigglybuff

Coach bumped food again as of today

Macros:
200p
80f
360c

Meal 1:
80g oats
125g blueberries
85g 95/5 beef

Meal 2:
250g rice
115g 95/5 beef
13g coconut oil

Meal 3:
259g rice
150g fish
32g almond butter

Meal 4:
250g rice
13g coconut oil
6 spears asparagus
115g 95/5 beef

Meal 5:
250g rice
6 spears asparagus
150g fish

As you guys can see, very very simple kind of meal plan. Mostly rice based 😅 easy to digest and gets down quick ! This is rather early on in the reverse and I know I go as high as 500-550c or more so let’s see where this goes

I had cream of rice and bagels the Last round so I’m keen to see how it goes 🙏🏻

Also I have 5G of leucine with every alternate meal and cheat meals added as and when permitted / necessary 😄

@Jigglybuff Up, although I strongly disagree with women doing what you're doing, I accept it and I respect it. That is a really strong cycle.

yeah that is good to hear. i just don't like women training with men. my daughter comes to my gym and shows up and tries to always outlift me and embarasses me in front of my friends. they always make fun of me and say "oh look your daughter is strong then you". i hate that. i will get in my car and pound my steering wheel in anger then speed off

Yeah because unless they know the risks and are very high up the competing chain dabbling in these is never really a good idea. And following the pros cycles is not wise — a lot of these girls either don’t give af about the risks or they like myself have a very high tolerance . I’m thankful for that aspect . I have friends running 15-20mg tren ace and get away scout free with it so I know tolerance is a very real thing.

😂😅 I think women training with men is fine just depends on the kind of influence they are getting . A lot of blokes do push the wrong advice at times . And I can understand your frustration , one time a friend teases you sure, but repeatedly that’s not cool

Coach bumped food again as of today

Macros:
200p
80f
360c

Meal 1:
80g oats
125g blueberries
85g 95/5 beef

Meal 2:
250g rice
115g 95/5 beef
13g coconut oil

Meal 3:
259g rice
150g fish
32g almond butter

Meal 4:
250g rice
13g coconut oil
6 spears asparagus
115g 95/5 beef

Meal 5:
250g rice
6 spears asparagus
150g fish

As you guys can see, very very simple kind of meal plan. Mostly rice based 😅 easy to digest and gets down quick ! This is rather early on in the reverse and I know I go as high as 500-550c or more so let’s see where this goes

I had cream of rice and bagels the Last round so I’m keen to see how it goes 🙏🏻

Also I have 5G of leucine with every alternate meal and cheat meals added as and when permitted / necessary 😄
This is a great meal plan :) but your last meal talk to your coach about lowering the carbs and front loading them in AM 1st meal.

Not a bad idea! Or just do most of the carbs around pre and post 🤩

Pre and post split will work :)
We do plan to throw in the lantus at some point even though insulin sensitivity is great. Just a low 5-10iu. Did my latest hba1c and came black platinum. Just to support the pancreas a little. If a good amount of carbs are preworkout and post perhaps all the more that would be helpful in a way ?

Certainly helpful with insulin, :) but you should start with a slower 1-3 IU dose.

Kick my ass in the gym anytime baby 😅 On the contrary, I reckon it'd be way cooler training with a girl who from outward appearance, obviously more athletic and stronger

Welcome @Jigglybuff nice to see another female poster. I agree it’s helpful. Looking good. Not sure how you manage the high heel shoes respect sister! 👍😂 Thats great you can manage the doses you’re running w/o bad side effects. At pro level it’s assumed you gotta run gear to be competitive! Thank you for posting your insight!! 💪🌸

@Jigglybuff Welcome to the forums!!

Hey was wondering couple things, your wage and height? Your legs appear long. 2) why you added EQ to your stack and what did you feel it added?… strength size, appetite ?? Does EQ convert to test? Cuz I noticed you don’t take a small dose of test! Which surprises me at your competitive level. Why no test? Might the EQ be better than test? Or in addition to? Just don’t want increased bad side effects of coarse is the risk? I have done the NPP which I respond well to strength wise and libido for sure, good side lol! !! (Being post menopause) i dont need more hair growth. It was bad before menopause!! I did take small dose EQ with small dose Test Cyp got super strong had lots of power maybe EQ be better but I like the NPP for my joints for sure. Esp with the strength building cycles as the tendons & joints gotta with stand the training cycles!l for powerlifting!! Don’t recall if that happened with EQ. I don’t recall an excess amt water retention either. Any thoughts be helpful thx happy lifting 💪🌸

Thanks for the question !! A lot to unpack here which is exciting ❤️

I’m going to answer your test question in a few parts starting with my personal philosophy when it comes to PEDs and women

I think it's always best to start with bloodwork and identify any hormones that are suboptimal. I have had to put many female clients on testosterone replacement as their levels were rock bottom. The aim is to not have a female inject a weekly dose of testosterone (generally around 3-8mg) to put their levels into a supraphysiological amount, but rather at the top of the reference range. Similar to thyroid, progesterone, estrogen, etc. These levels should be in a normal healthy range.

Then lean into non androgenic compounds such as HGH, or injectable L-carnitine, some of the newer peptides can be utilized, which enhance mitochondria efficiency, reduce oxidative stress, enhance insulin sensitivity, and increase fat loss.

Then a decision should be made with a female athlete and their coach about what AAS compounds may be required to help them progress their physique and achieve their desired aspirations. Primobolan for example at the tail end of a growth phase or in a contest prep. Anavar at the tail end of a prep.

The dose will come down to the client's risk profile, how much muscle they have already attained, what compounds and dosage they have used in the past, and whether they need to further increase the dose to keep progressing.

I don’t think there is a certain framework that will suit everyone, it always comes down to putting together an individualised plan to suit each female and their goals and how far they want to push things. As long as they understand the risks, their health is being monitored throughout the entire process, they have a clear understanding of what's involved, why they are taking certain compounds at certain times to achieve certain goals, then that’s all that matters.

To answer your question
1) regarding using test , as I mentioned really what separates a man from a woman is not just our sex organs but the ratios of testosterone to e2 and progesterone . Men have more testosterone to the latter, and women vice versa. I’m not a fan of test because while ironically it’s the most bio identical hormone, it’s also what they use in transgender therapy. And if my natural testosterone levels aren’t shut then i don’t see a need to use it because it would put me in supraphysiolgical levels of testosterone

2) I didn’t want to bump my primo any further. So I decided to stack eq which is also less androgenic than primo. Mg for mg they are similar , maybe primo gives you more of a dryer look but eq would keep me looking just as full . And my rule of thumb with drugs as for everyone is to use what works , what you can run the most and get the least side effects from potentially . Eq is great off-season as it does raise my appetite as well.

3) Eq doesn’t convert to test no

4) I’ve never used NPP but a lot of my female friends do so I can’t comment but I do see it gives a lot of people a lot of unwanted water retention and while on paper it states low androgen rating ive also found it hits a lot of females voice box (although I know there’s a lot of variations to tolerance one again)

I hope this answers everything and cheers 🥹❤️

Hello and welcome into the evolutionary community, it is always a beautiful thing when new members come on board and add into the community. I feel you definitely will be an asset for many people along the way, also congratulations on the pro card and the extreme dedication it takes getting that far and into that level of the sport. I also think it is awesome because i know for me ive always been curious what are the true gear protocols and diet protocols women who compete follow, you dont really get a truthful peak into the day and life of female competitors because not many on the forums, this will be awesome follow your journey.

Also you look incredible sliced and diced along with completely shredded 💪 amazing physique.

Top shape sister really working up the glutes and I love the IGF levels :D how is your training going? @Jigglybuff

Wow. You look better than most blokes at the gym 😂

Had to show my wife your lat spread! Bloody amazing. Hats off to you! Can tell you really enjoy the BBing and pushing yourself to the absolute limit
90% better, I see guys at the gym not even close to @Jigglybuff shape.

Thank you brother! I’m not gonna lie it is hard sometimes pushing food and then getting in your head that you’re getting fatter and softer 🥹 I’m only human

Training’s been good . Pumps strong contractions always there. I think what I really like about this year’s interment season is that I’ve kept training volume and recovery very well regulated so I don’t run into burn out or fatigue from the sport too easily . At least on the mental side of things . I look forward to training all the time 😄

Digestion always on point . Sleep great! Just very keen and naturally will always worry a little going to a new country with how things are going to go!

Sick quads.

An IFBB W pro would be extremely rare in SG, how was it appreciated there?
Country total only has 12 IFBB pros and this is counting those who are retired and no longer active . For one bodybuilding isn’t big in Singapore haha so average person wouldn’t know who you are just working out in the stress of course.

Time to time if I’m in sleeveless outfits I get stares. I’ve had people in public ask if I’m a dude which is rude in my opinion because of how condescending they sound . But doesn’t bother me much. Just digs my head how fhe

Sharing more of my recent bloods dated end of August 2025

As mentioned I have been on cycle since May last year . Obviously with different compounds in the mix going into prep vs this year’s offseason. I’m thankful I don’t get major virilization sides .

But here’s proof that my natural testosterone levels are in range even as a female , cystatin C kidney markers very healthy , gammagt liver enzyme which is the one you pay attention to on cycle mostly is very far down 😂 thyroid is also healthy despite extended GH use since start of this year 😄

Means a lot coming from men honestly because it’s crazy how in this current day and age it’s almost still taboo for women to have muscles 🥹😂 I don’t really get mean comments but I know it’s still out there
Good pic your arms are very good and vascular sister :D

It's all in the head :D purely mental game @Jigglybuff

make sure you dial in! hard.

Digestion you been on probiotics?
yes definitely in the head but will also have to accept some degree of softness with food increments after a certain point 🙏🏻 Will do my best thank you!

Conditioning never an issue for me I’m always the most peeled one in every line up ! Hopefully I continue to live up to this 👊🏻

I do take probiotics . But mostly Betaine HCL. I find managing neutralising of stomach acid the most key thing for me . In general I don’t really run into digestive issues though I’m thankful 😌

If you want to build muscle that’s your call and a solid one too. It shows you’re serious about your health and willing to put in the work. Strength never goes out of style and it only adds to your confidence. I’ll always back that choice because it’s about what makes you feel good in your own skin. I never pay much attention to what others think about our sport, I think we can live our own life sister :D @Jigglybuff you have EVO family support and love!

Betaine is for stomach acid it's not a probiotic sister :D you need to take actual probiotics, trust me on this you'll feel a huge difference.

You look amazing in the pic sister :D PUMP! @Jigglybuff
Food bump looks good, extra carbs and fats will drive strength and fullness especially with the anadrol hits in there. Primo usually feels cleaner than EQ for most, so if you like the look and feel on higher primo that’s the better call. GH at 8iu with retatrutide and lantus backing it is already a heavy setup, so small adjustments in the anabolics will make the difference without overcomplicating it. Training split is simple and effective, just keep intensity high on those upper lower days.

wow great job on this ! its good to see you updating us. this cycle looks juicy @Jigglybuff

Damn I'm glad I found this log! You have sick genetics and you'll be winning shows. I'll be 100% following this and thanks @LevButlerov for the heads up on this one.

I'm super interested in your cycle. I help out two females right now so this cycle is something I'll be watching because I have zero experience with this level. You go EVO sister!

You look so beautiful our EVO iron sister :) shoulders and arms are hard.

The EQ primo ratios, personally I like females on 50mgs primo and 50mgs eq, 1:1. Especially going into contest prep.

@Jigglybuff we just added “bodybuilder” to your official profile tag. :)

My God, your pose from the back would eclipse most men on here! Insane.
