Slaying it bruz!! How did you find the standing hamstring curl? I found when i started going heavier i could feel some uncomfort in my lower back.. so i just went back to seated 😄
Yeah not gonna lie, wasnt a fan, I do prefer the seated or lying down one much better, but thought change it up haha

Ahh absolute champion!! Yeah man having the pain in the elbow b4 was not fun at all, it was a burning sensation anytime I was doing reps for triceps, most other exercises it was good for, but absolutely killing triceps untill they were fully warm, and at that point the workout was almost done uno haha

I did some shrugs the other night and wanted to go heavy as I has some straps with me, and managed to go heavier than I have before, but I believe I have also pulled a muscle I my neck too so as a result, ive been on some anti inflammation tabs which has been helping,

Warm showers and some light light neck stretching is working

Its been like this for about 4 days but I'm on the mend, so no need to worry

And I'll be back training like a true viking again

Still killing the workouts and still being fueled by @ODINLABS oils, and they freaking amazing!!!

The bulk is coming to an end and its time to give the body a well earned rest,

I think I'll work on a cruise/mini cut, but do like a sports trt so maybe test e at 250mg a week

Im hoping the big man @ODINLABS will have me on as a logger still, fingers crossed but when the bulk has finished I'll be running a new log for the cruise

Will keep u all posted

Its been 1 hell of a week at work, filling in being boss man, every man and thier dog calling in sick, trucks breaking down, and the client is down my throat, to top it off I dropped my phone and fucked it so had to get a new one and still working it all out,

But this log is all over now, the bulk is finished,

Ive loved the journey and the oils from @ODINLABS as ive always said this man is a fucking true wizard, what he makes and how clean the oils are, hats off to him, fucking legend to the community!!!! He cares what he sells

Solid finish to the bulk, especially grinding through that week of chaos at work and still closing the log out. You held it together under pressure, that alone shows the discipline carried past the gym. Now the bulk’s wrapped up, throw some pics up so we can see where you landed.
