Height: 190 cm
Weight: 94 kg currently with lean body mass of 86.3kg and a bio age of 37 (has gone down 1 yr from the start of my last cycle)
Body Fat: Guessing : eVolt scan always gives me a low number it was 8.5% but I'm sure I am in the mid to low teens instead.

Goal:
Continue to some TRT - get bloods then move into a Summer Cut to try and define things a bit better - lose some belly fat and get the abs popping. I managed to lose BF on a deca cycle so hopefully my metabolism will work well for me.
Previous results from me last bulk:
Weight: 91.4 to 94.3 kg a change of +2.9kg
Lean Body Mass: 82.6kg to 86.3kg change of +3.7kg

Currently on TRT of 150mg Test - will do for a few more weeks before cycle starts.
Cycle (once bloods after a few more weeks of TRT are done):
Test - 400mg/week throughout
Tren A - 75-100mg/week (will start low) for 6 weeks - mircodosed ED or EOD - prepared to drop it should it not agree with me
EQ: 300mg/week throughout.


Hoping that will be a nice length to run EQ and see some nice results.

TUDCA + Milk Thistle, Mens multivitamin, BCAA's, Vit C, Fish oil, Cialis 5mg/day

Diet Plan: Plenty of eggs at breakfast, protein shakes, chicken and beef. Carbs - will try and keep on the low side. I eat pretty clean and have a pretty high metabolism naturally. Keep alcohol to a minimum or out altogether (I barely drink anyway).

Chest/Arms
Back/Arms
Shoulders/Leg's
Then repeat - 5 sessions a week at the gym - Ab's after workouts too - if they don't cramp too much!
I always warm up with 5mins on the assault bike or a 1000-1500m row.
It's warming up here now so I have started cycling again, so there will be a couple of 20-30km rides a week which works the cardio nicely.

Plan looks solid brother, very similar to what i have in place but im leaving the tren until the end. Once you work out the best test to eq ratio suited for you this should be a dynamite cycle coming into summer 👌 👊

you’re sitting in a good spot already with that lean mass and the bio age drop shows you’ve been putting the work in. cycle outline looks solid, eq at 300 alongside test should give you steady lean gains and appetite for the food you’ll need. smart keeping tren a short and light to test tolerance, micro dosing ed usually keeps sides smoother. good you’ve got both adex and aromasin on hand, eq may help with e2 but don’t bank on it fully, just adjust if needed.
diet sounds tight, eggs and beef base with shakes and low alcohol will only help the cut. cardio mix of cycling plus rowing and bike warmups ties in well with the bro split, you’ll be able to keep fat in check while pushing strength. bloods with a good doc backing you is the right way to do it, that’ll keep you on track for the summer cut. :D

haven't run before but talking to a few people who have it was generally recommended to have T a little above EQ at the start and then bloods to see how your E2 is

@rizzlekdizzle shave off the hair. it will make you look 3-4% leaner no joke. try that on your next pics. you can use some clippers

It's warming up here now so I have started cycling again, so there will be a couple of 20-30km rides a week which works the cardio nicely.

Plan looks solid brother, very similar to what i have in place but im leaving the tren until the end. Once you work out the best test to eq ratio suited for you this should be a dynamite cycle coming into summer 👌 👊
Thats what my line of thinking is as well leave the tren till your peaked then send it over the top with the tren

Strong chest session, pressing up to 100kg on incline with good rep ranges shows the strength is there and fly work after gave you plenty of stretch and pump. Arm finishers looked solid too, pushdowns into curls with dumbbells climbing to 22.5kg will keep size moving. Post gym shake on top seals the work, now just make sure the rest of your meals keep protein high to match the output. :D

Good session fasted, pressing and raises had your shoulders working through different angles and finishing with slow eccentrics was a smart touch. Legs got decent volume too, smith squats with curls and extensions covered the basics and calves had good load. Shake and eggs after training set you up right for recovery. :D

Good quick session, solid push-pull balance for limited time. The incline press numbers look clean, hitting 100 kg for 9 after two warm sets is strong output. Arms finished well too, good weight jumps on curls and pushdowns to keep tension high. Keeping the pace tight like that keeps intensity up even on short days, and the shake right after will help refill and recover fast.

Some pre cycle bloods done. I did drop my TRT to 100mg/week - as I thought sitting at 1500 on 150mg/week was not enough of a ‘break’ as such so am happy with the numbers. My GP is not concerned - luckily he looks after a fair amount of non naturals like me and the high AST/ALT and creatinine

Your kidney and liver values are off, yes it's common but not this high across the board. I suggest you start a cycle support supplement, organ liver kidney support asap.

Some pre cycle bloods done. I did drop my TRT to 100mg/week - as I thought sitting at 1500 on 150mg/week was not enough of a ‘break’ as such so am happy with the numbers. My GP is not concerned - luckily he looks after a fair amount of non naturals like me and the high AST/ALT and creatinine View attachment 126368is very common in an athlete especially when you workout hard

Good fasted chest and arm session with strong top-end loading on the incline press and steady rep control. Keep the incline bench at 100 kg until you can hit 12 reps clean, then move up in 2.5–5 kg jumps, and finish each chest movement with a slow 3-second negative on the last set.
