Height: 190 cm
Weight: 94 kg currently with lean body mass of 86.3kg and a bio age of 37 (has gone down 1 yr from the start of my last cycle)
Body Fat: Guessing : eVolt scan always gives me a low number it was 8.5% but I'm sure I am in the mid to low teens instead.
Goal:
Continue to some TRT - get bloods then move into a Summer Cut to try and define things a bit better - lose some belly fat and get the abs popping. I managed to lose BF on a deca cycle so hopefully my metabolism will work well for me.
Previous results from me last bulk:
Weight: 91.4 to 94.3 kg a change of +2.9kg
Lean Body Mass: 82.6kg to 86.3kg change of +3.7kg
I have a good doctor that will review my bloods and knows whats happening

Cycle Details
Duration: 16 weeks
Currently on TRT of 150mg Test - will do for a few more weeks before cycle starts.
Cycle (once bloods after a few more weeks of TRT are done):
Test - 400mg/week throughout
Tren A - 75-100mg/week (will start low) for 6 weeks - mircodosed ED or EOD - prepared to drop it should it not agree with me
EQ: 300mg/week throughout.
Hoping that will be a nice length to run EQ and see some nice results.
AI - I have plenty of adex and aromasin should I require it - but hopefully EQ will keep E2 down.
Supplements
TUDCA + Milk Thistle, Mens multivitamin, BCAA's, Vit C, Fish oil, Cialis 5mg/day
Diet Plan: Plenty of eggs at breakfast, protein shakes, chicken and beef. Carbs - will try and keep on the low side. I eat pretty clean and have a pretty high metabolism naturally. Keep alcohol to a minimum or out altogether (I barely drink anyway).
Training Plan
I do a typical bro split
Chest/Arms
Back/Arms
Shoulders/Leg's
Then repeat - 5 sessions a week at the gym - Ab's after workouts too - if they don't cramp too much!
I always warm up with 5mins on the assault bike or a 1000-1500m row.
It's warming up here now so I have started cycling again, so there will be a couple of 20-30km rides a week which works the cardio nicely.
