Veteran Log 16 week Summer Cut Cycle Log - closing 2025

Day 41 Monday - Anterior

Powered by @R&Dpharma
Health by @ZenithHealth
Coached by @PopRox19

Training

Plate load chest press

1×8-10, 1×15-18
30 sec rest | Tempo 3-1-1-1
120kg ×8
120kg ×6
60kg ×12

I stuffed up here on the first exercise lol. Didnt check my phone and though it was 2 top sets with a 30sec rest. Killed me for the backoff set and didnt get the reps.
Will pay attention for next rotation and not drop the backoff set as much.

45deg incline dumbbell press
1×8-10, 1×15-18
Tempo 3-1-1-1
37.5kg ×8
20kg ×15

The high rep backoff pushes serious pump, chest looking full even through a oversize shirt lol.

Adductors
1×8-10, 1×15-18
Tempo 3-2-1-2
135kg ×9
95 ×15

Leg extension
1×8-10, 1×15-18RP
Tempo 3-1-1-2
105kg ×11
55kg ×15
55kg ×13

Wasnt sure how much i could push here and will add weight next week to the top set.
Backoff set straight into a rest pause and just send it.

Hack squat
1×8-10, 1×15-18
Tempo 3-1-1-1
140kg ×8
60kg ×16

Incline leg press
1×8-10, 1×10-12
280kg ×8
160kg ×20

Messed up here too, again wasnt paying attention to my program and though the back off was same rep range as the others. Will amend next week lol.

Seated calf raises
2×8-10, 1×15-18
Tempo 3-2-1-2
70kg ×10
70kg x8
30kg ×17

This workout was a big change for me. Will take the week to get familiar with the workouts and working weights though i feel i have a pretty close idea of where im at already having most of them in my current plan.

Staying strict on the tempo really made the the top working sets brutal at the added weight. The backoff sets start of more kind but as we move towards the ending reps i found myself straight back in the darkness of the top set 😂💀

It is important that i genuinely leave everything out there on my top sets or else im just going to be selling myself short. To some it might not seem enough but it will suprise you how much effort it take to stay completely engaged through every single rep. Making every single movement controlled and intentional is severely more taxing then it may seem.

First one down, drove home in silence😂.
Daomn this new approach looks like an absolute burner,i could get around that hack squat approach, all day baby big bucks sets

Bro i dunno how fellas are pumping 200+ on the hacks lol pushing 140 from deep in the hole had my eyeballs feeling pressure by the last couple reps 😂😂😂 gotta get those rookie numbers up 😩🤣

Day 41 - Monday

Alright crew bit of an update moving forward.
The direction hasnt changed, the goal hasnt changed, we have just polished up the approach.

A brother that i have a huge amount of trust and respect for, a brother with vast amount of knowledge in the game and is a pure fucking animal himself.
He was always there will to help even though i had to part ways previously due to personal things in the backround and whos approach to the game i still try and base my structure off.

Super excited to announce the final piece to my puzzle and the final member of my team for this log. My brother @PopRox19 will be taking the reins to not only the rest of this cut but for the entire build for 2026.

Time to dig even deeper, finish this year on top and set the tone for what will be the biggest year of self progress in my life. Will be my heart and soul into it next year to see where we can get and see where we move the following year.

Some slight changes but plenty still the same.

Supps remain the same.
Cycle remains where it is:

1000mg test e - weekly
400mg eq - weekly
3iu gh - Daily
3mg reta - weekly

Training however is changing. Moving focus to frequency over volume with hard push on weight
Set and rep structure will allow me to push more weight but allow better recovery too. Updates this week will paint the picture of how the workouts are structured moving forward.

New split will be:
Anterior
Push
Pull
Rest
Posterior
Chest and arm topup
Rest.

Hopefully can fill the chest out a little more whilst cutting things back.

Macros:
Training days -
Protein - 250g
Carbs - 250g
Fats - 60g

High day legs -
Protein - 250g
Carbs - 350g
Fats - 50g

Rest days -
Protein - 250g
Carbs - 200g
Fats - 60g

Resonably similar to the current structure just a little more polished.

We push even harder now, like a little trip to the underword to visit Hedes kinda hard 😂😈

Thanks everyone for following along, stay gold💛

Fuck yes brother! Time to get to work🔥🔥

I feel fantastic now everything is regaining balance, was pretty shit earlier on in the cycle when my e2 was tanked.

Now though mood, recovery, workout agression, strength and just general well-being everything is great now 🔥
yeah some guys love high test, some like it lower

Looking forward to seeing your new exercises and weights/reps etc.

It just shows that you can do what you want with your body if you really put your mind to it.
And even with the crazy lifestyles a lot of us on here have, following guys with kids or working shift work,or working in the middle of nowhere,so many different walks of life on these logs but each one of them makes it work and kills it,its insane props to all the legends on here 👏

@Allupfromhere Bros. It's coming for sure. Don't worry. Your body definitely improving. You'll look back a couple years from now and laugh.

seems like you are super motivated. very nice on this log. @Allupfromhere almost the 50 pages and this is going to be your best Log that you've done so far.
Thank you brother, motivation is an understatement lol. It has become an obsession.

Hoping to create a log that can help and inspire others in anyway🔥🙏

Yeah his before and after photos are just shocking honestly, he really knows how to put in the work 💪
Thanks brother🤍 photos at the end of this cut hopefully be even better haha
It just shows that you can do what you want with your body if you really put your mind to it.
💯% brother! I think people wpuld shock themselves woth how much can he achieved when you truely lock in and put in the work.

Thats the difference isnt it brother, the ones the will find a way to make it work no matter what because they truely love it and the others that find excuses as to why they cant.

Well said bro props to all thay are getting it done 💛

yes for sure. @Allupfromhere and many of you are horses. you never give up on things. always find time to hit the training
If you want it to happen, you will find a way to make it happend at the end of the day. Thanks brother much respect 🙏

Man, you see people sitting there on there phone , taking photos of them selves for like 5 minutes between exercises, and if it’s a machine i want makes you wanna chuck a dumbbell at them!
Zero fucks, I go ask them how many more sets they have, or if I can jump in real quick. But secret is do it with a smile , no ones been upset yet

Or supersetting on three machines during peak hour. Had someone the other day reserving the cable station with a piece of foam on the floor.

Thanks brother🤍 photos at the end of this cut hopefully be even better haha

The body is capable of amazing things. Look at marathon runners and look at people who do things like Ironman competitions.

Day 41 Tuesday - Pull

Training

(Only top working sets shown)

D Handle lat pulldown
2×8-10 20second rest
Tempo 3-1-1-1
82kg ×9
82kg ×7
The short rest really makes the weight come on fast on the second set big time.

Chest supported t-bar row
2×6-8, 1×10-12
Tempo 3-1-2-1
70kg ×9
70kg ×8
50kg ×11
Pronated grip but focus is on pulling to the back on not high where the rear delts come into it.

ISO-Lateral low row
1×8-10, 1×10-12
Tempo 3-1-1-1
100kg ×8
80kg ×10

Dumbbell pullovers
2x8-10, 1×15-18
27.5kg ×8
27.5kg ×8
15kg ×17
Really slowing down the eccentric here, allowing to go into as deep as stretch possible, can almost feel like my lats are tearing lol.

Seated reverse pec deck
1×10-12, 1×15-18
Tempo 3-1-1-1
68kg ×11
40kg ×16
Strange how much me rear delts pumped from the second set with actually not that much overall volume. I noticed this on my plated chest press too on monday.

Machine preacher curl
2×12-15, 1×15-18
Tempo 3-2-1-2 RPE 8
30kg ×13
30kg ×12
20kg ×16
Tempo and squeeze is everything here, picked a perfect weight for the first run on this rotation to hit tempo and intensity right where i wanted it.
Does help i already had this exercise in my previous split just had a different set and rep structure.

Single are cable curl (face away)
2×12-15, 1x15-18
Tempo 3-1-1-1
10kg ×15
10kg ×13
7.5kg ×16

The heavy damage was done on the preachers and this was a perfect way to finish the biceps off. Day 2 of the new structure in the bank and feel myself re-engaged like a maniac lol.

Woke up a little heavier today at 84.1 did have a late dinner and water intake was higher leading into bed time, sleep was still decent at just under 7hrs but didnt wake up the whole night which is out of the norm for me. Normally nature calls and have to go to bathroom but was able to see the night through.

Steps were up there at a little over 18k so will look to add some cardio on the days i dont hit the 20kg just to get it there.

Macros were normal training day:
250p
250c
60f

The wifey has made some protein pancakes for me on my lower carbs days, still very satiating and can drop some carbs in the morning instead of the oats. All other meals stay relatively the same being single ingredients foods to make up the meals.

Water is always around the 4l mark but thats just standard for me.

Solid push day to come

Much love crew 💛

@Mr.M just to give you an idea on how i like to do my daily updates brother 🤍

Water is always around the 4l mark but thats just standard for me.

Solid push day to come

Much love crew 💛

@Mr.M just to give you an idea on how i like to do my daily updates brother 🤍
Pulldowns at 82 kg with short rest and t-bar rows at 70 kg looked tight, you got fast tempo which is good!

Sleep holding steady is good, thats #1 for recovery :D push it hard!

Thanks brother, will be pushing like a psychopath 🔥

@Allupfromhere Love your log bro how about a weigh-in for us from your original 86kg to now?
Hey brother and thank you! Ive been throwing up the weights at the end of each week and had big drops in the first couple. Went from 86kg to high 83 in the first week but i think my e2 getting nuked may have been a major player in the weight drop..
Was down to 82ish on week three and down to 81ish coming into the 5th week.
How ever after the previous bloods i increased my test to try and bring my e2 up which off physical feeling has definitely happened - mood, energy, libido, recovery and my joints have all regained back to a good level. Bloods to come again a few more weeks to see where the T increase has landed us.
Though this morning i have woke up a little heavy lol. Late dinner, decent water consumption leading into bed and slept through the night with no toilet interruptions had me at 84kg this morning 😂.
Im not too fussed about it though will see how the next few day look but visually noticeably leaner seeing much more separations especially during workout but the big one for me the the visibility of abs still there even after a full day eating. So i feel we are still tracking pretty solid.

This is great bro just wanted to know where you're at today. If you started at 86kg and with the weekly weights you've posted I wanted to see if you were down again because I think at this point you don't have to worry about the scale. Your pics from 14Oct are solid bro, thick and lean... I'm looking forward to see what happens in the mirror if you don't drop too much more weight. I'm glad you got off that god awful dose of tren too that dose a couple years ago had me bonkers thank god it was TrenA for me too.

Yeah im pretty much in the same mindset now brother. I watched the scales swing around here and there just to see what the planned structure was gonna do but pictures are telling me what i need to know now so they will be my main indicator.
Would love to stay in the 80s and lean by christmas but will just see how it all unfolds.
My coach is back on the reins now and i fully trust him, now i dont have to think or question anymore i just need to eat the food and put in the work.

Looking back now and seeing the changes without it, not sure if i may ever run tren again lol. The lack of sleep still haunts me 🤣🤣

400mg at the highest... and hated life🤣🤣 sleep was nearly obsolete, nightsweats became to bad i would be wiping myself off with a towel in the middle of the night lol. Progesteron bounced and gyno showed it ugly head. In the gym felt like a fucking animal, anytime else felt like absolute rubbish.

Worked my way back down to 200mg and this was my sweet spot. Was able to get enough sleep, sweats calmed right down and felt much better day to day and actually seen better results funny enough.

Day 43 Wednesday - Push

Training

Low incline smith machine press
1×8-10, 1×12-15
Tempo 3-1-1-1
100kg ×8
70kg ×13

PR on an incline press, had been hovering around 90 for a while but managed the 100 with this approach.

Chest dips
1×6-8, 1×10-12
Tempo 3-2-1-1
20kg ×7
BW ×10

Keeping the legs back as far as possible here to really drive the lower chest.

Plate load press decline
1×8-10, 1×15-18
Tempo 3-1-1-1
120kg ×10
80kg ×13

Pin loaded shoulder press
1x8-10, 1×12-15
Tempo 3-1-1-1
70kg ×8
40kg x10

Didnt like this machine at all! The plane it moves on was so awkward even at 70kegs it felt risky like it was leveraging off my shoulder joint. I can press 35kg dumbbells so i should have been able to shit these in. Will speak to coach and get this swapped.

Standing side lateral raise machine
1×12-15, 1× triple drop set
(Weight each side)
15.5kg ×13
15.5kg ×11
10.5kg × 9
5.5kg ×9

Weight crept up fast on the later drops, really had to chase the last reps

Overhand tricep pressdown
2×12-15, 1×15-20RP
Tempo 3-2-1-2
73kg ×13
73kg ×11
45kg ×17 - 20sec rest
45kg ×13

Tris were hot after this.

Cross body single tricep extension
1×12-15, 1×15-20
6.25kg ×14
3.5kg ×18

Triceps were already hot after the pressdowns and these just killed off the last of them.

Moving through now and coming to the end of week 6. Composition is changing well though weight has had a little bump up. Will only be using progress photos as a indication now and scales are becoming missleading. Previous discussion with @Harley

What started out as a cut and still is, seems to be shifting a little. Im still leaning out each week and seeing welcomed new changes however i think im actually growing too 😅
Pumps are huge, vascularity is showing through and separations and fibres are becoming more visible.. starting to wonder if i can recomp my way to 10ish% by christmas lol, @r&d got me mutating daily 🤣🤣 just gotta keep putting everything on the line everday and follow the coaches direction😎

Do you see a use case for it again for yourself at the lower dose around 200mg?

Nice looking workout mate and your arms look sick!

None of this sounds good at all except the time in the gym lol

Do you see a use case for it again for yourself at the lower dose around 200mg?
Honestly yeah for sure, at the 200 was easy manageable, sides were worth the progress and it has its purpose too. Even at 200 though i hate the way it nuked my cardio... i could hardly walk stairs without gassing out.
I feel if your already lean and locked in it would make crazy results! But for me this year now im not sure if i will throw it in. If i continue like this i wont need it.

Apparently GW501516 is a great addition to tren cycles, boosts cardio, lowers LDL and increases HDL

I’m keen to have another crack again after many many years

Yeah i considered cardarine for the cardio boost mostly, hdl and ldl were pretty much on point still, having good supps, clean diet and using reta also. Just run the tren ace when the time comes and if the shoe dont fit just drop it lol.

I used Raptor cardsrine last summer on cycle and it definitely helped for the cardio boost and bonus was also my cholesterol improved aswell.

So rest day today, been a solid first 3 days back under the wing of the monster @PopRox19 and been pushing it hard.
Realised after these few days that i may have been training like a bitch and not pushing as hard as what i think i was 🤣💅

Only really hitting one or two top sets really has allowed me to load up the weight and fucking send it. I feel im still ironing out where my actual working weight is but next week i feel im gonna have some actual decent numbers in me, form and control is priority no matter what though.

Overshot my macros on the carbs today though felt more hunger then usual and carbs crept up to the 270 mark instead of hanging back around 200.
Not sure if it is a one off or if the high test and eq creating more hunger then usual now the dose has settled in.
If hunger begins to linger ill speak with the big man about pushing the reta a little higher, as @ZenithHealth says; if hunger strikes just crank the reta tap that little bit more 🤣

Weight had come back down again for the third day coming in at 83.5kg fasted.

Blood pressure remains great at 124/67
Bg fasted also where it needs to be at 5.5mmol.

Feeling the best i have felt on any cycle so far. Strong, engaged and agressive in the gym. Gold teir gear from the brother himself @R&Dpharma

I know i have the perfect team behind me and the whole Evo crew pushing me foward not matter what!

Genuine love to the whole fam, stay gold💛

Re the 1-2 tops sets, I definitely prefer it. I think it gives more purpose. I'm actually suprised how common straight sets is.

Re the 1-2 tops sets, I definitely prefer it. I think it gives more purpose. I'm actually suprised how common straight sets is.
Agrees brother, even with straight sets there is still only one "top" working set with whichever gets them closest to failure.

I feel pushing past failure with a backoff set and higher volume is one, not only safer but two, allows you to stay properly connected to the muscle.

Straigh sets to failure for majority of people typically results in lost form and just using whatever muscles that unconsciously contribute to move the weight.

Training

Cable rope crunches

3×12-15
Tempo 3-1-1-1
59kg ×15
59kg ×14
59kg ×12

High row plate load
1×8-10, 1×15-18
Tempo 3-1-1-1
120kg ×9
80kg ×16

Lat pulldown mag grip
2×8-10
Tempo 3-2-1-1
77kg ×9
77kg ×7
Was pretty cooked after the high row, i think i also cost myself some gas on the Acclimation sets.

Dumbbell row
1×8-10, 1×12-15
Tempo 3-1-1-1
45kg ×9
35kg ×14
Really concentrating on keeping my shoulders square the front not engaging the movement with a torso rotation. Also committing to an actual row and leading with the elbow not turning it into a bicep exercise.

Seated hamstring curl
1×8-10, 1×15-18RP
Tempo 3-2-1-1
85kg ×8
45kg ×16 - 20 sec rest
45kg ×15
Short rest after the second set, straight into the Rp and had to send it, was chasing the reps hard by the end lol.

Barbell RDL
1×6-8, 1×10-12
Tempo 3-1-1-1
140kg ×6
100kg ×100

Hit another PR here for this exercise, the 6 reps was right on the money before form would have dropped i think. Used a bit of gas on the rp set seated curls. The back off set here burnt the last of the fuel i felt it had in the tank 😂

Incline 45 deg leg press machine
1×8-10, 1×AMRAP
Tempo 3-1-1-1
280kg ×8
200kg ×13
Higher and wider foot placement here and get as deep as physically possible. As @madcap71 said "balls in your mouth deep.."

13 reps in for the amrap and my work here tonight was done. Left it all in there tonight and really happy with it.

Step count solid for the day coming in at 22k
Sleep was really solid pushing past 7hrs and high carb day on the money too, most of the days carbs were consumes around my workout for energy and replenishment.

Man i feel so fucking good on this cycle now it is a relief. I believe i have fine tuned my perfect ratio now and one more round of bloods should confirm this. Now i can concentrate on the work and not be distracted by smoothing out my cycle.

Mots c now in the mix, along with the reta, gh and kaizen this should take care of any extra fat loss benifits that were available.

Time to see this cycle and cut out now..
10 weeks left.

Video of my PR rdl for ya, didnt realised it filmed soo close though. Quality isnt the best as i have to shrink the file so much to upload it.

Hot posterior day. 140 kg RDL PR and 280 kg leg press both strong finishers, full pump all around. :D

Cycle looks dialed in now with MOTS-C, Reta, GH, and Kaizen stacked clean for the last 10 weeks.
