Upper chest

quads, hamstrings and calves
Depending on energy levels 20-25 sets of 10-15 to failure or 2 RIR.

Back and shoulders
Depending on energy levels 25-35 sets of 10-15 to failure.

Goals - Aim is to get to 10-12% body fat and put on 7kg of muscle sitting at around 89kg at 10%.
I trained consistently daily (sometimes 2 times a day for 7 years straight and achieved a physique 82kg at 8-10% body fat with longest previous cycle being 6 weeks (I was a kid who couldn't afford a proper cycle lol)
Hopefully this goal is achievable considering I still train extremely hard and I am now enhanced more than I have ever been.
I would appreciate and be open to any advise on changes I should make to my cycle.
