Dang bro! I feel like i could do a pullup on a 19g rod! I love my meals! Smooth digestion and so far bloat hasn't been an issue

New macro targets are roughly 125g carbs 300 protein 50g fats and i have felt good so far, a little more fat on steak days and a little more carbs on leg days, not sure if it makes a huge difference but like to be flexible
 
I gotta raise some meat birds this coming spring. Grocery bill is getting big. I hope i can get a deer or 2 before the season is up, havent seen much in the woods this year very odd.
what is a meat bird? like a cowbird?
 
My wife has been on vacation from cooking the past few months, no complaints on her end hahah. She is on a diet as well, not quite as focused but she is doing good and taking kickboxing classes like a kid with skittles.

Definitely a commitment, I have heard good things in the 2iu area. My concern is possible drowsiness during the day and the carpal tunnnel sides. Looks like a 6 month minimum is the standard, or as long as one could afford

Yeah i look bloated enough with my abs hate to add to it. Carrying around some water but when the gut is jammed I can look like a warthog

As for your water retention, higher dose vitamin c and dandelion root extract. Make sure you consuming plenty of water daily also so your body doesnt try to hold onto in either.

I did not know that about vitamin c, interesting. I drink about a 1 1/2 gallons a day. I try to stop drinking by 4-5pm because I get up to piss like 3-4 times as it is. Yes my prostate is good lol

Ahhk beautiful intake is good! Yeah vitamin c can act as a potassium sparing gentle diuretic and you should def notice after a week on the dandelion root extract too. Have a look into them brother ๐Ÿคœ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿค›๐Ÿผ

Hah, what can I say. I like to stay ahead of the game. I think its been since I started training in the evening, I may be underestimating my intake timing But yes PSA and other markers came back green

Overshot my carbs a little but hey once or twice a week isn't too bad, added a handful of cranberries and right up with the carbs. Always sweat on a leg day

Added 1200mg berberine and 1500mg plant sterols & stanols

So far so good. I take a digestive enzyme 2x a day before 2 larger meals
Double it and see what happens. I'd also take 3 tbsp psyllium twice a day as well. Just food for thought (pun intended).

Yeah i'm kind of turned off on the thought of even trying quads again. They had gotten used to injections, no pip or anything, worked good for a while but then i started getting this twitching effect, mainly on the left one, even after i'd get a twitch from site to knee. Just the thought of it has caused some anxiety, weird.

Maybe down the road i will think about my wings once they grow a little more, biceps and tris are off the table, i could never imagine smashing a needle in my bicep :sick:
 
haha, pretty much. Chicken breed specifically raised for meat. They become small turkeys in like 8 weeks. Me and a buddy usually do 50-60 every spring and process, part-out and package them in a weekend. he has a plucker drum so it goes pretty quick
would love to see a pic of that !
 
So i have been thinking and researching the idea of HGH a bit. My plan is to check my igf-1 with my bloods in 2-3 weeks and see where i'm kind of at base level. Thoughts on for or against low dose extended period. It is quite an investment and commitment.

I was thinking in the Health realm of benefits, sleep, recomp assist, visceral fat recovery. 1-2iu a day to start. Maybe a little of both if it's plays nice with me

Perfect dose brother ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ you will notice a big difference as its builds. Its not an over night change more of a slow burner but keep it going and its unbeatable

It's best you avoid quads period. Stick to shoulders and glutes and arms, soon we will have a guide up :D @Warthog61

Nice session there mate, I have found the same with the GLP drugs - interestingly something I found elevated e2 blunted the effects of reta it seems - worth looking into

I imagine so, I mean they act on similar pathways right? It was something I more stumbled upon, and I could be wrong, but the correlation seems to match perfectly for me.
 
I have found it am a hyper responder to every compound I use, hence why I have still been able to manage with 2mg tirz for a while. Im wondering if the eq has anything to do with appetite coming back or is it still too early, going in week 4 monday

Would it hurt to add a few hundred calories in? I've been in a deficit for coming up on 3 months. Wonder if my body just needs a week or 2 to reset. Not afraid to gain a pound or 2 considering my cycle, hard cut once this run is done

Im not looking for a reason to stuff face lol, be all same food just more

Ohh yeah, going to get some good training and hunting in before we lose more daylight and start hibernation mode. We just got a snow squall a few minutes ago, im never ready for winter

Feeling pretty good, planning to order bloods next week.

The one thing that I have noticed throughout my life change is my tolerance to certain things. I'm a highway foreman for a good size town so we get a lot of complaints and sometimes I get stuck in the middle of crap politics.

Today a resident called screaming, cursing and being a complete jackass. I said "sorry you feel that way but this discussion is over if you cant act respectable" and I hung up on him. It was an issue he had created yet was trying to blame us and play the I pay taxes card. Normally I would have high blood pressure spike after that and I would be pacing around wishing the guys life would get worse, like dark twisted shit and I would be on the verge of blacking out.

But I just took a breath, gave the gentleman's contact info to my boss and explained what had happened and just moved on.

Sometimes when we get mad or aggressive with someone that you disagree with the outcome can go so many different directions. Sometimes its just someone venting and they have many problems in their own life and choose to release it on something small to make themselves feel better

I now refuse to let other people's problems become my problems

Today marks start of 4th week on cycle.
Feeling pretty good, planning to order bloods next week.

The one thing that I have noticed throughout my life change is my tolerance to certain things. I'm a highway foreman for a good size town so we get a lot of complaints and sometimes I get stuck in the middle of crap politics.

Today a resident called screaming, cursing and being a complete jackass. I said "sorry you feel that way but this discussion is over if you cant act respectable" and I hung up on him. It was an issue he had created yet was trying to blame us and play the I pay taxes card. Normally I would have high blood pressure spike after that and I would be pacing around wishing the guys life would get worse, like dark twisted shit and I would be on the verge of blacking out.

Its funny isnt it brother its like we almost become better equipped for day to day bullshit and how we react and respond is so much more constructive rather then hot headed impulsive hahaha. I mentioned this in my podcast as i feel the exact same way..
Now matter what happens to or around me these days nothing seems to bother me much anymore, my composure has become as hard as steel lol. Its a good thing brother for sure!
 
@LevButlerov @Allupfromhere @HarleyGuy do you guys think bloods in week 5 would be good to see how eq is effecting e2(along with other biomarkers)? I did standard e2 test at beginning should I stick to that or get an LC/MS?

Yep fully agree with @LevButlerov, 3 weeks you will see a shift. The metabolites that effect the e2 conversion dont need complete saturation of the compound to take effect is some people. Lcms will ๐Ÿ’ฏ be the more accurate of the 2 test because is will distinguish e2 from e1

Eod is better? I've heard different opinions on that 50/50. Just feel like a pin cushion, even with long esters @LevButlerov? I only went to 25g as its more volume going 2x a week and using a larger syringe.

ED is the best but you can do EOD, you can do sub q too btw @Warthog61
