salt is something we've been consuming since the begining of time. its a naturally occuring mineral so not sure why people think salt is bad. it gets a bad rap cause of ignorance

I find you don't feel anything if you can get it all in in less than 9 minutes. I can do 4000 calories easy in under 9 minutes then you feel full way later so to me you ate it good and proper!

Right now I went back into a deficit, 1600 to 1800 daily. Maintenance is 2200 to 2300.
I just want to shed this last 25lbs of abdominal fat and a little more visceral fat.
Then I would like to totally increase my calories with a shit ton more protein

I tried to control a situation that was way far out of my control with expectations attached to it. We are all badasses, but we still need to check our ego’s at times. Sometimes things are perfect just the way they are and sometimes you will get more by leaving it be.

Honestly, realizing “this is out of my control” is one of the hardest grown man lessons there is, so the fact you caught yourself is a win, not a failure. Ego loves to jump in and say “I can fix this, I can steer this,” but half the magic in life is in seeing where we actually have leverage and where we’re just exhausting ourselves. :D @MarkNV

You didn’t waste 60 years! you just got another layer of the same lesson, deeper and clearer, and that’s how this stuff really lands. Take the Win, remember how this felt in your body, and next time you feel that urge to force an outcome, you’ll have this week as a reminder that sometimes you gain more by backing off than by pushing harder.
