I have his test, some npp, cialis, eq 500, and anadrol. I ran the anadrol for 2 weeks at 50mg a day to see how the body dealt with it, I'll add it in my next cycle, still thinking about how much to run

HGH promotes lipolysis, muscle recovery & muscle preservation. These benefits make a considerable difference while I work towards building muscle without the use of AAS.

For context, at the tail end of my most recent (end of 2025) deficit phase (where carb intake was LOW) - my a1c was 5.1.
Currently utilising 1iu of @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals HGH per day, taken fasted first thing in the AM (morning).
These are my GH & IGF-1 levels implementing the aforementioned dose & timing. Bloods were drawn mid-morning.
IGF-1 & GH are above the reference range, glucose remains well-managed & carb/ food intake is HIGH - the surplus-phase sweet spot

I have started using @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals peptides to support my recovery for the next six weeks of my ‘push’ phase.
PEPTIDE PROTOCOL
-BPC157: 250mcg, daily (AM & PM)
-TB500: 2mg, twice/ week (Mon & Thur)
-HGH: 1iu daily (AM)
So far, so good! One week into BPC/ TB & I have noticed a decrease in inflammation and soreness. I have been administering BPC sub-q to my left thigh area, where my hamstring & hip flexors are tighter due to old muscle strains. I am doing some uni-lateral work to help bring up that left side, and I’m noticing through my training performance & observations that I’m starting to bridge the ‘gap’ in strength & ROM between left v right side. Particularly during the last few reps of a set when I’m close to mechanical failure.
I attribute the improvement to the left side being able to recover better & as a result, adapt to the training stimulus.
Other (consistent & longer-term) complimentary interventions I use to support recovery: dry needling/ soft tissue therapy every 4-6 weeks to the affected areas, collagen supplementation, daily mobility/ stretching.
I’m excited to see what I can accomplish during this ‘push’ phase. My goal is to get the most out of my this brief window of AAS exposure, and I’m confident that the combination of BPC/TB/HGH will amplify what I know I can be achieved by nailing the foundations of nutrition, supplementation, and training. Ready to turn things up a notch
