This blast cycle I will be using @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals for peds and I will be coached by @Gains Man , been using these guys on my current cruise and highly recommend 💥💪🏽🦍

AGE:28
HEIGHT:175cm
WEIGHT:97kg

TRAINING:
strength/Hypertrophy Program:

5 Day Split.

Focus is progressive overload.

All exercises are to be worked up to one heavy set where you fail between 8-12 reps unless specified.

Track this and aim to go up in reps or weighteach week.

DIET:
Cook with extra virgin olive oil spray

Meal 1: 6 egg omelette with ham, low fat cheese and veggies of your choice

Meal 2: 60 grams protein shake or water

Meal 3: 300 grams chicken breast and 1 cup rice add a side of salad if you like

Meal 4: 60 grams protein shake or water

Meal 5: 200 grams lean beef mince or steak with 200 grams potato and veggies of your choice

Meal 6: 1 flavoured Greek yogurt (yopro or chobani or equivalent) with a handful of berries of your choice

SUPPS:
pre workout

protein water

creatine

fish oil

magnesium

5% nutrition defender

xtend bcaa

CYCLE PLAN:

Goals: shred up to 90kg with low bodyfat %
Keep bloodwork’s healthy as possible.

Compounds: SASSYS PHARMACEUTICALS
:test e
primo
:Anavar
:Hgh

Dosage :
600mg test e
400mg primo
3iu each night hgh
(Working up the mg throughout the 12 week cycle to find the sweet spot )
Finish off the last 4 weeks with 40mg Anavar Daily.

ADDITIONAL NOTES :
Coming off a 3 month cruise running 250mg test e weekly .

list your supplements, I see base list but how about rest?
probiotics?
organ liver support? like I see 5% nutrition but thats from a dead guy wouldnt use Rich piana supps no joke, guys is dead so his supps off the table for me

Early morning chest / tri pump finished off with 15 minutes on the stepper medium pace💪🏽 banana protein almond milk post workout shake with added 5g creatine.
@JMJM good update lets get cardio up a bit :)
 
Hey I do my cardio and core on Thursdays/friday usually just do 15-20 mins on the stepper EOD ,works for me between the steps I get up through the day working 🤟🏼
pump it thats perfect, but try doing 30min if you can :)
