Veteran Log Testosterone Deca Tren HGH Cardarine Cycle Log

I'll do my best to not get that deep. Taking it slow and steady to figure things out first go around. If I get snappy even a little bit with my wife or my dog's then I'll know it's time to back off. I never get mad at them so they're a good gauge. My wife knows about what Tren can do and she's watching out for me too in case I get in a headspace where I don't see it myself

First dose of Tren and nothing to report just yet. Can't say I really felt much of anything and my reps stayed fairly consistent. Tiny bit of indigestion and heart burn today. Could be unrelated. Hopefully 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar will help deal with that.

Solid back day. I was actually playing catch-up for the session I missed this last bday weekend so this week will be a 5 day week.

Sleep was ok. Been staying up a bit late hanging on EVO lol. Gotta be strict about my bedtime again and stop playing around too much.

Gonna add my N2guard in this weekend too. Need to figure out how to adjust my vitamin stack to accomodate the n2. It's pretty high dose on a couple things so I need to remove a few of my current supps.

I'm gonna switch to ED doses on Saturday..that should be good right @LevButlerov ? That's basically a full week of EOD lol

Yea bro I'm pretty chill. I used to have a really bad temper. Really really bad up until I was about 18 then just bad from then on out. When I was around 33 and started running a company with employees I really had to take a look at myself and figure out what kinda boss I wanna be. Didn't wanna go the old school way and yell and scream all the time so I really worked on controling my temper.

Now at 41 it all just comes naturally and I barely get fired up ever these days. My only fear is I know it's still inside me.

I feel it creeping in now and again when some dumb shit happens if I'm out riding or something like that. I did punch a guys mirror a few months back lol. Hadn't done that one in a while but this guys did some seriously stupid shit and almost took me out then flipped me off lol.

My goal was to start this cycle back in October but a dental surgery/recovery and a bad flu delayed everything. Today being my Birthday felt as good a time as any to close my first log and start part deux.


Cycle plan 8-12 weeks (Cycle design got some big help from @LevButlerov )

Test E remains the same 70mg EOD
Deca 100mg/week for joints
GH 4iu pre-bed to improve recovery
Tren Ace 25mg ED week 1 and upwards
50mg ED Proviron
Cardarine 5-10mg ED
N2guard for organ health
Mushroom supplements for brain PCT
Finishing up some BPC 157 800mcg ED and Tb500 1g EOD


Goal of this cycle is simple, stay lean and pack on some muscle. Not really sure what to expect from the Tren, so it's hard to nail down a solid goal. I think if I was lean at 200lbs when this is done that would be incredible.

Diet will remain mostly unchanged with protein and fat roughly 400/120g. Carbs I will be increasing and spreading throughout the day to try and maintain stable blood sugar levels and energy. Typical I cycle carbs between 200-300g but I will be eating more and adjusting according to how I feel. Having healthy high carb snacks on hand will be crucial and raw organic apple cider right before I go to sleep per @stevesmi

BF is hard to gauge right now cuz I've been holding a lot of water since the antibiotics and it gotten worse lately for some reason. Guess being a bit outta shape in my starting pics will make the transformation look a lot better LOL.

Bro 200-250max is all you need, especially at the composition of both you to fellas.
I made better results with less also as i was actually getting some sleep lol and less inflammation too. 200 is the honey mark i reckon

Yeah that’s what I was thinking, however it’s on the exact opposite end of the tren dose when I was younger 😂 which is probably a good thing

Only so many nights in a row you can lose significant sleep before your legit fucked. Especially if your not used to getting fuck all sleep. All high dose tren offer is side effects its just a waste of health and recovery.

prep time 10 minutes + 1-2 hours in the fridge

all you need is a bowl and one of those smasher things to smash up the nuts and chocolate

8 oz raw organic almonds
6 oz organic raisins
4 organic large bananas
5 cups raw oats
6 teaspoons almond extract
2 small containers of raw almond butter
1 100% cacoa chocolate bar

mix in a large bowl together.
press into a cookie sheet
drizzle raw honey around the edges and on top of use fingers to cover a portion of the top

put in fridge 1-2 hours or freeze if you want them super hard
cut up into squares and enjoy.

Defi going higher than 175 lol. Gonna bump up dosing by 5mg per day every couple weeks. So week 1-2 25mg ed, week 3 30mg ED and so on until I start feeling a bit shitty or something tells me to stop. Trying to do some science here bro lol

Yea sleep is going to be a major factor at the end of the day. I think it's going to be the first side effect to shut down my climb to the higher doses

I'll post the vitamin stack tonight. The individual vitamins are easy to figure out, it's my multis where I really have to start doing some math and figuring which one's I can drop and which one is going to stay.

This does look good. I just took a picture of it and added it to my cookbook I have chatgpt making. I have a ton of high protein recipes for food and desserts going now. Ill make them into a pdf and post them come january. Ill have a good 50-60ish recipes by then that ive tried and are all bomb

Is a landmine row the same as a corner row (and effectively same as tbar row)? I've started doing both one arm corner rows for lats and meadows rows for mid back and love them both.

Also, I've seen a few people now doing bi's before back. It doesn't effect performance on back exercises?

Yea bro I noticed that right away day one actually. My forearms were cramping in the shower when I was scrubbing my back and I was like wtf already?? Thought back on the day and I hydrated plenty. Stepped my game up day 2 and today day 3. Thankfully it's pretty cold and snowy here right now so I'm not sweating too much.

Yea a landmine is basically the same as those bro. Cept in doing mine off a landmine attachment on my power rack.

On one day I do back first then the other bis first. If you're trying to prioritize growth for say your biceps then you would program them first both days. It's usually best to program whatever muscles you're prioritizing first. If I didn't care at all I'd probably do the heavy compound row first and do the isolations second.

Meadows rows are the best right. I only started programming them a couple months ago and I'm like how did I never do these.

I'd build my gym into a bunker so I could just lift thru the storm and my equipment would be nice and safe. The house could be rebuilt while I live in my gym so that's not a problem. I bet on a remote island I'd still have better internet than @Mobster too LOL

For reference I always get this sensation where my body is heating up about 40mins to an hour after I eat a meal with a decent amount of carbs in it. I always joke it's like my body is a furnace and I can literally feel it partitioning the food. Since I started on TRT it's been that way and only gets amplified on cycle. If only 25mgs of Tren has me feeling that intensified already I'm in for a treat! Thankfully its winter now full on so cooling off is not a problem lol.

Another solid session in the gym. Made a little progression over last week on a few lifts and matched everything else. I'm really looking forward to that super physiologal feeling again. Counting the days.

I was getting a little shoulder pain during the flat presses, been an ongoing issue. I thought the Y raises would really set it off cuz those types of movements seem the be the issue lately but I was surprisingly ok. Not sure what to make of that. Maybe I need to warm up my shoulders better before hitting presses. Going to try that next chest/shoulder day.

Sleep wasn't great last night. I was getting some coughing fits but I know it's related to the project I'm on at work right now. Rewiring a house that burned down and a guy was sweeping where we were working and that always gets me at night. Something about saw dust or whatever on the floor always hits me in the middle of the night. Hopefully tonight is better.

Yea bro I noticed that right away day one actually. My forearms were cramping in the shower when I was scrubbing my back and I was like wtf already?? Thought back on the day and I hydrated plenty. Stepped my game up day 2 and today day 3. Thankfully it's pretty cold and snowy here right now so I'm not sweating too much.
As someone who has some sort of strange maybe genetic tendency to cramp badly, I would try drinking bone broth daily. I’ve had full body cramps that feel like a dangerous medical event. I rarely cramp when regularly drinking bone broth. Works better than pedialyte ot anything else like that. But I suspect the reason for the cramping makes a difference

I do drink Pedialyte every morning. My wife likes to save bones and make broths for her stanky soups. Maybe I'll give that a go it the cramps become a thing. On Var I was able to get through it with extra Pedialyte and more water. Well see how it goes on Tren.

Naw for sure the cough was job site related. It happens literally every single time. I wake up at 4am having a coughing fit and go back to sleep. Something in the dust on the floors on those jobs. As soon as it gets kicked up I'm like ahhh damn...there goes my sleep.

I did my usual pressing warm up with some deep isometrics, banded presses, then warmup sets on the actual movement. Maybe I need to add some weighted shoulder rotations or external rotations too right now while my shoulder heals. Maybe next time I could hit my flys before I press too.

Electrolytes is just 1 extra strength pack of Pedialyte in the morning. Taurine is 6g split into 2 doses. I think I cramped cuz I limit water after 830pm to try and pee less overnight. Can't do water limiting on Tren it seems lol.

Naw Tren E is scary with no experience. I wouldn't even consider going there route. Even just the thought of losing sleep for weeks waiting for the E to wear out would be brutal for me and my work and that's the least of the bad possibilities

Yea I should've started the N2guard day 1 but I didn't read the label until right before I was about to take it and then I was like uh oh...gotta hold off. I already take a lot of folate and B12 and was kinda worried about overdoing it with the n2. There's a few other overlap ingredients too

The citrate in Pedialyte is potassium and sodium citrate. I take a lot of magnesium daily with my supps. Maybe I need to get some extra potassium or eat some banana during the day? @LevButlerov

Really? I thought I remember hearing there can be some issues with mega dosing folate. I think Gary Brecka was pushing that mega dosing stuff and a bunch of people fact checked that and said it's bad for you. Even my own doctor.

B12 and Zinc I was worried about overdosing as well. N2 has a lot in it but so do my other supps.

I had a bit of an issue before with a copper deficiency and if I remember right, could be wrong you know me, copper and zinc need to be maintained within range together. If zinc goes too high it can cause a copper deficiency even if I'm getting enough copper. Is that right? @LevButlerov

Honestly I got most of N2guard covered in my stack already apart from some of the herbal stuff. I take much larger amounts for most of it too. I recognized the importance of all ingredients and their synergistic effects to tho.

And he had the tattoos and he talked all the shit, it was really annoying and one day some stuff went too far and I wound up beating him up in front of the whole company until he STARTED CRYING and I just stopped and everyone looked away and he like, ran into the woods. Fast forward a few years, he calls me at my home. He had found a crew to work with in Florida so he went there. Whole company was black. I bet he wore long sleeves in the heat hahaha. Or maybe not. He called me to thank me for beating him up though.

Potassium and sodium deficiency. I eat so clean I wasnt getting enough sodium. And Im primarily carnivore with some veg. Been really trying to follow certain diet criteria in order to stop the RLS. Im not good at following programs but I do love my sleep. So been a bit of a battle for my old ass. Learning a ton.

next week im doing bloods and letting a chinese naturalist have her way with me via diet, supplements, etc etc. Figured id give it a go and see how it works. Nothing to lose and will be an interesting learning experience. if it helps ill share the info
