Ok this is one of the exceptions then despite your age; I'm assuming you know your plates haven't closed via x-ray results and that your doctor is aware of this? Your doc won't prescribe you GH but knowing your growth plates aren't closed can only come via expert medical opinion via x-ray. The cartilage will show up brighter than the bone in your x-rays.
You can post a log on here and get yourself going with an ongoing slew of advice even daily if you want to post that often. You should also post pics of your bloodwork in your with more history on diet/training etc.
We can probably get to the bottom of this after you start your log and we get more details from it, see the how-to below.

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

Since you're only 18 and may want to have kids I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids/HGH/MK-677 in this order:
