Current weight 88.5kg (down from 104kg august)
Injuries : lower back l4,l5,s1 degen disks. Arthritis c4,c5. Rheumatoid arthrits. Left arm only extend about 90% due to tearing tricep including bone fragments but all repaired and cleaned up. Missing half of 3 fingers on right hand. ADHD. Have a spinal stimulator implant in back.

20 minutes 9km/h 0 incline

I also do 5.7km/h walk treadmill 30 minutes everynight.

Ill add my first body scan but will be getting a new one very shortly.

Looking at dropping my stims so i can see what benifits i get out of incorporating test e, gh, bpc and tb. Thinking 1iu gh between 100 to 200 test weekly but broken up to twice weekly. Bpc and tb still unsure of dosages i have had a couple reccomendations but happy for more. The reason for dropping stims is to just monotor effects on hr and bp as dont want to go too hard.
Touched base today with the gh everyone seems 2b raving bout to have a chat but havnt purchased as yet. Gotta wait till i get paid.

Plan is to have base line bloods before starting anything, then check again about week 3 if dont feel anything untoward. Probably again in anpther 6 weeks unless i increase anything then will check sooner. Not planning on anymore kids as had vasectomy. If everything looks good probably continue for 3 months and re evaluate goals and sups.

Been a long rd getting this far so far and this community has welcomed me with open arms. Feels great as i have been a hermit last few years due to pain and a bit of depression since losing my career but back better than ever. Doing this with 2 kids under 2 at home and potentially marriage on the way out. Anger took hold and now i take it out on weights. Hope you all follow along and feel free to have a bit of input.

Be super interested in hearing about how GH goes with your injuries. I know everyone goes for BCP and TB for injuries (there's some great logs about that you should read) but there's a hell of a lot more medical literature about trying to use gh to solve all sorts of problems, and it often works.

Good thinking man, I did the same thing with ceasing a livertoxic medicine (antabuse) in favor of steriods.

There's one way to find out what happens when you stop bro :)

I've seen quite a few people stop that particular medication with little problems but it depends, there's real bad cases where it's pretty much vital too. Let us know how it goes man. Lots of us here had to stop various things before we could lift and experiment with gear too.

What is it? GH is complicated man. For what you're using it for I'd say to give it a fair evaluation and to expect results you'd have to get a pharmaceutical growth pen or similar, like norditropin or gentropin. Maybe drive to Mexico or something haha. We fly to Asia for that in my part of the world. Start from the Wikipedia page and go from there.

No vit c at moment as interacts with vyvance. I havnt looks at digestive enzymes or anything yet. Yes i have just started listening to podcast. Only get to listen at gym and back and forth unfortunately.
you cant take vitamin C?

Nah apparently incrrases absorbtion and breakdown of vyvance. Not a bad thing if i want to turn slow acting into fast acting lol

Im in the same boat as u brother, start of my log I was on 70mg Vyvanse everyday which helped with everything except dieting and sleep so I’ve decided to jump off them.
how many mg are ur vyvanse and how often do you take them? And how is ur sleep?

Im only on 40 but take 10ml dex in afternoons. I take lyrica too so if i time it right sleep can be great. Miss the window like tonight and im fked. Normally takes an hr to get to sleep and baby times it so he starts screaming at 50minutes. Fml. Atleast the vyvance cancels the increase hunger of lyrica.

Yea I would definitely recommend jumping off Vyvanse, I don’t know ur full situation but for me I’m still studying so I only take my Vyvanse when it’s needed for study other. Vyvanse trump any hunger at all haha

Yea I understand that but that should be something you’re trying to improve at without Vyvanse. I’m not the right person to say this stuff as I’m doing it aswell haha but Vyvanse are a temporary fix like putting a bandaid over a gun shot wound, it masks our adhd symptoms but doesn’t actually help them. We can’t cure our adhd but we can work on our issues and improve them

@fingers86 you got to be careful with those drugs. You don't want to become addicted to them or having to be resilient to other things in the future.

Yeah i usually use for 2 months and have a month off. But using it longer at moment to build good habits. Also see psyc fortnightly building me back up so wont need them any longer

100% for me it was about recognising how my brain and thoughts acted while on and off the meds. My impulses were unstoppable, now I can control them or at least recognise what is happening. I love having it now

Plan is to have base line bloods before starting anything, then check again about week 3 if dont feel anything untoward. Probably again in anpther 6 weeks unless i increase anything then will check sooner. Not planning on anymore kids as had vasectomy. If everything looks good probably continue for 3 months and re evaluate goals and sups.

Good idea to up the macros a bit.

Definitely get base bloods before starting anything. After that the plan to go with TRT test dose and low dose GH is solid.

Looking at dropping my stims so i can see what benifits i get out of incorporating test e, gh, bpc and tb. Thinking 1iu gh between 100 to 200 test weekly but broken up to twice weekly. Bpc and tb still unsure of dosages i have had a couple reccomendations but happy for more. The reason for dropping stims is to just monotor effects on hr and bp as dont want to go too hard.

Base line figures. Im i will have ai on hand as e2 figures are sloghtly high end. But hopefully 130 ish test e weekly to start wont increase too much. Gh already decent so hopefully 1iu daily should see some improvements. Thoughts?
Quite low by the looks of it. TRT should definitely help you out. Everyone responds very differently in terms of E2 from TRT so best to get bloods done after maybe 4 weeks or so.
 
If i was to add 1 of the fat drugs which one would you chose and why. Ret or mounjaro?

So had arthrotis flare up yesterday and couldnt use my hand, decided to swap cardio day to yesterday and caught up with my upper body push today. Increased rotator cuff exercise to 7kg from previously 5kg. Felt good but definately feeling it now. Ordered test and gh the other day from the profet so see how that goes now knowing i am on the very low end of test.

Yeah, im tryimg to keep simple due to not getting time to prep except on tuesdays when one child in daycare, plus medical appointments alot. Love roo meat its my favourite
its smart keep is simple and you'll get good results :D
 
Received today, thanks @StoryOfTheProphet will be setting up to start gh tomorrow night and test will be started on monday. Current plan as stated at start of log is 1iu gh at night and 130mg test on mondays. After a 2 weeks i will re do bloods to check everything is functioning as it should and to adjust dose as required. Test i am wanting to be in the high part of range(or just above) instead of currently at bottom. Gh i will be checking insulan and tryimg to minimise other side effects. Most likely will go to 2-3iu eventually if all is well. Again cant believe how quick this arrived. And so the journey begins. Keep following this journey as i am focused on becoming the best version of myself.

Ok so ended up pinning 1iu gh last night. Didn't notice too much but woke up refreshed which is good. No vyvance today and decided to split my test into 2 doses, 1 monday and 1 friday. 65mg per dose for a weekly dose of 130. Only thing ive noticed is that my lyrica makes me feel a bit drowsy like when i girst started it. Hopefully this passes. About to head to gym but its cardio today due to the change of days/schedule due to arthritis flare earlier in week. Lets go!

Hey mate, flare was pretty bad. Couldnt even pick up my car keys or put any weight on rh or wrist. All settled now. But unlike old times where id just use it as an excuse, i just swapped to a cardio day from weights. So still getting the 4 weight days 3 cardio

I was on methotrexate and plaquinal for the reumatoid which is also used in chemo so does have alot of side effects. Cutting a lot of gluten from my diet has kept it mostly under control and got off them meds

Yeah cut all those. And as of today inclusive not taking vyvance or dex and i added vit c and dome gut bacteria stuff too

Hit a flat spot and was tired at about 130pm today, assuming it was due no stims. Pushed through and tiredness left when took boy for walk

2nd pin of gh done, now to get some rest before gym in morning. Slowly being able to up the weights on certain exercises which feels great. Hopefully current regeme of injections assists further.

Level 9 is just a preset interval training setup. With varying inclines. Was 5 hrs 38 but last night was 7hrs 18 mins and first time in years i had dreams

So is the idea at 3incline 3 speed just to keep moving? Are you talking km or miles?
3 speed is the speed on the treadmill pick the # on the dash, what kind of treadmill you using? @fingers86
 
Its a technogym, so its in km/h. When i do incline usually do 16 incline and 4.5km/h
3 incline 3km/h can you walk that speed?
