Hey guys,is anyone else experiencing delays from capsule corp labs or is it just myself?

I made an order about 3 weeks ago and have been chatting back and forth about my order,ive been told its been posted,but apon asking for the order # and checking aus post for QLD it comes up as "pending" even after 24 hours,have i been jipped or is this common for these guys just need confirmation,thanks gym bros

Thanks mate, yeah honestly it doesnt look the best. However i myself had been waiting on a packed that said pending the entire time until it was delivered this morning. Aus post is a little sticky at this time of year and if ccl didnt post straight away then could be the difference in time frame.

CCL was a failed attempt at stealing my business, if any of MY customers want to experience good gear and service that attracted you to what they stole and tried to replicate I'm here for you

Im still using CCL, you havent been ripped there has been delays myself included.

They have been in touch and let me know. It is annoying its delayed but that's why I always make sure im not down to my last vial before I order.

But no doubt they'll come good on your order

Turn around time for getting any parcels through auspost is 10-30 days.

It concerns the whole EVO family when a vendor takes money and doesn’t ship for 3 weeks. This includes @Dreamer

I have spoken to @mrliftz, and I have offered both a refund and another sent pack for the frustration caused and lack of communication on our end, which we can accept. We have been working to get through this as well as living our lives.

Please understand that we are doing our best to get through it all, we are a small team. We aren’t perfect, nor is any lab for that matter. Every lab is going to have issues. It’s part of it.

We aren’t scamming no one. And for all the rubbish I’m reading about “this is poor service”, please take a step into our shoes and have a go. Because you will quickly find out how hectic it gets. In fact it can get so hectic you can fall on a different side of life very very quickly. So we are doing our best to ensure everyone gets what they need and learn from our mistakes.

We are taking a small break for 2 weeks to reset, and come back with a fresher approach so we can meet our service standard.

Hey guys,is anyone else experiencing delays from capsule corp labs or is it just myself?

I made an order about 3 weeks ago and have been chatting back and forth about my order,ive been told its been posted,but apon asking for the order # and checking aus post for QLD it comes up as "pending" even after 24 hours,have i been jipped or is this common for these guys just need confirmation,thanks gym bros

I had a similar experience the first time I ordered with them, I don’t think they are dodgy I just think they are massively unorganised or not coping with the volume of orders they are getting. It took me about three weeks to get my order which sucked because the order had my teli meds in it. They also let the order sit for a week without posting because one item was out of stock and they didn’t bother to let me know so if I didn’t harass them who knows how long it would have taken to arrive.

Thanks brother, it was hard to take when he stole over half a million dollars worth of my stock and moved address so I had no form of recourse - still hasn't answered his phone - piss weak.

The scumbag owes me big money, and he will continue to do so.

He ran the business to the ground faster then IV seen any other labs do so even with all the money he stole.

As other labs and I agree on, you can either run a lab or you can't

And the grown man who calls himself "Goku" can not.

Their gear sucks, and so do they - as far as snakes go, they slither in the dark with the rest of them, no morals, values or principles - piss weak crimps.

By far the worst I have ever seen on EVO, no experience or business sense - that's what I brought to the table.

Without that Anchor, the business is running better then it ever has - I run things like clockwork by myself - it's better then it's ever been.

You need to step back yourself buddy. All these accusationz and your throwing out there is just laughable.

You want to throw stories out believe me I got some too about you aswel. So I suggest you just calm the fk down and stay in your own lane. Love how you play victim but if everyone knew why you went missing then they wouldn’t even piss on you.

Agreed, it’s on us and we take the responsibility. We have an obligation to deliver and not meeting expectations isn’t acceptable.

We will be back next year with a clean slate and an improved process. We however aren’t relying on Evo to communicate as we have branched out elsewhere. We have moved from silver status for this reason as we want to remain within our means.

We won’t scam anyone and, anyone who has dealt with us knows this. We apologise for lack of communication and will improve.
