looking insane already, stoked to follow this offseason log. what’s the main focus this push — bringing up legs/glutes/back, or just overall size? also curious if you’re changing your training split + food setup compared to prep… keep the updates coming

I don’t change my training split I train the same way I do in prep as I do in offseason. I just don’t chase weights as much when I get super super lean. But same exercises, and low volume. People make the mistake of changing to high volume training which is impossible to recover from at such low calories. Prep is not the time to start doing drop sets or supersets
Food is very different too in prep it’s very low to trace carbs especially last 4-6 weeks
Offseason food carbs are high, calories are high in general.

Training and diet has been a little all over the place this week, moving into my apartment 🚚

0 cardio all week but I’ve been doing a lot of walking in its place. Also changed the frequency of injections of SHOGUN npp to every 3 days rather than twice a week.

Have a training partner for the first time so I’m being a bit more open minded about training. Especially hamstrings and glutes something I can really built on this offseason. Tried stiff legged deads for the first time in 5 years and could work with 100kg easy on that.

Really able to get forced reps in now and being pushed harder, so feeling sore all over this week.

Diet update:
Meal 1
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
2 slice multigrain bread

Meal 2- Pre-Workout
60g oats
15g peanut butter
30g whey protein
Yogurt and blueberries on top

Intra:
50g gummy bears

Post-Workout (Immediately After)
30g whey protein
50g gummy bears

Post-Workout Meal 3 (30 mins later)
120g chicken breast
200g white rice

Meal 4
150g chicken breast
100g dory
200g white potato

Meal 5
Half rotisserie chicken
Veg

Meal 6 - Final Meal

I’m not too fussed about the timing tbh as long as it’s away from food that’s the main thing. So say like at least 45 minutes before food and 1.5-2 hours after food

Nice update. Love the in gym photos as always. A few in particular: your back obviously, your shoulders in the first one and your quads in the third.
Awesome update photos! Things that jumped out compared to normal are your shoulders in the front relaxed and your back in the front double bi.

8iu SHOGUN growth hormone daily:
4iu fasted 45 mins before meal 1, 4iu 1 hour before last meal

Steroids -
40mg PLATINUM NPP every 3 DAYS

dropped my gh down to prioritise sleep for the last part of this offseason. Hands still numb af but I literally been sleeping for 12 hours some nights 😍😍

3-4 more weeks left I’m not too sure yet. Feeling really good and my strength right now is 👌🏼 and no negative side effects from the npp.

I feel I look waaaay different in my front double bicep, my lats popping more. I feel the bigger the muscle the easier it is to connect with and I can open them up more now.

@ifbbpromusclegirl that's really cool that you listed the NPP that you're going with. You don't see too many women running it but you seem to be doing very well on it.
I feel it’s the best one as it’s fast in and fast out too. I cringe whenever I hear about women running test or tren. “Oh but it’s for TRT” 🫠🫠🤦🏼‍♀️

Yes I’m really just resting when I feel I need to, this week I took 3 rest days!
