Monday - back, biceps
Tuesday - legs, abs
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - chest, shoulders
Friday - hamstrings, glutes
Saturday - rest/physique update/cardio
Sunday - back, triceps
Daily supplements -
10iu SHOGUN growth hormone daily:
5iu pre workout, 5iu 1 hour before last meal

every 3 DAYS
Training and diet has been a little all over the place this week, moving into my apartment
0 cardio all week but I’ve been doing a lot of walking in its place. Also changed the frequency of injections of SHOGUN npp to every 3 days rather than twice a week.
Have a training partner for the first time so I’m being a bit more open minded about training. Especially hamstrings and glutes something I can really built on this offseason. Tried stiff legged deads for the first time in 5 years and could work with 100kg easy on that.
Really able to get forced reps in now and being pushed harder, so feeling sore all over this week.
Diet update:

2 slice multigrain bread
