Also ED injections! Do you back fill the one syringe , mix your own blend or pin 4 different intra muscular ?

Steak is making me drool! My favorite
I make sure each vial is pressurized properly before I start using it, then I can use a 1" and 1ml pin and put all compounds in one pin ED totaling 0.4ml. Less experienced users might find that if you have 0.15ml of Sust in your pin and then try to add 0.1ml of another compound your Sust might get sucked up into the next vial if it's not pressurized properly. Similarly you might try and pull your next compound out and it won't come because of wrong pressure in the vial. Best way to equalize pressure is pull the plunger out so the syringe is open stream to the outside air pressure. Stick the syring in the vial (no plunger in syringe) and boom, your vial is now equalized. This is super important to do with peptides too so dosing is easier.

I get a nice 0.4ml every day with a 25g 1" needle and can pin anywhere I want basically so site rotation is maxed out and it's great and I feel literally nothing when I pin. I'm never going back from ED pinning.

- @LevButlerov I want to lower my fats more and increase carbs. Going to switch to chicken breast more and add more morning oats. Make sense?
I recon you could lower them a little bit while on cycle , like closer to 80g fat and put those calories into carbs.

Prone hamstring curl:
4 sets each to concentric failure

Seated calf raise machine
4 sets to failure

5 sets to failure with 20lb kettlebell on chest


Cardio:
20 mins fast walk (almost jogging) slight incline

I think fats are high, you need to drop the fats and up the carbs tbh :D

So, it feels like a using a cigarette (even blowing out vapor/smoke) but it's just a nicotine delivery method that mimics cigarettes.

Pouches in the mouth around the gums will be less socially annoying and hopefully cheaper. I used to use chew but then you need to walk around with a cup and spit in it all day, HarleyGirl would kick my ass LOL.

I did Copenhagen pouches for close to 20 years, no spitting …I used them to quit smoking 😂😂😂
I put them down a year and half ago. I hated everything around me for about two weeks, i either wanted to cry about everything or kill everything, there was no middle ground!!

@HarleyGuy that's some good-looking food right there. It looks very juicy the way you cooked it, perfectly done.
 
I make sure each vial is pressurized properly before I start using it, then I can use a 1" and 1ml pin and put all compounds in one pin ED totaling 0.4ml. Less experienced users might find that if you have 0.15ml of Sust in your pin and then try to add 0.1ml of another compound your Sust might get sucked up into the next vial if it's not pressurized properly. Similarly you might try and pull your next compound out and it won't come because of wrong pressure in the vial. Best way to equalize pressure is pull the plunger out so the syringe is open stream to the outside air pressure. Stick the syring in the vial (no plunger in syringe) and boom, your vial is now equalized. This is super important to do with peptides too so dosing is easier.

I get a nice 0.4ml every day with a 25g 1" needle and can pin anywhere I want basically so site rotation is maxed out and it's great and I feel literally nothing when I pin. I'm never going back from ED pinning.
What are your site rotations?
 
I'm just realizing now it's the best way to go! Gone are the days of 3-5CC shots weekly.
Faster, easier, and 1ml syringes are buttery smooth, i even use a 27g ED. Keeps everything level. anything over 1.5ml and i usually get a knot or mild pip probably because i have a dart stuck in me for a minute and i cant always stay still, plus i have a hard time reading the 3ml barrels. ED at .5ml is nothing

It's an addiction to nicotine in a manner that delivers nicotine only, with added the bonus of the 'throat hit' that cigarettes give too (with cigarettes the addiction is nicotine but it comes with tar and benzene and all sorts of carcinogenic crap). So, it feels like a using a cigarette (even blowing out vapor/smoke) but it's just a nicotine delivery method that mimics cigarettes.

Pouches in the mouth around the gums will be less socially annoying and hopefully cheaper. I used to use chew but then you need to walk around with a cup and spit in it all day, HarleyGirl would kick my ass LOL.

Nicotine is a tough quit
I did Copenhagen pouches for close to 20 years, no spitting …I used them to quit smoking 😂😂😂
I put them down a year and half ago. I hated everything around me for about two weeks, i either wanted to cry about everything or kill everything, there was no middle ground!!
I have no issues with nicotine, it increases test levels and blunts hunger but the vapes are an issue so are cigarettes. lol

Honestly I think the 'what's been missing' for me is the high reps and adding in carbs. Most of my career I trained Mentzer style Heavy Duty for high speed explosive entry with no more than a 1 minute burst of explosive fast twitch fibres maxing out. Being fast and super strong for short bursts is what my job required and then I just stayed with that. It was also good in hand to hand because nothing lasts longer than a minute if you're going to win.

Now, with high reps and carbs I'm holding that hard pump post workout for days and seem to have way more in the tank especially on my first heavy sets. I'm also not pyramiding up in weight like I've always done. I'm starting at my heaviest weight first (after a bloodflow and stretch warmup) then pyramiding down to a weight that can let me force out 20 reps or more. The other day I did 80+ reps in 5 mins on the quad extension and it was exquisite. It's an amazing change and for the first time in years I actually have some mild DOMS!

I've always been a hard gainer and it's tough for me to gain weight but I'm hoping this yields some results and I'm not even caring so much about BF% at the moment because I have til September anyway so lean mass is the goal for now.

  • Furosemide is because I used to get edema very easily but after 15Jan with a healthy ECG I'm betting my cardiologist stops me running that BID or altogether

MK677 is so good for sleep for me that I take my 15mg tabs and cut them in half each night. I'm only taking 2mg Reta vs. your 3mg Reta and I find the Reta absolutely kicks MK677's ass. I still have zero food noise and no hunger at all. I'm even on EQ which can cause appetite increase and still, nothing due to the Reta.

Oh ya bro if your dose is high enough you're good. I'd make sure the Reta is good and saturated at your highest tolerable dose before introducing a grehlin agonist like MK, and/or EQ, etc.; Reta will definitely trump the food noise the other compounds almost always cause. If you go down by a mg go down in 500mcg increments or even 250mcg/week if you can dose it that way.

I'm loving the high volume. I'm actually mildly sore again at the end of the next day which is the best old school feeling. I'm recovering great and can't wait to keep hitting them again. I don't post ALL of my workouts sometimes like that one day I did 80+ quad extensions in 5mins... sometimes I just add a set and burn the shit out of the muscle. I'm all in on high reps and don't care about big numbers this time around. If you look at my supps/diet/peps/PED's my recovery is right on point and my digestion is bang on I'm not bloated anymore from the carbs I've figured out work for me.

I'm loving the high volume. I'm actually mildly sore again at the end of the next day which is the best old school feeling. I'm recovering great and can't wait to keep hitting them again. I don't post ALL of my workouts sometimes like that one day I did 80+ quad extensions in 5mins... sometimes I just add a set and burn the shit out of the muscle. I'm all in on high reps and don't care about big numbers this time around. If you look at my supps/diet/peps/PED's my recovery is right on point and my digestion is bang on I'm not bloated anymore from the carbs I've figured out work for me.
Some people really react well to high volume, and some people don't. It's also based on age, as well. Sounds like you're doing really well on it, though. Give you a lot of credit for that. @HarleyGuy

@LevButlerov I have a question about the carbs. Why so many? Is this to flood @HarleyGuy with glycogen for the extra dragon energy? Or to help his muscles hold a little more water during this cycle and for strength?
Not trying to be dumb, but I do know that with just straight protein, even though I achieved a place where I had energy, I felt so flat. And my workouts lacked

I am very fortunate where I live. The butcher in Reno that I use, sells local beef. We have so many small cattle ranches out here, So prices aren’t to bad. You must get hosed in So Florida at the Whole Foods for pricing on real good quality meat. Thank god you can catch your own fish and good fish!!

  • I tried a sublingual anavar before a workout and the pump was noticeably better. I'm no longer a skeptic that sublingual doesn't spike serum levels higher than timing it orally preworkout.

Your log looks good. Like really detailed. Lots of good looking food. That’s awesome being sober. We all have different substances we choose but as an addict it leads us to the same spot. This first couple days of switching from lower carb to high carb i was so tired all the time and super bloated feeling. Now though I have the energy i did when i was 20.

For me eating is a job. I'm a hard gainer so eating for me is a must or I'd be small. I get no pleasure or displeasure about it one way or the other. I don't care if something doesn't taste good and if I notice it does it doesn't phase me. I make what I need to make and I sit and I pack it in regardless how it feels. With food and supplements: feelings get in the way of progress (write that down LOL). This is why when bros say they "can't" get down a certain amount of creatine or apple cider vinegar or complain about PIP I just reply "You love it, you know you do". :ROFLMAO::p

Yes it's a tricky little bugger. Huge spike on day one to day five in control groups and no more with 25mg vs. 5mg and then it levels off hard. Will take a couple weeks off then cycle it in for a week at a time at 7.5mg (half a @Fusion Canada Nordic Fusion 15mg tab)

I recon you could lower them a little bit while on cycle , like closer to 80g fat and put those calories into carbs.
Oats right now are my main carb source. oatmeal with some pb2 and a little drizzle of honey or agave nectar and now my other favorite sweetener date syrup is the perfect after dinner sweet snack. just a tbs of one of these sweeteners

I don't log every single day's workouts so (unlogged) my back was done, delts were done, arms were good and my legs I didn't find were sore enough so I hit those with walking lunges I saw on @Simon90's log here: https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/first-ever-show-prep-log.106822/page-6#post-1948514
I've been trying to hammer my traps which I don't genetically have good traps so I'm forcing them to smarten the f--k up or else. Core I try and always do and I don't neglect calves. We use our calves all day every day so we need to really hit them heavy and often.

You are looking awesome. I have a bottle of injectable superdrol in the mail with my turinabol. 😂 I have no idea why either. thought about sprinkling 5-10 mg a day on my last two weeks of cycle if i was lean enough. Or maybe the three weeks leading up to the fourth of july since we spend some time at the beach then. You have to put god and family first. I know I do since my esters are all fast esters. Even with enanthate you can get a spike after 36-48 hours so if you're pinning at the same time ED you're likely getting some small peaks from from your pin from two days earlier hence you feel it after you pin even the long esters

Great question! They're still there. I just didn't have any that day. I used my 26-cup 'mega-pint' rice cooker so have a lot of rice to get through.

I was a bit of skeptic too but after I felt it work I did some digging on some studies. I found a study on oral estrogen (still a hormone nonetheless) and sublingual vs. oral dose gave a rapid rise in serum levels (way over the peak for oral) and it tapered off fast as well. So extrapolating from that I figured why not an androgen and hell, it seemed to work. Now, the argument that it does less damage to the liver being 17a-alkylated or not that jury is still out. But serum levels spiking for a workout it seems to be a sound argument.

I only eat about 8-10 different foods on a rotating schedule. The only thing that isn't too calorie dense is the egg whites.

  • Had ultrasound of chest - mild gyno under each breast and more prominent in left breast. Seeing doc next available appointment to be diagnosed with the gyno grading (apparently 1 through 4). Gyno appeared to be old and locked in from teenage years likely due to prohormones.

  • I tried a sublingual anavar before a workout and the pump was noticeably better. I'm no longer a skeptic that sublingual doesn't spike serum levels higher than timing it orally preworkout.

@HarleyGuy never noticed you were on so many different drugs but it's good that you are transitioning away from some of them. Hopefully one day you won't need to take any.
 
Oats right now are my main carb source. oatmeal with some pb2 and a little drizzle of honey or agave nectar and now my other favorite sweetener date syrup is the perfect after dinner sweet snack. just a tbs of one of these sweeteners

Amen to that brother! 🙏 The Big Book of AA promises that once you're recovered you do 'recover' everything you've lost and more, and that promise is coming true for me every day. I have the best relationships with my two sons, my girls I know I'll be seeing this year after years of missing out due to addiction, and I have a special relationship with all my stepkids and HarleyGirl is the best partner I could have ever found. I mean it was even her idea to get myself a second screen to Mod for EVO with and she even said "don't get one canvas poster of EVO for your office get two!". Life is good!

I know I do since my esters are all fast esters. Even with enanthate you can get a spike after 36-48 hours so if you're pinning at the same time ED you're likely getting some small peaks from from your pin from two days earlier hence you feel it after you pin even the long esters


Great question! They're still there. I just didn't have any that day. I used my 26-cup 'mega-pint' rice cooker so have a lot of rice to get through.
