I sound like a broken record, but, "im tired boss".
I was able to get through my workout, but it felt like going through the motions, and not a super productive session. This deload cant come soon enough!

Today was pull. Got through the session, but it wasn't anything to write home about. I did push through it, and felt good for doing so. I think for my deload, im just going to take the week off the gym completely. Just get in steps, go for walks, do my pilates and recover.
BB bent over rows 30kg x 6 (4 sets)
Assisted band pull ups (purple) x 6 (3 sets)
Machine close grip row 30kg x 8 (3 sets)
Machine underhand pull downs 25kg x 10 (3 sets)
Cable straight arm push down 9kg x 10 (3 sets)
Mood was better today. It was a mental relief knowing i have a planned deload in. Its like a little light at the end of the tunnel!
