The customer received a great order too and no doubt has a good photo of the actual touchdown.
@Eddie Haskell - if you could please remove the photo. It was not approved by us. Nor is it even our labels ha.
The customer has made 1 purchase from me yes. I do not know him personally no. He was one of the many customers I had in first day.
I have no relationship with him. Like any delivery, we always appreciate a touchdown photo. And our product looks fantastic and has had a significant investment by us in its design. The last thing I would like is for that to be clouded by a poorly attempted AI touchdown.
The customer can post a touchdown of his actual order - and I hope he does.

I can only imagine it was a good intention by the customer to make his photo look more attractive. But we do not want this confusion clouding our thread. We do not condone that.
We have invested heavily in our design and packaging as can be seen in all touchdown photos and the many that will arrive on Monday and Tuesday.
To the customer - thank you for clearing it up and providing the actual products that were delivered to you.

Bro, the purchase was more than big enough to justify a proper touchdown photo. I’m not sure why AI was used in the first place, and then not even checked before posting.
I’m hoping this was an honest mistake made with good intentions.
That said, it’s not a great look for a newly introduced vendor.
If there are conversations or proof of the order and purchase that can be shown to management, then the post should probably be removed and clarified. If not… this is a rough way to start.
For now, I think it’s fair that everyone treats this as an honest mistake unless proven otherwise.

I am happy to provide proof of customers order. Please reach out to me if needed. Immediately after learning about this post due to the promptness of other customers messaging me. I asked him to delete and when he couldnt, I asked him to upload the actual products he received before he must have tried to add a background
But even this noise Is upsetting as we have managed our launch very professionally.

From memory theres been a couple of vendors lately with similar blister cartons etc that could even possibly be all linked..

Mods/Admins have alot more information that goes into the decisions, I would say its safe to assume something has given @Eddie Haskell the confidence to say that it was an alt. I mean your assumption is that theyve banned a vendor unfairly with no reason.

People assuming that there's an IP match and that's why the vendor has been banned. Mods have said nothing as to why or how they believe it to be an alt. Communication would clear a lot of things but it continually gets ignored.
As with other vendors being banned then when clarification is sought, members are told not to discuss it.
Take it up with admin, they’ve said it was an alt account. I doubt this is based on a gut feeling. Whether they provide evidence or not is up to them. Their house, their rules.
If I was IronClad I would’ve immediately posted deidentified evidence of it being a customer transaction to support their claim it was a customer.

I had nothing against Ironclad - I thought he looked legit - and probably is, his start was as detailed and thought through as anyone else.
Problem is, these guys make the rules not us, and they have access to information we dont, I dont think its a far jump to assume they have crosschecked this, they clearly want new vendors on the forum or they would of banned all new ones from the get go.
I don't understand why they'd even do that. Their products look amazing, everything is packaged well and I'm sure that their products are good. I IM injected 10iu of their hgh this morning before getting bloods and my fingers have never been fatter in my life. I really hope they've got good evidence, because talking to him he seemed like a great bloke with the intention to really stick around and provide good quality products for the community.

For sure. It’s worth acknowledging they have a difficult job, they’re trying to keep users safe from misleading or outright fraudulent vendor behaviour. This is especially challenging when we are talking about UGL products.
If IronClad can provide the appropriate evidence to overturn the suspension, great. I’d rather a heavy handed rules approach to avoid vendor scams.
We are spoilt with plenty of verified sources, so they can afford to be strict.

I wouldn't think they would just hit the ban button without proper inestigation man. They would of looked deep into this particularly if its fraud related. Would you want a fraudster amongst us? I think their got good intentions to keep us safe from any further wrong doing.
Ironclad seems like a good dude man. Top tier customer service quick response and order was shipped the next day plus automatically sent tracking number too. Will share td pics once it arrives. Seeing this drama unfold makes me sad, new vendor with amazing prices and a great list being torn down. My experience with iron clad was 2nd to none. Anyone can check my TD post and see there’s no AI all all correct labelling. Everything looks spot on seals intact, correct products and labels. I had 4 updates about my order in 2 days. Will happily provide more photos and bloods to substantiate everything in my original post

If I was using AI I wouldn’t have used a photo of my touch down on a table from the 60s I picked up cheap at a deceased estate sale when I was 20
I been chatting with Ironclad over the last couple of days about certain products I'd like to try out for different reasons. The guy has been incredibly helpful and attentive and I personally don't believe he would jeopardise his launch with something as trivial as an AI generated photo. Why not offer him the opportunity to clear the air, provide tracking receipts, customer communications etc. My 2 cents.

I’ll go into bat for anyone that’s done everything right by me and is being torn down. I’ve been quiet on the forum but I’ve been here awhile and had interactions with multiple vendors over the last 4 years, I’ve seen vendors come and go, be removed and given 2nd chances and stayed quiet through it all. Being an admin or mod is a thankless service and they do they’re best to protect the community and probably don’t get the props they deserve for it but this is a mistake
How about we just wait for the admin response? You have no idea if it was an alt account or not. You’re basing this on having a pleasant interaction with the vendor.
I second this I'd be happy to do the same. The products I bought of him the dosages he suggested for me to use were on the low end, doesn't seem like something that you'd do if you were trying to scam people. Also gave me a discount without me asking for it plus freebies too. I don't know doesn't add up to me

He could have just took the initial order, but he didn’t, he was honest and only took payment of the item that was ready until later in the day.
Sent me a message Wednesday evening telling me he’d dispatched, then another message at like 2am with tracking.
I will post a td when the package lands, but doesn’t seem like he was in anyway scamming or trying to take advantage. He was great to deal with, seemed like he was putting in a lot of work.
We will see in the days ahead what happens, hopefully this all gets sorted. Seems like there are lots of customers above with similar experiences.

As much as I disagree with ironclad suspension and can proof beyond a shadow of a doubt his legit i tend to agree, I’ve seen too many exit scams and rules and procedures need to be in place. I’m extremely confident ironclad will be reinstated as soon as it’s looked in to

Definitely a mistake and not the best way to make a good first impression. Perhaps too eager in his approach to get wheels in motion on his big day. Definitely wrong but certainly understandable given the time and money that goes into a launch like his just trying to recoup some of the investment and make a splash. I do think there’s enough in his corner with overwhelmingly positive feedback toto perhaps warrant a warning. Lessons learned for him but still gives the community access to him as a vendor. There needs ti be rules but growing the community means taking into account what’s transpired. Orders were made and filled with very happy recipients I just don’t feel a permanent ban is the best outcome for all involved. I like Rogan’s philosophy “there’s plenty of room at the top and stopping people get there only hurts the community as a whole”

Placed an order with ironclad end of the week. Very easy to deal with and also provided me the tracking number when order was sent. Will do a TD photo when it lands.

This is a circus lately. Anyone can create an alt account but this has tarnished a new vendor that has put in a lot of time and effort, his photos look professional from the get go. He has done Jano testing and has a very versatile list. He should be given the chance to prove himself that a customer was being a dick.

In the past, this is always how Eddie's IT team has found out so im guessing its how this decision has been made by matching the IP addresses.

Unban the man, a real customer jazzed up his touch down picture. Let’s be real it’s not his alt. You will see countless touch down pictures in the coming weeks from customers who have nothing but positive things to say about Ironclad. This and the @CS Supps bans are just stupid. Can we not review situations in more detail before destroying their reputation? Hope you have some solid evidence it was his alt account or they should really be unsuspended and given an apology.
You realize a ban/suspension is the standard protocol while the team gathers more evidence and builds a case, going over all photos, posts, facts, customer issues etc. Many moving parts exist and go into this type of situation. A temporary ban/suspension is for protection of users in the community, i find in my experience people are never happy or satisfied, they only talk about what you could have done better or different. The flip side is say we didn't suspend and let this ride and this issue keeps occurring... then you will post and say why didnt the mods handle this sooner and do something about this right away! At the end of the day we follow what we feel best protects the community as a whole because what is the point of having a moderator team if we dont have the community's back and act swiftly with matters at hand. I know in the end if nothing wrong was done and we as a team messed up, we as a team will take full representation of that fact and apologize and do a complete unbanning of said vendor. These issues take time patience is key here while we resolve this.

If you read my post history in this thread, I have advocated for the moderator team and difficulty you have in keeping us protected from poor vendor behaviour.
That said, the language used for the suspension was definitive and did not imply there was any sort of ongoing investigation. So yes, when mistakes are made there is nothing wrong with an apology. It’s what adults do. Keeps this great community more positive.
If you want to “time out!” me for supporting healthy user, mod and vendor relations then go for it.
