I'm gonna gradually ramp up test and will post a log journal on the weekend..have a different approach for the show now so it's why I have taken some time out..but still consistent with meals and training and sleep improvements is helping growth and training a lot actually

Yeah it says supadrol is more everything than anadrol but problem is super is harsh and cant be run to long,where as and im only saying from my experience that I can run anadrol for heaps longer at ridiculous amounts so in the end it would win in overall affect,duration and efficiency for me lol but like I have said before no rehab can cure my addiction to supadrol its always in my kitchen next to my vitamins now.
Nothing injectable for Sdrol from our approved sources yet. I'm still bugging @Fusion Canada to make me a batch hahaha!
 
Definitely bro its a must to have both incline & decline in the mix,I know there's a whole gang of incline only fans out there but hey if ya want a chest like a silverback and to have bitches use them for a pillow...then you just do both of them😜
Shoulder health has to be my biggest concern when warming up cose if I bust a shoulder and cant work im proper screwed id have to cruize on a mil/week for ever and be out on the street and working as a male giggolo,that would be just terrible🙄
Definitely important to balance.
 
Me to....I put the pushdowns towards the end as im strong in that excerice or else I lift the whole stack if I do it at start.....but to be honest I owe it all to lazy chicks aka starfish's as we like to call them here in Oz,the countless hours of being over them in Bridge position with triceps locked in while they just stare at you looking goofey lol thats where triceps are really made!!!🤫

Iv been pining test e past few weeks with prop and im a few days off a 500mg p/w test only cruise....I wont lie since the NPP and all the other good stuff has been phased out no orals,pre,supa,ana,slin and shit like that I feel pretty normal again lol and my left shoulder is not real great,but some BCP will sort it out..fuck yeah marshmonsta supa-cruize mode coming up!

Finished up at 108kg after roughly 20weeks and fairly lean still,a few weeks have past since and iv just been cruising on 500mg test e p/w and 3iu gh a night,still hitting around 4 training sessions a week but am hitting heavy cardio as im going up alot of hill tracks and stairs 3-4 times a week also which has been a good change but shown me my cardio needs work so thats what I will work on over next few months before pushing another bulk.Thanks to all the support from the team @Gold Standard Labs as always,as well as all Evo fam without it i wouldnt be along this far and im looking forward to starting a cruize log very soon....lets fucking go!

Sorry bro to be honest iv been doing nothing but cardio lately running up and down stairs for 2hrs most afternoons at least 4-5times per week lol I cant post that shit up here!..but im getting sick of it real fast and am bout to cut it right back as I feel like a jacked mountain goat with skin so thin I get called dick skin at work now 😅 but yeah I gotta get logging and building again directly its no good for me to not be lifting stacks.
