Looking strong @Wynmaker . What type of training program are you currently running?
At age 61 I worry about hurting myself when I lift heavy. So I limit the number of days that I go big. I’m more of a volume guy these days. Lots of extended partials as well.

My current split is legs, chest and back, shoulders and abs and arms. I typically take one day off every two weeks. Depending upon how my knees feel, I may skip a leg workout. Legs are already a problem as I struggled to find jeans with thighs that fit and I don’t plan on competing in the next 12 months. I think my step my hope is that my wife will do a couples competition with me, she has natural lines and strength that are off the charts.

First of all, it is incredibly expensive. Testing every anabolic and a lot of HGH that I get gets really pricey. That said the risk of cancer, liver and kidney stress throw in left ventricular heart concerns. I feel like I have no choice. My wife is considerably younger than I am and offensively attractive. I need to get my moneys worth out of that purchase :-)

Lots of people have asked “What are your goals?” I’m curious as well but don’t see an answer unless I’ve missed it. That’s a pretty aggressive cycle, especially considering your age. I’ve grown on half that or less. No concerns with longevity? I’m not shitting on you man I just see what I see and get concerned for you.

Mot C is a tough one. I don't have the opportunity to do fasted cardio and I believe that is the best time to take it. I've read too much information about it having a potential negative impact on hypertrophy if you take it right before working out. So I take it an SS 31 right before I go to bed. Then every night when I get up in the middle of the night, I take my HGH usually around 2 AM.

I take so many other strong antioxidants that I do not take vitamin C. I'm taking huge amounts of glutathione, astaxanthin, etc... that all are much stronger antioxidants. I do not take any probiotics currently but I have in the past.

My diet is incredibly simple. 180 to 200 g of real food protein 150 g of protein from collagen or whey. Garbage sugar in the form of candy right before my workout, same thing after. One or two servings of fruit and vegetables every day.

Now the brutal thing, with my job I consume 8 to 12 glasses of wine every day. The amount of alcohol calories that I must battle is off the charts. It keeps me from losing my visceral fat, even with high doses of HGH. I make wine for over a dozen wineries and not consuming that much alcohol. Unfortunately is not really an option for me the way I make Wine.

I've outlined my splits, but in regards to sets I do 15 working sets per each of the two body farts that I work each day.

I had been working with a German producer, Zillt, for five years and it turned out that their gear was severely under dosed and for at least the last year much of it was completely fake. I lost a considerable amount of size and attributed to the fact that I just turned 60 and that age might finally be catching up to me. Just to be safe I sent all of the products to Janoshik and realized that I had been using bunk gear. I took two months off all gear other than TRT and now that I have had tested products that are clean I am making a large push. FYI I have posted on the new results from Jano on my current anabolics on this site previously.

I want to be in a position to be in the same timeline that she is in, and that takes considerable pre-planning.

Mot C is a tough one. I don't have the opportunity to do fasted cardio and I believe that is the best time to take it. I've read too much information about it having a potential negative impact on hypertrophy if you take it right before working out. So I take it an SS 31 right before I go to bed. Then every night when I get up in the middle of the night, I take my HGH usually around 2 AM.

I take so many other strong antioxidants that I do not take vitamin C. I'm taking huge amounts of glutathione, astaxanthin, etc... that all are much stronger antioxidants. I do not take any probiotics currently but I have in the past.

My diet is incredibly simple. 180 to 200 g of real food protein 150 g of protein from collagen or whey. Garbage sugar in the form of candy right before my workout, same thing after. One or two servings of fruit and vegetables every day.

Now the brutal thing, with my job I consume 8 to 12 glasses of wine every day. The amount of alcohol calories that I must battle is off the charts. It keeps me from losing my visceral fat, even with high doses of HGH. I make wine for over a dozen wineries and not consuming that much alcohol. Unfortunately is not really an option for me the way I make Wine.

I've outlined my splits, but in regards to sets I do 15 working sets per each of the two body farts that I work each day.

I don't know what's involved in your work but why do you have to drink wine? To test it? Not drinking so much would obviously be the biggest positive change you could make both in terms of health and physique.

Also, is it right that you get most of your protein from powder? That's not ideal either. Would be good to get more veggies in there as well by the looks of it.
 
First to regain my lost size and there is a chance that my wife will want to do a couples competition.
I appreciate your level headed response without taking offense. Keep us posted and make sure to use the upmost caution should you develop concerning sides.

I have a medical condition that honestly should make it wise for me to abstain from PED use but I still do it mildly. I wanna live the life way I see it ya know?

I do the complete Dr Todd Lee blood panel quarterly, alt/ast are important, but your Cystatin C is the real gauge and I have been .81 to .84 for the past three years. My endocrinologist and Coach are both really pleased with that number. That said, my endocrinologist absolutely chews my butt for being on anabolic's.
 
First of all, it is incredibly expensive. Testing every anabolic and a lot of HGH that I get gets really pricey. That said the risk of cancer, liver and kidney stress throw in left ventricular heart concerns. I feel like I have no choice. My wife is considerably younger than I am and offensively attractive. I need to get my moneys worth out of that purchase :-)
Definitely makes a difference for sure. I agree.

With a low Cystatin C number both my primary and endocrinologist are not concerned about the numbers. I do wish my total HDL was higher though.
These are not extreme numbers tbh but if you drink imo dont use tren
