Kicked off the week well with Chest on Monday followed by Back on Tuesday. Back to back days off with work commitments, Shoulders will be tomorrow and Legs on Saturday morning.

Food is on point, it’s by far the easiest one for me to keep on track. When training suffers food remains the same.
Training remains the same atm, pretty keen to switch back to Push, Pull, Legs though. I love the variety and volume when training like that
It’s been a slow start back to training and logging, it’s definitely one thing that helps keep things on track. Knowing you’ve got this in the back of your head can be that push to pull your finger out.
