Food is on point, it’s by far the easiest one for me to keep on track. When training suffers food remains the same.

Training remains the same atm, pretty keen to switch back to Push, Pull, Legs though. I love the variety and volume when training like that

It’s been a slow start back to training and logging, it’s definitely one thing that helps keep things on track. Knowing you’ve got this in the back of your head can be that push to pull your finger out.

Fresh pineapple is my favourite too! You guys are so lucky you get them locally. Mine all come in a plastic tub lately lol. The "fresh" ones don't look that great

I think most of the stuff we get comes from Hawaii, so it travels a very long way to get here. The fresh ones look like shit at the store right now. Undersized and just rough.

I get the pre cut ones now and again but they come in a plastic container full of liquid which I assume is syrup so I'm not sure how good that is for me lol

I’m loving it, first set 6-9 reps obviously heavy with a nice tempo. 1-2 min break drop weight a smidge and put it all in and hit those higher reps

Wasn’t really getting appetite suppression from it and popped in 1mg of Cag and said goodbye to the desire to eat which wasn’t the intended goal so I’ll be dialling that back a smidge. Currently sitting @ 2mg of Reta a week on a Sunday

Cagrillintide @1mg + 2mg retatrutide absolutely buried my appetite. I’ll also add that I’ve been pretty fatigued this week, unsure if that’s to do with the introduction of the Cag. For Science, I’m considering leaving the cag out on Sunday and just having Reta to see if there is any difference in fatigue, then reintroduce the following week…keen to figure this one out, it would be very useful in a prep
