Veteran Log Cutting Cycle Tirzepatide Log - Team US Pharmacies

Saturday morning 0105 hours
Opening with 45 minutes cardio

I will log my workout after I get home.
I wanted to talk and ramble a little.

My GF, I adore her and would give the beating heart from my very chest to her if she needed it, said something to me the other day.
She started with a positive and said she has never in her life laid with anyone as strong as I am, and she loves it, and then went on to say that for all the muscle, what is the point if I am always sore and kind of move like I am a bit gimpy, and she doesn’t understand why I do what I do at the hours that I do it.
She is a bit bent about the hours I keep and was pretty harsh about it. I handled it with understanding.
I tried to convey that I sometimes move like I am hurting, because I am truly sore as hell, but when I take off days and heal, I am great and until our relationship possibly moves into a situation where we cohabitate, then what it is is exactly what it is!! She kind of accepted that. I am who I am and is all a part of who she is attracted too.

Has anyone had to navigate waters like this?
I am truly in love with this woman, but what do I do if my passion to be strong and fit begins to cause real conflict?

She is a great human being but has never dated a person that does what we do. She accepts the PED use, but has a hard time with other things
The time that you train might be stressful for her. Lots of bad things happen at those hours of the night. Is there any way you could train maybe at a more suitable time where she doesn't have to be up waiting for you and worrying? @MarkNV

I think the fact she is ok with your ped use is a massive hurdle you've already overcome. A lot of women aren't ok with this so you've got a good one.
I don't think the other things will cause conflict unless you start prioritising training over spending time with her. The fact you train at that hour shows how committed you are to not only training but also spending as much time with her as possible, given she would be fast asleep anyway.

@MarkNV you can always book a trip to Jamaica with a balcony and have the situation resolved the hard way. That's what I did. haha

haha this lady was from up north and a boomer. that generation 90% of them drank.. back then it was cool to drink and smoke. legal to drink and drive. now a minority of adults drink and wonder what the hell others are doing!

People out there are very strange. I had a woman tell me a couple months ago that I must be in AA if I don't drink, which was a very weird statement. Either you drink or you're in AA according to her view of the world. I've given up a long time ago on figuring out how people think.

Lev, I tried that Clen, I am going to keep it to 10mg 3 days on 3 days off, if I continue at all.
I really like the appetite control and it would be a killer with tirz, but I just don’t know if it is safe. I did a full 40mg when I first got it,
I felt like a speed freak.

I need opinions!!! Deload, I do enjoy the little reset a proper deload offers, we can still heal and recover with only taking our foot off the pedal a tiny bit!!
I really need opinions on doing a deload on cycle…are we wasting gear by doing a deload? Or is allowing a bit of healing to be able to hit even harder, okay to do on cycle?
I just want to make sure that I am making good decisions.
Since the shoulder flare up, I have lowered the weight that I am pushing, but doubled the reps, not quite the same as a deload,
I am sooore 😂😂😂😂 I fucking love it!!
But….
So I am thinking that this week, I will increase cardio, I can lower the weight being lifted just a tiny bit more and keep reps nice and easy….for one week, and one week only.
It is so hard to lay back, especially while running gear.

Watcha yall think??

Total day off, its been a minute. Concentrating on protein today, and a nice mellow carb count geared towards healing and recovery.
Work, do some laundry, eat and chill!
Began the 3rd week of my @US-pharmacies sponsored cycle. I was already doing TRT and so raising my dose of Test C felt good, 4 or 5 more weeks before the EQ kicks in and just 3 weeks away from the Anavar.
I successfully started the tirzepatide and HGH on Sunday. Will do 2.5IU GH before bed tonight.
Will be getting bloodwork in 2 weeks.
So far so good!!

There is nothing wrong with a deload, you need deload weeks to take the stress off your body. Especially if you're really pushing...

When I was doing power building I was doing it every 4 weeks, as I was pushing so hard. I was ready for deload week, then during it you're like dang man, Im ready togo heavy again. You need that though, that area of recovery is pivotal for you to further progress.

EQ is only at 150 for the week…75 mondays and Thursday
Test is 100 eod for 400 one week and 300 the next. I have the ratio at 2-1 test to EQ

I prefer GH before training, in small doses to enhance recovery after workouts. Overall, HGH does not directly affect MGF, but indirectly it impacts post-workout recovery, which is why I use small doses—they work well.
@LevButlerov I am running with this theory, lets see how the recovery goes!! All I know is that I am very thankful

I think I know what you are talking about, today i got a little hypo this morning, that was new to me. Overall I feel great. I won’t pin before lifting tomorrow, I will keep to the same pre workout routine, food and electrolytes and we will compare!
 
I think I know what you are talking about, today i got a little hypo this morning, that was new to me. Overall I feel great. I won’t pin before lifting tomorrow, I will keep to the same pre workout routine, food and electrolytes and we will compare!

Started USp HGH on Sunday, we had a plan to do 1.5iu post workout and another 1iu before bed
I was getting a little hypo during the days, so I am going to just go with 1iu before bed for a bit to see how that feels, hopefully work up to 2iu.

It was a nice little stretch this morning.
I have been told that it will take a minute to feel the changes and get the sleep benefits with the GH.
I am paying close attention, I am a fast responder with almost everything I have used and I am hoping I will be the same with GH

Definitely sound like the deload is needed. You'll be back even stronger once your rested and recovered good 💪
