Apparently I do pretty well with the volume, had some solid gains of late.Wow man, that's some major league volume. Not only do you find time for your legs but you still hit the upper body as well. @CookieBaah
They're a new one for me too, was trying to throw in some rehab for the knee@CookieBaah the lying hamstring curls and Spanish squats are fantastic. I like the wide grip lat pull downs as well.

50mg on waking has given me then most response so far, with a further 25mg after lunch, 75mg total daily, May not even need the 25mg post lunch, but still just experimenting.
Went to the eldest sons School Cross country,
He gave it a red hot crack.
Back home,
And then off to gym,
Now my gym sessions the day prior to actual games are very different, I had only started doing these since last year.
Referred to as "Priming" Sessions,

Toddled was up an attem at like 5am, which is not okay
Thankfully the wife took this one. (I repaid her with letting her get a nap in through the day.)
First day in about 7 months that I havent stepped on the scales,
Decided I was becoming too concerned with the daily numbers,
Need to step back a bit,
Maybe every 2nd or 3rd day instead.
The toddler also paid for it, by passing out and napping at 1230 (he never naps)
So it was a weird time, cause all three younger kids were napping at the same time.
So I did what any other adult with free time would do,
And caught up on some Anime episodes
Not long after everyone in the house finished their naps, I went off to the gym,
Pretty solid session actually,
Started with a "Flush Run",
Which was actually on the bike,
Basically it's just ticking the legs over in short intervals at different speeds, with active stretching in between.
Kinda went off program for one set of bench, but I was feeling it, so I thought why not hit an AMRAP,

Toddled was up an attem at like 5am, which is not okay
Thankfully the wife took this one. (I repaid her with letting her get a nap in through the day.)
First day in about 7 months that I havent stepped on the scales,
Decided I was becoming too concerned with the daily numbers,
Need to step back a bit,
Maybe every 2nd or 3rd day instead.
The toddler also paid for it, by passing out and napping at 1230 (he never naps)
So it was a weird time, cause all three younger kids were napping at the same time.
So I did what any other adult with free time would do,
And caught up on some Anime episodes
Not long after everyone in the house finished their naps, I went off to the gym,

Which was actually on the bike,
Basically it's just ticking the legs over in short intervals at different speeds, with active stretching in between.

Cruisy morning, took the older 2 kids to see the new Mario movie, just as we did 3 years ago when the last one came out,
Indulged in some Popcorn and lollies,
So calories today are a rough estimate.
Spent the rest of the day just recovering and relaxing on the couch.
I increased my Reta from 1.5mg to 2mg as of last night,
I have now gone from 1mg to 2mg in the past month, will see how it tracks over the next 3-4 weeks,
Have however considered jumping off it altogether,
To get my RHR and HRV back on track.
REAL TALK -
Since the increase of calories to what should be maintenance range start of last month,
And the last past 2 weeks of dealing with the knee issue, my cardio was definitely down,
So overall output was down, and I didn't offset that by decreasing calories,
My weight has definitely increased much higher than I would have liked, I understand also that HGH and TRT have brought in water weight, but definitely not the whole issue,
Definitely become somewhat complacent in the grandscheme of things and just went into autpilot mode and thinking everything will be okay,
So going to spend the next 3-4 weeks also, at lower calories, and only upping them the day before game day,
Just to reign it all back in a fraction.

Another "early" wake with the toddler,
Would really love a sleep in soon
Had a really overwhelming feeling and poor mental state start to the day,
The lack of sleep,
All the kids crying/doing the wrong thing.
Wife stuck in bed again with her migraine, everything got a bit too much for a bit.
But I had some food, made it through the nap time, and the mood shifted, Thankfully.
Anyone else have a partner thats frequently unwell?
Not shes not diagnosed with anything chronic or anything of the sorts.
But very often gets headaches/migraines, general bouts of feeling unwell, makes her bed ridden.
The 3 pregnancys were a nightmare,
The last one being the worst.
(The last 2 kids basically being b2b, felt like a solid 2 years of her being unwell.)
And its kind of carried on a bit into post birth.
Dont get me wrong I understand it's definitely alot worse being her, and being the one going through it,
But definitely gets hard being on the other side sometimes,
She's an absolute trooper and still does what she can,
And eternally greatful for her always,
Just some tough days sprinkled in there.

We as fathers and husbands take on a lot. My advice is talk to mates. Dont do what I did and feel like you can't ask for help. After thinking as a man you are supposed to sacrifice all the time and should just suck it up... I realised its not a weakness to ask for help when you need it. I also never felt fully comfortable talking to my mates to vent as much as I wanted so I saw a psychologist for a bit.
I found a lot of good friends and family were happy to come hang out and look after the kids or even take them on a sleepover where I could get rest to reset and be a better rested and more emotionally available Dad. We only really ever felt comfortable with grandparents taking them over night when they were little though.
Take care of yourself so you can take care of the family.

Due for my first set of bloods in 11 days, interested to see the results of my first ever "cycle".
Depending on blood results, may slightly bump up my Test-E dose to 200mg from 175mg,
Going to be trying out some Primo also, trying to narrow down a proper dose however looking at matching Test-E or running 100mg higher.
Adding in some anavar alongside Carderine on cardio days @ 10-20mg each.
I've up'd my HGH from 3.3iu to 5iu (no sides yet), recovering extremely well.
Reta even though it's at 2mg, just not feeling the same effect I was early days at 1mg,
Unsure if I'm just going to drop it altogether (to fix my RHR & HRV), or just titrate up .5mg a week, til desired effects.
Still pinning the Wolverine Stack into my knee daily, to great effect.
I've settled at 50mg of Slu-pp-332 every morning, with an additional 25mg if I start feeling a crash.

Yeah kinda of why I was going to start with a more conservative approach and match my test,Nice work brother, tread steady running primo higher then test when it comes to e2.
Everybody is different so will have to navigate this with bloodwork until you nail your numbers as test at 200 is quite low as it is when it comes to adding in a compound that has a.i influence. E2 levels are crucial if your trying to maximise your igf1 production from your gh dose.
With the reta you can also try instead of increasing dose just shorten dose frequency. As in if your running 2mg currently every 7 days bring it back to every 6 or 5 days.
This allows you to base the dose againts hunger noise time frame and have seen very positive feedback on this approach.
Slu can definitely have an effect on hunger. I have seen this across many anecdotal cases.Yeah kinda of why I was going to start with a more conservative approach and match my test,

As for Reta, I do run it at every 6 days,
I had success with 1mg for about 5 weeks with food noise, and feeling fuller through the days.

Yeah no changes until bloods are inSlu can definitely have an effect on hunger. I have seen this across many anecdotal cases.
Its in the way it works, basically you have turned you engine up and now it wants me fuel.
My honest opinion is i would get your bloods done first before you add the primo brother to see where your e2 levels are at then your aware with what room you have to play with as far as dosages.

Reta produces it's more noticeable effects after 24 weeks as per the clinical studies and it's most profound and maximum therapeutic benefits after 48 weeks. I am finding this myself as I go into my 12th week on Reta as well.
