I have heard your podcast today. Thats my dream life- To grow my own food.
Look in permaculture if you havent.

Its great to grow your own food. You can always just start small, you can grow alot of veges in pots. I try and make small improvements to the garden each season.

I like the idea of the permaculture type gardens but it looks too chaotic for my liking. I like to have everything planted in rows and keep it clean of anything that isn't necessary, because it's hard to control the pests that come with the extra bushes around the plants. I don't use any pesticides and keep it fully organic.

I've also got some wild cats roaming around so I need to close off my garden otherwise they get in there to rest in the shade and love the soft soil to poop in. Spring growing season has ended but I'll add some pictures of the garden when I get it going again.

I live in the main city in an apartment with not enough sunlight. I grow herbs etc and lots of indoor plants but ir wont be enough for any fruit bearing plants. When I used to live in Qld, with a backyard I grew pumpkins, watermelon, Okra, eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini etc
I get what you are saying regarding chaotic look re permaculture.
Good to see what you are doing.

That's awesome. You could probably teach me a thing or two. Yeah it's hard to grow much if you aren't getting enough sunlight, you could invest in some grow tents :LOL: might attract some unwanted attention though.

I think we all feel a bit nervous at first but all these interviews have come out great. Great to see how different everyone story is but we all end up on a similar path to health and fitness (and getting sexy and jacked of course)

I felt a connection to your story and listened to every word. It was fun being invited back on and talking with the guys. Just an update for anywho plays the podcast i am currently now down a total of 31.4lbs from the time this aired i wasnt down as much in weight. 18lbs left till the goal weight of 195 lbs

This was pretty badass. Noah brought the big @US-pharmacies info and basically laid out the best . All I can say is that @US-pharmacies Is the cleanest best dosed gear I have used. Totally transparent with J tests!! And the reps and owner want every single person to succeed and will tailor make a stack for you if you let them know what your goals are and walk you through it!! THE BEST!!

I dont blame him one bit, while tren is the golden compound the majority of users are running test at a much higher usage than tren, which makes sense as its a baee compound for a cycle.

Highly recommend @US-pharmacies! You'll find a great selection and super fast shipping; @US-pharmacies also are very receptive to questions and super knowledgeable they can help you out with anything about your cycle you need. They are their own USA Approved source and are not on NAPS.

They are upgrading their website at the moment and the new site will be up in a couple days @rayray01
In the mean time you can email them at [email protected]
It is still business as usual for @US-pharmacies so feel free to email them. I will let you know when the new website is up.
