Sometimes when I look in the mirror and I'm not happy with what I see, it's because I hold myself to a higher standard than I did years ago... But I need to remember, that bloke I was years ago, when I wanted to loose all that weight, would've killed to be where I am now. So we should remember that about our progress aye.
