HGH - Still using 3iu in the evening. Joints are feeling really good. Sleep is marginally better. Skin is starting to respond to GH which is nice.
Overall - Still love how this cycle is sitting now. Test, Deca and Eq are excellent and GH is now giving relief and recovery to my joints. This will be a good run in for 8 weeks now.

Daily thoughts
So when reading my log updates this morning, boy oh boy did a common theme pop up with my nutrition.
The obsession with the lack of carbs I eat is amazing.
I love that people are invested in my log and only wish the best for me, but I won't be changing my diet for anyone...period.
I have addressed this before but here we go again.
Eating a large amount of carbs does not work for me. I store them as fat as you can see from the pictures below.
Let's get some lifestyle things about me clarified so this might help:
I am nearly 60 so my ability to burn a shit ton of carbs has reduced.
I am an office bound executive. My daily calorie burn depends on how many times I walk to the bathroom or get a cup of coffee (it's black btw).
My lack of sleep has more to do with me overthinking work more than anything else. Has been an issue for 40 years.
I don't do cardio. I don't have the time to do it and my knees struggle mightily with it at present. GH might change that so I won't rule it out as a future thing.
My training is powerlifting based so I don't do a ton of volume.
I have tried the carb thing as recently as Feb and it still didn't work.....for me.
Everyone is different. What works for one does not necessarily work for another. Everyone at Evo actual knows this. If we were all the same we would all be taking the same Peds and Peptides. I don't know many that are doing that and I certainly don't read a person's log and think "oh they are taking the same shit as everyone else).
The range of compounds, amounts and cycles is as diverse as the world we live in.
Yet there is an obsession (yes, obsession) with eating and how much P, C, F and Cal we do. Again, everyone is different, and not all dietary intake is the same for people. Not all dietary measures work the same for people other wise it wouldn't be a multi-trillion dollar industry.
You are actual told dietary wise to find what works for you by this industry.
I have achieved this. I know what works for me due to years of trial and error.
I will solve my current issue by removing any trace of nutrition from my log from now so I don't have to make shit up on what I am consuming to appease people (yes, done that too and recently).
That defeats the entire purpose of a log and I love the logging component of Evo.
Essentially I will do me in regards to my nutition.
Now that I have unburdened myself, please have a great weekend Evo,
Much Love Evo Fam.

Thanks brother. You really do fully understand. I am working on a solution and hopefully it will come to fruition soon.Mate, my old job had me doing the same thing constantly staying awake and calculating the remaining hours I would have before I had to sleep so I wouldn’t have to get up and go to it. It’s a terrible feeling no doubt.
I certainly hope your work gets better for you and things get easier there for you.
Great work clearing the air with the macros intake aswell.![]()

Test E - Not today
Deca - Not today
EQ - Easy pin again. Would never think it is 300mg its so smooth. Do love how this works on me.
HGH - Had 4iu last night to see what it did. Felt no appreciable difference between this and 3iu so I will sit on 3iu from here.
Overall - Need to stop playing with compounds now for the next 9 weeks. Blood test this week will see how things sitting and if any adjustments are required.
Sleep
7 hours. Slept a little better and even slept in a bit. Think that has more to do with a more relaxed mind than any particular compound though.
Training

**Started well and thenstarted to feel a bit heavier than usual halfway through. Last 2 sets were the best one. Great last rep on final lift as I powered through my usual fail point. Tricep and chains work is working.

Incline Bench 5x60,70,80,90,95,100kg
**Good lift again. Minimal shoulder discomfort when things were getting tired. Most weight on top lift either ever or in a decade or so.

Decline flys 3x12x25kg
**These got easier in last 2 sets. Still not totally comfortable on bench today but made it work.

Today was really good in the gym. The pain in my shoulders I have been battling hard for a few weeks has reduced significantly since the @Southern HGH I use has had time to kick in. I know it's this since I have been on everything else for weeks. This a significant relief I have to say and will improve my training even further.
You can see I have fully added my nutrition back in. I was reminded by a couple of very astute brothers that by having it in there I can show that not everyone is the same and different diets work for people. I am after all a protein kingfor a reason

Thanks brother. Essentially that's what my Mondays are now. I have no real load on them at present and it is a management exercise. I deloaded off them 4 weeks ago and it did help and I will absolutely do so again if I think things are either declining or not improving. But so far things are doing wellgood update but im concerned with your pain in shoulders @Kopite67 have you tested a shoulder deload?

I think ts going to be ok brother. The discomfort is diminishing all the time. I will obviously keep a close tab on it.I mean not doing shoulders for lets say 1 week and doing massage on itor you feel you can handle it? @Kopite67

I do need to make changes to my program next training block where posterior chain and quads are on separate days. It is time to concentrate on both areas specifically to get maximum benefit.
Thanks brother. That helps progress this decision furtherI recently made this change myself - and its helped heaps. Two leg days - posterior and anterior - my squats have drastically and steadily improved since doing this

As usual on Deadlift day I very few ancillary thoughts that dont involve the task at hand.
Today was no different. Got into a great head space for today and executed well all day. I do need to make changes to my program next training block where posterior chain and quads are on separate days. It is time to concentrate on both areas specifically to get maximum benefit. I haven't worked out the total strategy yet and exercise arrangement but I have plenty of time for that.
Now I have to rest, recuperate and get ready for my blood test on Thursday. Looking forward to this to see how everything I am doing and taking is going within me.

Appreciate you keeping the nutrition in, but also laying it out as to why you're sticking firmly to your guns on this. (pardon the pun your guns are insane!)
I have a bro that does insanely well on protein and fats and low carb. Everything falls apart when he ups the carbs and has found, like you, what works for him. It's just how he's built. I completely get it, we're all different
Your updates are schmik as always brother, the lifts keep getting better, and the insights are always on point. Sorry it took me so long to catch up. But my word are your gains insane brother. This cycle has you shaping up tremendously. 10/10 my manimal!![]()

Daily thoughts
As usual on Deadlift day I very few ancillary thoughts that dont involve the task at hand.
Today was no different. Got into a great head space for today and executed well all day. I do need to make changes to my program next training block where posterior chain and quads are on separate days. It is time to concentrate on both areas specifically to get maximum benefit. I haven't worked out the total strategy yet and exercise arrangement but I have plenty of time for that.
Now I have to rest, recuperate and get ready for my blood test on Thursday. Looking forward to this to see how everything I am doing and taking is going within me.

Daily thoughts
Today was really good in the gym. The pain in my shoulders I have been battling hard for a few weeks has reduced significantly since the @Southern HGH I use has had time to kick in. I know it's this since I have been on everything else for weeks. This a significant relief I have to say and will improve my training even further.
You can see I have fully added my nutrition back in. I was reminded by a couple of very astute brothers that by having it in there I can show that not everyone is the same and different diets work for people. I am after all a protein kingfor a reason

Daily thoughts
When I took my BP this morning the spike was a bit surprising. I thought it may have been the Deadlift session until I noticed I forgot to take a few meds last night. Two of which reduce my Blood Pressure and slow my heart rate
. Oops
Worked from Home day and exceptionally productive. Mentally felt super sharp today and physically rested to recover and get ready for tomorrow's blood test.
I have been working on my program and cycle for next round after a health phase at the completion of this one Peds wise.
As I am not a bodybuilder and don't need to actually "cut" I will be running the same current cycle for 16 weeks. My diet is now dialled in and I am still losing bodyfat, my strength is increasing slowly but surely and my weight is steady or marginally increasing with muscularity.
This cycle will take me to a competition later in the year and set me up for a strong 2027.
The Test E, Deca, Eq combo works well together with the proviron, Reta and GH. Until everything stalls or causes me issues I see no reason to change what is obviously working. Only thing I might do is add a kick-start oral for 4-6 weeks at the front. Haven't totally decided on that yet.

Brother that might be a grand planHopefully my anadrol arrives in time and you can try run that at the start if you want?
Thanks BrotherExcellent game plan brother. Well thought out as always.![]()
Oooo keen on seeing you run the anadrol mate! That’ll turn you into a different kind of beast! Nice to see you progressing well on your current cycle it appears everything is well optimised now. But I guess the blood test will show us if it is or not haha best of luck22nd April log update

Test E - Absolutely smooth as silk today.
Deca - Not Today
EQ - Smooth as silk like the Test with that little Eq kick that I just love.
HGH - 3iu last night. Sleep was really good. Joints are responding nicely and recovery is excellent considering I did heavy Deads.
Overall - Recovery is getting better all the time and joint pain is definitely easing. Strength is improving and definition is coming through more. Just love it.

**I have a high protien, lower carb and fat diet as I have found this is what works for me. Yes, I have tried higher carbs, didn't work well
Sleep
7 hours. Slept a little better and even slept in a bit. Definitely an improvement.
Training
Rest day. Pre blood test.

It’s funny you’re already looking forward to the next cycle. I was literally trying to nail down what I wanted to do. This cycle has me down to one bottle of test left so I need to place an order. Much like yourself I was thinking of running my same cycle back again. Why change what ain’t broken!

Obviously ALT and AST are increased and again I need to take in more water. Dbol and a couple of my prescribed meds are also to blame and fortunately they leave soon. Worth monitoring of course.

Lipids- Cholesterol is up but not significantly from last time. Too much red meat may be part of this, so will pull that back a bit.

Daily thoughts
Running so out of time today. Everything seems to be taking forever, even my log.
Anyway, bloods were done today and now we wait for the result.
Overall it's been a great day. Work was finally productive, training was spot on and I even had a slight cheat lunch.
Just need to get my HGH done and then some rest before we go again.
Much Love Evo Fam.

Yeah brother, totally right. Booked in 19th May for thatI might be a bit out of my depth here,
So ignore my insight if they seem ridiculous.
Could your HCT being near the top range,
Be a reason also for a slow blood draw??
If I recall correctly those numbers usually mean you should donate some blood or something?
(Happy to be schooled here also)
