Approved Log My First Cycle LOG - 16 Years Natural lifter

Nice looking meals mate. Not sure about the waffles though.
Waffles recipe is as follows :

Kodiak pancake mix ( whole grain, no bs )
protein powder
milk
eggs
egg whites
80% cacao dark chocolate chips
bananas

They are my pre workout meal, macros per 200 gr serving size are :

50 gr carbs
25 gr protein
10 gr fats
400 calories

They are waffles but not your diner waffles, try them out if you can, great stuff.

I never looked into this, but I assumed that fat from wild caught salmon would be the fat you want. Literally the fat that’s in the fish oil supplements. I suppose there would be more than that, but is it something in particular that should be avoided?

You are absolutely right @toddthelineman , the adjustment I made was going from the Altlantic kind to the Wild caught Alaskan, both great fats and exactly the same kind that are in supplements, with the Alaskan being slighlty less fatty than the Atlantic. The switch just matched my macros better, for the amount of fish I eat per week just that change brought my fat intake down by 10-15 grams which was what I needed.

Slept for 9 hours after 2IU GH last night before bed time. I pinned an hour and a half before going to bed and right before I actually went to sleep I felt relaxed and grounded and somehow I could tell I am ready to go into a deep slumber.
Could be placebo, maybe not, but 9 hours of sleep, damn !

I will be bumping up creatine to 20gr ED as of today per @LevButlerov suggestion. I had been on such a high dose previously before and for all those taking those high doses I strongly suggest staying on top of your hydration.

HGH made a massive improvement on myself and clients sleep quality, amazing work!

Weight as of this morning is at 202.7 lbs, the heaviest I have been in the last year and a half. I definitely feel heavier.
My appetite is through the roof, I got more then 4200 calories in me yesterday instead of the planned 3800.
I slept for 9 hours again, this time I did the shot 10 minutes 2 IU's before I went to bed. Slept like a rock and felt I could sleep even more if I did not have to wake up due to work.

Todays workout is going to be an Upper Body :

And how long have you been at these amounts?

Adding more initially is never my go to, before maximising the most out of the safer and compounds if it’s early on in your PED usage - the reason is to know your limits and variables with them before adding more and having more guessing - when you can making amazing gains already

If you’re ready to do a cycle, it’s barely a question of what. It’s a question of how much. Testosterone. And then you figure out hire your aromatize before you choose final dosage and other compounds. (IMO)

I tried most everything a little bit, early on. Now I just like test and gh. But I really did like masteron.

First cycle ever, started GH a week ago at 2iu per day, first days took it in the morning but it made me somewhat sleepy, transitioned into PM and sleep has been great ever since.
I don't take any other compound other then the GH.

So, GH at 2iu a day for a week.

I'm definitely ready and although I have researched a lot, I still want to hear from all of you experienced dudes cause that gives me a guideline to follow. I still double check everything and I don't approach this blindly, but knowing that you have all gone through it gives me certain rules to follow.
Question is testosterone, but what type, starting dosages, what to keep track and what other compounds stack well with it.

There’s so many ways to think about it all. A lot of ways to do it right. I think the simple way to do it is to start around 300mg/wk. I would use enanthate. I can’t tell the difference between cypionate and enanthate, but people love to split hairs over it. Enanthate is easy to source at 300mg/ml which makes it simple. Cyp is usually 200, sometimes 250, but either way it always winds up costing a bit more for an imaginary or theoretical benefit of slightly more stable levels. Propianate is very often painful, and undecanoate comes on and leaves very slowly. So I’ve settled on enanthate. Perfectly good, best bang for your buck, no quirks.

I don’t believe there’s any way to know for sure if you’re a high aromatizer. I am a somewhat high aromatizer, but I have never had any feminine features hahaha. I’m bald and hairy and been lean my whole life. I’m assuming you’re going to do a cycle and give it a go for some real gains and then pct. So you could just plan on 500mg/wk and then use whatever ai is appropriate, but we have seen a few logs where things could get out of control even lower than that. So to me, it seems smart to start lower. You’ll still have really high numbers in your bloodwork at 250 or 300. You’ll feel it and it will start working and you’ll get stronger for sure. And your ability to do frequent bloodwork means you won’t be wasting any time. You can ramp up if it seems appropriate and manageable. Or if it’s already working so well you can leave it right there. I never did intentionally come off completely once I started testosterone, so I can’t really say how long a first cycle should be. I stopped once because of sourcing issues. I was in gooood shape and when the little bit of water from the test left my body I looked crazy hahaha. Didn’t feel bad at all. It was about three weeks so I hadn’t hit the bottom quite yet I suppose. Then years later I bought bunk testosterone and got through a vial in ten weeks. I was not in peak shape at that time I was just using it as trt and had been working too hard, eating less than ideal, etc. by the time I was done with that vial I didn’t feel great. Again, I was ok, I was functioning. But I knew something was wrong. I had been on for years at that point.

What to stack it with is really up to you. I personally really like winstrol. It’s not very good for you. But if you like things like sprinting or anything explosive like that I think it’s a good one. That’s what I have the most experience with. It only hurt my joints when I took it solo, and I’ve been shaving my head since I was natty so hair isn’t a concern.

Npp is great for strength and size. I got bigger right away when I used it. Literally right away. Later it gave me unpleasant mental side effects but they went away shortly after stopping. I don’t take nandrolones anymore because I used deca and loved it until the sides hit and then I felt bad mentally for way too long.

When I used masteron I got really vascular and felt really good mentally. Really good. And people really started noticing the look.

I can’t tell when I use primo that there’s anything in it at all. I just don’t need an ai. That’s it. But I never took a lot.

That’s about all I got.

Workout looks alright. No back exercises on an upper day though? I'd call it chest, shoulders and arms. Also, where you list sets, are they all the 0 to 2 RIR you list or are some warmup sets?

It's up to you if you want to add compounds to this. Man, seems like you're doing really good. You don't want to get too greedy.

That's a lot of good information man, thank you for taking the time to write this one out. I'm actually looking into ordering some test, will probably start on the lower-mid side of 200-250 a week and see what that's going to do to my test levels and potentially increase or lower dose depending on blood results.
From what I've gathered so far as information a cycle length can be anywhere from 8 to 16 weeks. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong on this.
I've never had high e2, the highest it has ever been was this year in January at 57, as soon as I fixed my sleep and lifestyle it dropped down to 32 in March but that's definitely something to monitor.

What can you tell me more about Masteron, did you get any sides from that and was it an injectable or pills ?

Definitely going to be adding something to the stack that's in line with not going over certain boundaries I have set for myself.
I think GH + Test will be a relatively mild cycle compared to other stuff that's out there.

Did back and traps separately this week, went heavy and had to split the upper body, but yes you are right, not full upper body day.
Also, I do full mobility and stretching before every session, also do warm up sets to engage rhomboids, traps, warm up rotator cuffs with external and internal rotations, I'm just too lazy and don't have the time to write down my whole program. I'll post the next one as a whole so you can see the structure better.

Hello gents, here is an update from me, skipped yesterday cause it was a super busy day for me.
I got a blood glucometer and blood pressure monitor delivered to me yesterday so I will be adding those readings to my "daily" updates from now on.

Fasted Blood Glucose : 81
Postprandial blood glucose : 107

So far I'm feeling good, especially with sleeping more or able to sleep more for that matter. I do notice better pumps while working out especially my forearms seem to blow up pretty fast, nice thing is vascularity is still present (in forearms)

I am doing an IGF1 test next week after 2 weeks on GH to see potential fluctuations there and dose appropriately if that is needed.

I got a blood glucometer and blood pressure monitor delivered to me yesterday so I will be adding those readings to my "daily" updates from now on.

Hip mobility etc is so important and underrated hey. That core sequence looks good as well, although I'd probably do it after the workout.

Nice effort on the squats. 215lb is good weight. 45's on the lunges is good as well.

Shoulder, Chest and Triceps are destroyed brother, could barely lift my arms yesterday, with all the food and the good gh before bed for sure they are going to grow.
Bros, destruction is a good thing. We like to see that.
 
can you tell me more about Masteron, did you get any sides from that and was it an injectable or pills ?
I have used both masteron enanthate and propianate. I like them equally, but enanthate is cheaper per mg, and harder to find lately. It’s injectable. It did give me body acne, it’s a dht based steroid and I’m apparently quite sensitive to dht. However I believe the acne was due to the combination Of a dht compound and my having high estrogen at the time. It was near or over 100 for years, I felt “fine”, the YouTubers said it was fine, but I always had some acne. Actually, I pretty much always have, even my mom did her whole life. Just a little. With testosterone turning up my e2, it was worse. Sometimes not cool. Adding masteron to that made it very much not cool. I haven’t tried it since learning to control my e2

Definitely going to be adding something to the stack that's in line with not going over certain boundaries I have set for myself.
I think GH + Test will be a relatively mild cycle compared to other stuff that's out there.
I see a lot of guys adding growth hormone and they've had a lot of success. Check out those logs and see their opinions but don't run the growth hormone too high. Three IU max.

I have been gaining weight slowly but surely, although it is mainly water weight due to creatine, gh and increased carbs. Have lost a little bit of definition, but I do feel bigger pumps and increased strength and endurance in sessions. Sleep is great, I'm dreaming most nights and waking up rested in the morning.


Will be incorporating more cardio specifically LISS on my non weight training days to try and keep the BF in check.

I will also be doing my blood work later this week, will check IGF1 as well as other biomarkers and come up with a plan for Test and Anavar or T-bol.

For my meal prep this past Sunday I changed my protein to Lean Beef mince and Wild Caught Salmon, a little more fattier than chicken, but I do like to change the protein from time to time.

Psyllium Husk as of today, 5 gr per day, will go to 10 once I get the hang of it.
Per my doctors recommendation I have also added B12 & MIC injection once a week at 1ml due to a b12 deficiency, will keep that going for the next 10 weeks.

Ordered Test E and Anavar through US Pharmacies, will post photos once I get it on Wednesday if everything goes to plan.
Will start that at 150-200mg a week of Test split bi-weekly and 25mg a day of Anavar and take it from there.

Weight 3 days ago was at 205lbs, but has come down since roughly 2-3lbs due to sickness, not being able to get all my meals and peeing like crazy throughout the night.

Had my blood drawn on Friday, will be checking:
Cortisol
Total T
Free T
IGF1
Hemoglobin
Insulin
As part of my bi-weekly check up.

Still on 2iu GH before bed, no negative symptoms so far, everything great.

Fasted glucose from last week on average in 85-90.

Did meal prep today and this weeks macros are:

Seriously this is like the best supplement available I know of. When I had high liver enzymes the last time, I tried everything, I bought all the liver supplements and even injectable glutathione, which has worked for me amazingly in the past. But that time nothing was budging it. I got the n2guard and it totally worked. I think a lot of supplements are bunk. How would most people even know?

Results came in from my blood work and I checked only a couple of biomarkers as part of my biweekly check up, cause this gets expensive if you check everything every 2 weeks.
Estrogen jumped up to what it was in January to 47, but all my other markers such as cortisol, hemoglobin and test are good and now I have a thorough understanding of my base line before I jump on a cycle, which I did start yesterday by the way.
I am really happy about my IGF1 levels being almost at 400 which shows that GH is working properly at 2iu per day.

I did get my Test and Anavar yesterday from US-Pharmacies , you will find TD photos bellow. I did a pin of 125mg Test E yesterday and plan on doing 250mg a week, see how that feels like test my testosterone and estradiol in 2 weeks again and take it from there.
I also did start Anavar at 30mg a day, did 20mg before workout, will do another 10 tonight as well.

Current weight is at 205 and at this point I think I can do great things on this cycle, since this is my first one and body should respond nicely and honestly I'm excited about what's to come.

I also have some AI on hand in case estrogen goes too high.

Goal is to get total t around 1200-1400 and free test around 400-500 hopefully.

I do want to get my IGF1 around 500-550 so I am considering going to 3IU of GH a day, but will wait for another IGF test in 2 weeks to make that decision.

Alright gents here is an update for you.

It has been 3 weeks since I started the GH at 2iu and so far no issues at all, I started to notice my hair growing a little faster and so has my hairdresser, I see her every 2 weeks on Friday and this week she mentioned that it seems longer than usual. Also noticed nails grow a little faster too, but that all falls in line with my IGF1 levels being high so the GH is doing it's thing. I think that I was holding some water weight the first 2 weeks but that has gone away this week, otherwise no side effects in a negative way.
My fasting blood glucose varies every day mostly depending on the type of meal that I've had the night before, If it is carb heavy that glucose is around 90-95, if it is carb light it is 85-90 which is great.
The only thing I can say is that I do feel like I can sleep forever and it takes me a little bit longer to wake up and get on the grind, but that's not a problem that I will complain about.

It has been 4 days since I started Test E at 250 a week, I split it biweekly at 125 per pin and I pin subq, I warm the syringe a little bit by literally putting it on my laptop while I am working, the heat is barely noticeable but it does warm up it slightly, I inject really slow and I split the dose into two spots so to avoid and lumps, so far all good, no issues.
Yesterday was day 3 since the first pin and I felt like a could F the world and do it all over again, if this continues on like this I think my wife will want to marry me AGAIN, so GO team Test !
I did the second pin today.

It has also been 4 days since I started taking Anavar, I do 30 mg a day, 20 mg in the morning before workout, 10 mg at night and I think it is too soon to see any effect from that. I will keep the dosage the same for about a week and potentially titrate up to 40mg, but that depends on how I feel about it, will keep a close eye on it though.

Yesterday I did a leg workout and it felt great, but pushed a lot and siting down and up is a struggle but I do love that feeling so again I won't complain about that either.
In the workout I felt more motivation to push harder and I think it came from the fact that I know that I am doing all these things and I want to use them and not let them go to waste, I almost feel them working and it just helps me push harder in my workouts.

Alright gents here is an update for you.

It has been 3 weeks since I started the GH at 2iu and so far no issues at all, I started to notice my hair growing a little faster and so has my hairdresser, I see her every 2 weeks on Friday and this week she mentioned that it seems longer than usual. Also noticed nails grow a little faster too, but that all falls in line with my IGF1 levels being high so the GH is doing it's thing. I think that I was holding some water weight the first 2 weeks but that has gone away this week, otherwise no side effects in a negative way.
My fasting blood glucose varies every day mostly depending on the type of meal that I've had the night before, If it is carb heavy that glucose is around 90-95, if it is carb light it is 85-90 which is great.
The only thing I can say is that I do feel like I can sleep forever and it takes me a little bit longer to wake up and get on the grind, but that's not a problem that I will complain about.

It has been 4 days since I started Test E at 250 a week, I split it biweekly at 125 per pin and I pin subq, I warm the syringe a little bit by literally putting it on my laptop while I am working, the heat is barely noticeable but it does warm up it slightly, I inject really slow and I split the dose into two spots so to avoid and lumps, so far all good, no issues.
Yesterday was day 3 since the first pin and I felt like a could F the world and do it all over again, if this continues on like this I think my wife will want to marry me AGAIN, so GO team Test !
I did the second pin today.

It has also been 4 days since I started taking Anavar, I do 30 mg a day, 20 mg in the morning before workout, 10 mg at night and I think it is too soon to see any effect from that. good to hear on the hgh, but with anavar you need to add taurine 2grams to make sure pumps dont over push @Struman

Alright gents here is an update for you.

It has been 3 weeks since I started the GH at 2iu and so far no issues at all, I started to notice my hair growing a little faster and so has my hairdresser, I see her every 2 weeks on Friday and this week she mentioned that it seems longer than usual. Also noticed nails grow a little faster too, but that all falls in line with my IGF1 levels being high so the GH is doing it's thing. I think that I was holding some water weight the first 2 weeks but that has gone away this week, otherwise no side effects in a negative way.
My fasting blood glucose varies every day mostly depending on the type of meal that I've had the night before, If it is carb heavy that glucose is around 90-95, if it is carb light it is 85-90 which is great.
The only thing I can say is that I do feel like I can sleep forever and it takes me a little bit longer to wake up and get on the grind, but that's not a problem that I will complain about.

It has been 4 days since I started Test E at 250 a week, I split it biweekly at 125 per pin and I pin subq, I warm the syringe a little bit by literally putting it on my laptop while I am working, the heat is barely noticeable but it does warm up it slightly, I inject really slow and I split the dose into two spots so to avoid and lumps, so far all good, no issues.
Yesterday was day 3 since the first pin and I felt like a could F the world and do it all over again, if this continues on like this I think my wife will want to marry me AGAIN, so GO team Test !
I did the second pin today.

It has also been 4 days since I started taking Anavar, I do 30 mg a day, 20 mg in the morning before workout, 10 mg at night and I think it is too soon to see any effect from that. I will keep the dosage the same for about a week and potentially titrate up to 40mg, but that depends on how I feel about it, will keep a close eye on it though.

Yesterday I did a leg workout and it felt great, but pushed a lot and siting down and up is a struggle but I do love that feeling so again I won't complain about that either.
In the workout I felt more motivation to push harder and I think it came from the fact that I know that I am doing all these things and I want to use them and not let them go to waste, I almost feel them working and it just helps me push harder in my workouts.

It has been 6 weeks since I started taking GH at 2 IU PM and 2 weeks since I started taking Test at 250 a week and Anavar at 30mg a day.
My starting weight at the start of this log was 197lbs with BW fluctuating 1-2lbs daily due to hydration mostly. At that time I was dealing with lack of sleep, poor energy and loss of motivation and those were the primary reasons why I started this log. Ever since I started logging I made a conscious decision to focus on my health and wellbeing, both physical and mental and the results have been nothing less then incredible so bear with me.

Initially once I started taking GH I was taking it in the morning, but noticed that I was getting sleepy throughout the day and a couple of days in I decided to change it to night time before bed. That change improved my sleep quality drastically, with the effort of actually sleeping more and chaining my schedule my body started to heal and I could feel it.
Once I started taking GH my IGF1 levels were at around 250, but after 3 weeks on 2IU the IGF1 level went up to 400. nails started growing faster, hair as well, skin improved slightly as my body started to hold a little more water and weight quickly bounced to 204lbs. My goal based on the research that I did is to get my IGF1 levels around 550 which is a supra physiological level and in order to do that I have been taking 3IU of GH in the last week.

So far I have noticed no negative effects, I do feel the need to sleep more in the night, but that might be due to the extensive workouts that I have been doing in the last month.

As far as the Test E and Anavar, the first 2 weeks so far have been interesting for sure. I did start Test at 250 a week splitting it into two doses. 125 each, first three pins I did SubQ and did not have any issues except for small lumps under skin that would linger on for a couple of days, no pain. I finally took the courage to do a IM injection yesterday, must admit I stared at the needle for 5 minutes and sweated profusely to get myself to pin, but did it and it was painless, absolutely no pain, a little soreness today in site but nothing too crazy, I have felt the same when I had gotten shots in my glutes when going to the hospital as a kid.

What I did notice ever since I started the test is my sex drive increasing exponentially, a much better and calm feeling in my day to day, almost like a confidence that just radiates, nothing too crazy but there is definitely a change in my presence and how I conduct myself, I just feel more sure and more confident overall. What I did notice is the added water weight, muscles feel fuller and bigger and skin is thicker.
I did a sperm test 10 days in and my results came back normal, swimmers swimming fine, but I expect that to drop as I go deeper in the cycle.
So far I have no signs of estrogen sky rocketing, no sensitive nipples, no acne outbreak, no nothing, but will be doing a blood test next week just to see where things are at.

Anavar - First 10 days I did 30 mg a day, with 20mg before workout SubL and 10mg at night. Did increase to 40mg in the last 3 days, 20mg before workout, 20 mg at night, I'm planning on staying on that dose and monitoring progress, potentially going up to 50 mg in week 4. What I have noticed so far is improved vascularity, better pumps, better connection with the muscular contraction, simply put I can easily direct the stimulation into the muscles I am trying to target. Strength has increased by 5-10%, which in this short duration is incredible.

It is hard to separate what compound does what, Test or Anavar, but I do feel like they are working together and with GH I do think it is an incredible stack so far.

Now for the big update: Weight as of this morning is 217lbs, I have inflated like a balloon with no increase in my waist size at all, my wedding ring doesn't fit anymore, some of my watches don't fit anymore. The first week on test and anavar I would go to bed at 208, wake up in the morning at 209, a couple of days later I would be 212, just this weekend I was 214, and today 217lbs. Just to mention I am fully aware that it is water, but still size, because first comes water and glycogen then comes tissue. At this rate I do not know what to expect, barely 2 weeks Into the cycle and still have 10 to go, potentially 12, so I am keeping myself grounded and fully aware of the process.

Still meal prepping every Sunday with macros currently sitting at : Carbs 400 grams, Protein 300-320 grams, fat at 110 grams.

Will keep you posted gents, I will be taking some good quality photos this week to post, will be posting my blood work next week as well.

Mate, really enjoyed reading through your log, especially the detail you’ve put into sleep, bloods, and the diet side of things. Crazy to see you go from the high 190s to 217 with no waist gain and still feeling in control of the process. The way you adjusted GH timing to fix sleep and then built the Test/Var in gradually is textbook. Pumps, strength and that ‘calm confidence’ you mentioned really come through in your write‑up. Keep the updates coming (photos and bloods especially) it’s super helpful for other guys planning a conservative first run.

Although I cannot post every single day, my day to day activities currently are crazy, I am on track with all my meals from my meal prep, all the supplements, sleep, hydration and everything is optimized.

It has been 6 weeks since I started taking GH at 2 IU PM and 2 weeks since I started taking Test at 250 a week and Anavar at 30mg a day.
My starting weight at the start of this log was 197lbs with BW fluctuating 1-2lbs daily due to hydration mostly. At that time I was dealing with lack of sleep, poor energy and loss of motivation and those were the primary reasons why I started this log. Ever since I started logging I made a conscious decision to focus on my health and wellbeing, both physical and mental and the results have been nothing less then incredible so bear with me.

Initially once I started taking GH I was taking it in the morning, but noticed that I was getting sleepy throughout the day and a couple of days in I decided to change it to night time before bed. That change improved my sleep quality drastically, with the effort of actually sleeping more and chaining my schedule my body started to heal and I could feel it.
Once I started taking GH my IGF1 levels were at around 250, but after 3 weeks on 2IU the IGF1 level went up to 400. nails started growing faster, hair as well, skin improved slightly as my body started to hold a little more water and weight quickly bounced to 204lbs. My goal based on the research that I did is to get my IGF1 levels around 550 which is a supra physiological level and in order to do that I have been taking 3IU of GH in the last week.

So far I have noticed no negative effects, I do feel the need to sleep more in the night, but that might be due to the extensive workouts that I have been doing in the last month.

As far as the Test E and Anavar, the first 2 weeks so far have been interesting for sure. I did start Test at 250 a week splitting it into two doses. 125 each, first three pins I did SubQ and did not have any issues except for small lumps under skin that would linger on for a couple of days, no pain. I finally took the courage to do a IM injection yesterday, must admit I stared at the needle for 5 minutes and sweated profusely to get myself to pin, but did it and it was painless, absolutely no pain, a little soreness today in site but nothing too crazy, I have felt the same when I had gotten shots in my glutes when going to the hospital as a kid.

What I did notice ever since I started the test is my sex drive increasing exponentially, a much better and calm feeling in my day to day, almost like a confidence that just radiates, nothing too crazy but there is definitely a change in my presence and how I conduct myself, I just feel more sure and more confident overall. What I did notice is the added water weight, muscles feel fuller and bigger and skin is thicker.
I did a sperm test 10 days in and my results came back normal, swimmers swimming fine, but I expect that to drop as I go deeper in the cycle.
So far I have no signs of estrogen sky rocketing, no sensitive nipples, no acne outbreak, no nothing, but will be doing a blood test next week just to see where things are at.

Anavar - First 10 days I did 30 mg a day, with 20mg before workout SubL and 10mg at night. Did increase to 40mg in the last 3 days, 20mg before workout, 20 mg at night, I'm planning on staying on that dose and monitoring progress, potentially going up to 50 mg in week 4. What I have noticed so far is improved vascularity, better pumps, better connection with the muscular contraction, simply put I can easily direct the stimulation into the muscles I am trying to target. Strength has increased by 5-10%, which in this short duration is incredible.

It is hard to separate what compound does what, Test or Anavar, but I do feel like they are working together and with GH I do think it is an incredible stack so far.

Now for the big update: Weight as of this morning is 217lbs, I have inflated like a balloon with no increase in my waist size at all, my wedding ring doesn't fit anymore, some of my watches don't fit anymore. The first week on test and anavar I would go to bed at 208, wake up in the morning at 209, a couple of days later I would be 212, just this weekend I was 214, and today 217lbs. Just to mention I am fully aware that it is water, but still size, because first comes water and glycogen then comes tissue. Sounds like the GH has helped your sleep nicely.

That weight increase is crazy, particularly for only 250/week. Good that your getting bloods next week. I wonder if your E2 is high.
 
Great update bro , and I remember the first time injecting and staring at the needle for awhile myself haha .

Glad to see you enjoying the test and anavar . Also the GH. I only recently started using GH myself and I agree before bed at night is better.

Mate, really enjoyed reading through your log, especially the detail you’ve put into sleep, bloods, and the diet side of things. Crazy to see you go from the high 190s to 217 with no waist gain and still feeling in control of the process. The way you adjusted GH timing to fix sleep and then built the Test/Var in gradually is textbook. Pumps, strength and that ‘calm confidence’ you mentioned really come through in your write‑up. Keep the updates coming (photos and bloods especially) it’s super helpful for other guys planning a conservative first run.
