Its a rest day today. So i plan for 6 miles of walking with podcast listening. Possibly some swimming and core work.

Swapped to the sust 250. To let the deconate ester go ahead and get established before using the sust 500 later. Just my line of thinking. Might not have really mattered.

I will say I think sust is better for my libido. Just how I feel anyways.
 
Chest and back day. Had a knotted up muscle in my right lat. That finally loosened up yesterday. I still went lighter on the back workout than normal just to be on the safe side. Walked 3 miles also.
