Mood is good considering circumstances and shifts. Pretty grateful.

Everythings going well, with the bit of diet mishap just a blip, and working around the injury.
Looks like we might go to push/pull/legs for a while. That way only every third workout is maintenance. Bit more focused on the upper body for a while.
Sort this issue out, then hopefully the legs will respond well when we can gradually bring everything back in, and increase aas.
So did a push session today for this first time in about 6 months, was a great change. Definitely hits different. Few exercises I haven't done in a while, few I've not done at my gym.
Inc chest press machine 80x11, 75x7
Chest fly 82x7, 68x11
Weighted dips 15kgx 12, 0x 12
Shoulder press machine 60x12, 50x8
Lat raise DB 12.5x25, 12.5x15
Lat raise machine 25x10, 20x15
Tri pulldown 32x10, 32x8
30 mins on the stairs, 9000 steps done.
Really happy with this workout. Much quicker than my upper sessions. Excited for push tmrw now. Less bummed about limited leg work.
I'll give a bit more feedback on the ss31, motsc and ghkcu supplied by @War Born Peptides soon, but its hard to tell what the hells going on with my body, and energy levels when I'm on rolling nights! One of them sure is a bitey fucker though, not sure whether it's the ss31 or the motsc. I know one of them does that.
