Veteran Log 2026 lifestyle and cycle log - Testosterone, Deca, Proviron Retatrutide

Nice work bro! Love the dedication in a home gym. I tried it once but couldn’t get motivated went back to a commercial gym.
Total opposite brother. I find it easy at home to be motivated and focused, but find commercial gyms distracting and very annoying if someone is using something I want. Hate sharing 🤣🩵

170 squat is huge! and in the pic your back looks very wide! @Kopite67 good to hear the HGH move is a win!

RDLs 100 like butter, easy for you :D

beautiful birds again! top pics I always zoom in to see :P

@HarleyGuy @Allupfromhere @Pigsy @waggat @Trenhead3cc @Grumpy @LH5515 @Yuri @catdadironman @bss
Thanks brother. Both squats and RDLs were good today. Easier than expected.
GH move is a definite win. Suits me much better than evenings.
I need to get some more new bird pics. 🩵

My bro, you just keep getting better aye!
Strength is through the roof 🫡
You're an absolute weapon. 💪🏼
Planks are killer aye, 2mins is about all I can handle at the moment.
Cannot tell you how much I've been hanging for the Kopite poddy.💙
Thanks brother.
Planks are so hard, but they do work....dammit 😖
Should drop soon bro, hope you like it 🩵

EQ - Nice and easy delt pin. Really feel it working today.

HGH - 3iu this morning. Seems to work in the morning. No snoring last night. Sleep was same as usual.

Overall - Thing's are still beautifully in sync and the GH in the mornings now I believe that will continue

**I have a high protien, lower carb and fat diet as I have found this is what works for me. Yes, I have tried higher carbs, didn't work well 😁😘

Hydration
1800 to 2400ml of pure water on top of everything else I have.

Sleep
6 hours. Still average at best. Was not worse than when I had HGH in the evenings though.

Training
Squats 3x20,40,60 1x80,100,120,140,150,160,170kg
**First free squats I have done in years and it went surprisingly well. Lower than I thought I would get so comp level is attainable with a bit of dilligent mobility work. Weight was easy. 170kg went up so fast. Was going to do 180kg but annoying logic person asked if it was in today's program...which it wasn't. Will get it next time though.

RDLs 5x60,70,80,90,100
**Really easy and just getting a baseline on these.
View attachment 226722View attachment 226723

Planks 50s x 3
**Easier than expected. Still hard but shaking has lessened considerably.

Daily thoughts
Lots of good things going on today. GH in the mornings is a win. Didnt snore, still getting the other benefits.
Free squats in training went better than expected. Knew I would not be parallel but got a lot closer than I expected. A few key mobility exercises and I think that will happen by the end of the year. Weight moved easily as well. Well under what I can do. Gives me a ton of confidence going forward.
Planks were so much easier today. This is great.
Things are rolling nicely. I have also set my health phase and what I wiil do. I will expand on that this weekend.

Much Love Evo Fam 🩵.

Fantastic update brother. You are absolutely killing it with this cycle.

Planks getting easier, your squats look really good and a big win with moving the HGH to the morning!

Haha, I personally need to drive there and put myself in that environment.

Daily thoughts
Was one of those days that I always felt a bit rushed or running out of time. We are going interstate this weekend which of course apart from normal organising involves sorting a few other specific items. Food for travel needs sorting to minimise the amount of crap processed things eaten, Peds need sorting, Peptides need their separate fridge pack organised, supplements need to portioned out and this needs to all be packed so it is secure.
Thankfully I will be back home to train.
Hopefully I can get a few nice travel shots.

Checkin tomorrow as well. Not sure there is a huge difference this week, but we shall see tomorrow.

We have festivals here where we get dozens of them up in the air. It's very spectacular. I can't tell you what it's like though as you have a snowballs chance in hell of getting me in one. Terrified of heights 😱🩵
I think that I'd be okay with the heights but that would be an adrenaline rush. Maybe too much for what I need in my life. Ha ha.

Test E - Nice and easy quad pin today.

Deca - Nice and easy in the other quad pin today.

EQ - Not Today

HGH - 4iu last night, 2iu this morning. The 4iu at night is just not doing me any favours. My sleep is getting worse and while the other benefits like skin and repair are evident, I have decided to shift to AM dosing to see if that improves things overall. 4 days at 2iu to start then go from there.

Overall - Decided to bit the bullet and shift my HGH to AM pins. Not getting the sleep benefit from PM ones and I think it makes me snore worse the higher the dose.

Sleep
6 hours. Still average at best again. Showed some signs of improvement but has gone back to being disjointed again.

Training
Rest day. Practised a few stretches for squats tomorrow.

Daily thoughts
After a few weeks of taking HGH at night before bed and only getting mild sleep improvement but snoring like a freight train (I gather), I decided to shift to AM pins and see if it makes a difference. I need the tissue repair of HGH more than anything to assist me, any other benefits are a bonus. Anyway we shall see how it goes.
Nice rest day today. Worked from home so no 2.5 hours round trip commute. Really felt tired and used the time to recuperate today. Coming into last 6 weeks of this cycle and I really want to bring it home in a big way before a nice health run.

Thanks brother. Come too far to wreck it all by not doing a couple of simple meals and organising my Supplementation. 🩵

HGH - 3iu this morning. Seems to work in the morning but a long term program will show how well.

Overall - Cycle is still going so strong nearly 14 weeks later. Feels like I am just starting not entering the final 6 weeks. Once again can't speak highly enough of all of @Southern Cross Labs fantastic gear. Would not have gotten to this stage without them being so top quality.

Much Love Evo Fam 🩵.

looking nice and pumped :D your arms are hard, and you look BIG and Lean love your transformation, EVO family love and support your way! @Kopite67

I never thought of it like that. I agree there's way too many people here. I'm starting to hate it.
If you compare US main states and exclude Alaska and Hawaii US just bigger than Aus land mass (Looked it up haha)

it’s not too bad population density .
Like India 440 people per sq Km
Vs US 34 per sq km .
And Australia 3-4 per sq km.

We have to consider ourselves very lucky to be where we are!

Yeah there are a lot of sparse areas in the United States but if you actually take a look at the more populated areas, they're very overpopulated.

Happy with how I have progressed in the last month. Definite differences in size and density overall. Strength and recovery has improved since HGH has been added. Eq is now kicking in hard and overall health is good. I have reduced 3 Prescribed meds this past month with no reduction in progress at all. Mid cycle blood test was good with only a couple of concern areas that already have mitigations being put in place for these.
Looking forward to next week already with Podcast on Monday night. Should be fun.
Have a great weekend Evo.

Planks 3x60s
**Same as usual, just horrible. Felt like I was having an entire body cramp for the last 10 seconds of the 3rd set.

Daily thoughts
Today was a absolute battle in the gym. I wasn't confident before the session as my right shoulder has been playing up pretty badly the last couple of days.
Warm up with bands was not good. Took multiple stretches to feel warm in my shoulders and not have any pain. Naturally during bench I was monitoring for pain on every single rep. Mentally taxing myself the whole time. Second last set felt very heavy but shoulders were fine. No pain at all. Went for 125kg believing I had no chance of 5. First 3 were OK, 4th was a fight and the 5th was the first time I mentally locked on for a rep all session....too late. Racked my right side and the left would not go the last 1 cm and that was probably due to the complete cramp I got in my left hamstring fighting it up.
By the time I got to my final set of flys I was totally cooked. Haven't totally failed a set of flys like that in years. Was pretty cool.
Overall it was a great session. My confidence in what both my shoulders can handle has been boosted 10 fold. Mentally it was a dogfight the entire session. I was constantly monitoring how my body was going for every single rep. Only once did I actually focus on the lift, and while I failed it, I should not have been even close to making it.
Also got to get my training partner back in the gym. She was there most of today and handed me the DBs on the decline flys to help prevent an injury to my shoulders.
Something to work on 😉.

HGH - 3iu this morning. Long term program now so results will gradually increase.

Overall - Cycle is still going so strong nearly 14 weeks later. Feels like I am just starting not entering the final 6 weeks. Once again can't speak highly enough of all of @Southern Cross Labs fantastic gear. Would not have gotten to this stage without them being so top quality.

Thanks brother. Feel better having challenged myself mentally with this and my shoulder issue.
Failure is as big as the successes in what we do. Gotta hand it to @Photographer for getting that shot as great as she did.
Podcast all done, hope you enjoy it 🩵

Goin hard at it Brother. The weeks are just flying by aye. I know it hasn't been long but is the shoulder feeling a bit better today?

Ur looking fkn amazing in the photos too my man. This cycle is bringing out a beast. 💪🏼
A little better brother. I just have to not aggravate it for no reason. Left one cleared well then the right started. GH is slowly helping, just got to be patient.
I love this cycle. Next health run will allow me to set up the next cycle properly for a real strength tilt. 🩵

Training
Landmine Press 15x0,5kg 3x15x8.75kg
**Slow and steady. Thought about misbehaving but only twinged a couple of times throughout

Laterals 4x20x5kg
**Absolutely where my shoulder issue is worst. Only did partials to get blood flow basically. Will slowly build these up to full range.

Rear delt landmines 4x20x0
**No pain at all with these. Nice burn by the end

Planks 3x65s
**Oh my these were tough today. The extra 5 seconds was horrific. Certainly working though.

Not much to really expand on today Evo. Rehab session went well, new supplement in N2Gaurd is now in place.
On to single deads tomorrow.....that should be fun 😁

Much Love Evo Fam 🩵.

Daily thoughts
Still working out the best course of action with GH. I have moved back to evenings as the longer I did morning pins the more tired I was getting during the day.
My evening ones are with a minor twist. I never get 2 hours between my final meal and going to bed. Just cannot fit the timing in. So I am going to bed and letting the inevitable 2-3 hour wake up after going to bed as my GH pin time. I will see how this goes.
Strength is still going up up after 14 weeks of heavy training. This is surprising as I expected a plateau at some point, and now I don't think it's going to happen during the next 6 weeks. Love that.

The Peacocks? No they are at a nursery down the road. Beautiful but noisy as 😅🩵
Ah peacocks, yes they used to have them when I worked at the theme parks. I thought those were different birds though. They look a little different than the ones we have.

Always cool with BBCs here brother. Unless they are running around with machetes attacking people 🩵
Bros, maybe one day if my wife agrees we will move there and I'll start up a new plumbing business.

Total opposite brother. I find it easy at home to be motivated and focused, but find commercial gyms distracting and very annoying if someone is using something I want. Hate sharing 🤣🩵
Amen to this! Love your home gym! I’m training at a semi-private gym at the moment, and it’s made me realise just how much time I waste waiting for machines at a regular gym 🤣

**Another 5kg increase this program cycle. Tough lift, not going say it was easy. Off floor was good, below knee to above knee was slow and a grind then end was strong as usual. Know where the weak point is, got to keep working on it.

Shrugs 10x100,122,142,152,162,172.5kg
**Easy through most sets. Last set was not as clean as I would like. Do this again in 3 weeks.

Narrow pulldown 4x15x55kg
**Great finisher. Really felt a burn in the upper lats in the last few reps.

Love that.

Much Love Evo Fam 🩵.

Test E - Easy pin again left quad

Deca - Not today

EQ - Another easy one in right quad.

HGH - 3iu. This has been moved back to evening/night. Better sleep last night despite deadlifts. Using nasal strip's and this reduced snoring significantly.

Overall - After yesterday's session I should not have recovered as well as I have as the day progressed. Got love that as a result.

**I have a high protien, lower carb and fat diet as I have found this is what works for me. Yes, I have tried higher carbs, didn't work well 😁😘

Sleep
6 hours. A work in progress. Deadlifts definitely helped wreck this one a bit.

Training
Rest Day. Need this, really stiff from deadlifts today.

Daily thoughts
It is a quiet day so I will give a bit of a medical update today.
For those who have been following I will quickly recap:
September 2025 caught Covid (we think), complicated into pneumonia and myocarditis. 10 days in CCU, 3 heart failure incidents. Ejection Fraction of 32% in Left Ventricle.

I made an exceptional recovery to December 2025 and started back training Jan 2026.
I won't elaborate further as it's all in the first part of my log.
Anyway in Jan 2025 my meds list was:
Bisoproloi Fumerate
Dapagliflozin propanedoil
Apixiban
Digoxin
Frusemide
Spironlactone
Valsartan
Amiodarone
Prednisolone 50,37,25,20,15,14,13,12mg
Resprim Forte
Certirizine Hydrochloride

As of today that is now reduced to:
Bisoproloi Fumerate
Dapagliflozin propanedoil
Apixiban

That is 1x BP, 1x blood thinner, 1x beta blocker. I doubt I will be off these anytime soon.
BP is constantly below 130/70 even on cycle.
I have an echo cardiogram in July, but I am probably in better condition now than ever.

I didn't do anything fancy. I obeyed my Dr's, took all of my medications, cross referenced and re-checked every med with any AAS before I started to find any possible issues. Trained hard, rested when I had to. Stopped all alcohol.

Always believed I would get better and better.

Think I am in the clear Evo.

Much Love Evo Fam 🩵.
