Approved Log First Cycle Log - Back into the game

I have read and read and read so many logs. Listen to the podcast everyday on my drive home from work. Do independent research. Will admit, I know nothing compared to you guys and that’s why I’m here. For guidance.

I used Peds when I was way younger. I have began training again for 6 months now. Diet is steady, not locked in but definitely steady which means I cook all my meals and eat them but here and there I’ll eat out with my family.
Training is 3 days because that’s the fine balance between work, family and kids and their sports. I do have a gym at work I’ve been thinking of joining for small micro sessions.

I want to start with 300 test and leave it at that for 10weeks. Then cycle off.

I have Aromasin on hand just in case.

How old are you mate?
300mg Test is good for a first cycle but I think you might benefit from something like Reta with TRT at around 125mg/week (I see your Test level is at the lower range) for a few months first to drop the body fat and take advantage of a test cycle more (with less E2 conversion when your BF is lower)
Are you done with kids? Depending on your age TRT might be better option to keep you within normal levels rather than PCT

Welcome to the EVO family bro! Thanks for posting your pics as well it looks like you have a good base physique and muscle mass to cut body fat like you mentioned and show off the hard earned muscle you both have and will build more of.

If I split dose two days a week, but put myself in a Kcal deficit, will I not take advantage of the 10 week cycle to its max ?
This will depend on your log after we've seen your diet, training and supps for a few weeks. It's great you have a baseline bloodwork for us to work with too.

Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:

to start off lets dial in the basics, to get 300mgs of test we should be aiming for 12 weeks minimum and we can have light addition to it like retatrutide
but dialing in diet training is crucial before the start

Bloods
Your test is low average so you can do a cycle no issues imo

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger

@Ilio_009 you will learn a lot listening to podcasts and I'm glad that I've been able to help you with that. The other way you can learn, of course, is through trial and error, by actually doing these steroids and learning how they work. There's no better time than to start now

Training is 3 days because that’s the fine balance between work, family and kids and their sports. I do have a gym at work I’ve been thinking of joining for small micro sessions.

I want to start with 300 test and leave it at that for 10weeks. Then cycle off.

I have Aromasin on hand just in case.

the pct is good. i would keep clomid, nolvadex at low doses. don't go overboard with them or you will feel a lot of sides.. 10-20mgs max per day @Ilio_009

and the bp high too high you likely need to watch the sodium

I was planning to rerun bloods at week 7-8 but I started noticing some stagnant feeling and stagnant libido. And who would have guessed listinging to your body is the best idea. E2 is high !

Okay yes, I will lock it in for EVO. I’m out of town for the next 4 days for my birthday but will clean it up and log once back. And share with log.
 
Yes I started taking Aromasin 6.25 every other day. And boy did I come back to life. I didn’t realize how hard the spike was hitting me.

Starting Week 10 and feeling great overall. Strength, fullness, mood, energy, and pumps are all noticeably up. Biggest surprise has honestly been the HCG from @US-pharmacies . Libido is officially out of control and the boys are back online. Definitely glad I added it in because it’s made the whole protocol feel way more balanced.

Question for you guys on PCT: when the time comes, what would you recommend for a clean transition off?

Also, food question: I’m starting to struggle finishing some of the bigger meals. Would it work the same if I broke the same total calories/macros into smaller portions but ate more frequently throughout the day?

Can’t wait to cut !!
