Thanks bro. Im considering adding a few extras around the end of the month. Was thinking about getting some bulk powders and caps to save on money in the long run.

Currently though, protein is all that matters.
You certainly do have a good setup.

8 days off gh, tightness in calves is gone for the most part. Ankles are still fairly swollen. I believe it was a group effort from the stack that made it so bad, but will be off gh for min another week to assess how much it contributed.

What all are the options for edema on cycle? Supplement, compound and Rx wise?

Yea buddy.

Its going pretty good, was doing some demo work today. Lats good, but the discs took a hit. Do to the shoddy work of the last guy i had to catch a 70lb sheet of tile and cement board while sideways on a ladder. Better my back than marks on a $7k fireplace. 😩

Lets get spaghetti and DEXA scans together. Lol
 
swollen ankle sounds like water retention, have you done you bloods lately to check your hormones?
Yupp had bloods done recently, which ive clearly forgot to repost my old ones. Currently waiting on my E2 LC/MS results though for last weeks though. When i increased everything a week ago (EQ included) i also added arimidex as well.

Update:
Doing some renos at the fams. Removing the stone and cement board and enlarging the frame for the bigger fireplace. Due to the shoddy framing, i had the opportunity to catch a 60-70lb sheet of stone, mortar and cement board while turned sideways on a ladder. I then had to get to the ground and twist and rip the still attacked stud out with it.

Needless to say, my discs took a hit but its not pinched or anything. Going to call a rest day.

Update:
Doing some renos at the fams. Removing the stone and cement board and enlarging the frame for the bigger fireplace. Due to the shoddy framing, i had the opportunity to catch a 60-70lb sheet of stone, mortar and cement board while turned sideways on a ladder. I then had to get to the ground and twist and rip the still attacked stud out with it.

Needless to say, my discs took a hit but its not pinched or anything. Going to call a rest day.

Got my macros in, but id say this was the dirtiest day so far. :LOL:. Just some quick arms tonight.

8 days off gh, tightness in calves is gone for the most part. Ankles are still fairly swollen. I believe it was a group effort from the stack that made it so bad, but will be off gh for min another week to assess how much it contributed.

What all are the options for edema on cycle? Supplement, compound and Rx wise?

So im calling another rest day. The demo for my fams house has involved more hammering, chiseling and prying. My lats got some soreness, its not crazy bad but this is when to show restraint and especially so on 1.4g of gear. Lol

@HarleyGuy as for legs i should be back intown for tomorrow night, so a wicked leg workout is enroute.

Plan is midnight legs friday night amd lats/back sat/sun. Might chest/shoulder sat.

Was excited for night lift as im finally back intown for a couple nights, but by then end of day, my feet were swollen as shit. Aint no way id be walkin home. Lol. Ill post a pic.

Ive started furosemide to combat this and ill pick up potassium tomorrow. Hopefully they are in better shape tomorrow night and ill run a longer workout. On a side note, i am home now so i got my meal preps and 4lbs of ground chicken to cook.

Im upping arimidex, incase its my e2 causing this as im still waiting for my e2 sensitive results.

Any ideas? No gh for 8 days now. Ill post my bloods tomorrow, ill set a reminder lol.

I'm going to say the swelling might be diet related and hgh related. :D drop the HGh and I wouldn't play with arimidex tbh maybe not an E2 issue @Shakey

I dropped gh completely 12 days ago(wrote 8 by mistake). I believe i had water retention for weeks as i remember thinking my feet were bigger, and there was tightness in my calves even before going full bore.

So before the dirty bulk diet. Only change was adding 200mg eq 6 weeks ago to rehab cycle. Ive also had huge sodium intake before but never had water retention.

It definitely got better dropping gh, like better colouring and with my feet up, swelling goes down mostly by morning.

Yea, actually raised eq to 350mg.

I read gh water sides can take 1-3 weeks. The diets probably not helping, ill done eating cleaner for a few eats atleast. I may have to bring food out to the fams place i guess.

you increased eq to 350 and added arimidex? this is a VERY bad idea you will crash e2 and get really nasty sides from it, low e2 is nothing to mess with @Shakey

I started arimidex 12days ago at 0.5mg. No problems yet. Bloods were taken before arimidex. Just awaiting my e2 sensitive.

Low e2 actually increases my anticonvulsants strength where as high e2 lowers it and is riskier so low is technically "preferable". At 267 e2, there was a noticeable dip in my one med on blood work.

700mgs test is a good dose but if you have 350 eq and .5mgs arimidex will crash @Shakey

No e2 effects my meds.
High e2 = less seizure control
Low e2 = stronger seizure control

Crashing e2 could "theoretically" present with a rash for me as it could simulate a large dose increase, but itd have to be quite a large crash, not a sudden drop.

Low e2 strengthening your seizure control is the kind of individual data point that overrides every generic AI dose guide out there brother 💪

Update:
I appears i passed out before i could post my log last night. I spent nearly almost all of yrsrerday with my feet and ill be doing the same (mostly today. Im starting to get pissy after one thing and another was keeping my from lifting. I finally got back intown to smash out lefs at the gym friday and my legs were way to swole to be walking so i decided to have my feet up most the weekend. See if itll help much.

I have compression socks and potassium arriving today.

Ill be back out at the fams to frame the fireplace and shiplap the damn thing after squaring it up. Thia means ill atleast have a cable machine i can still lift midnight lift and dont have to walk.

I was told theres an ankle strap so ill work out how to do some lefs on cables tonight. Get this shit rolling.

Decided that as soon as protein king is over, ill be scaling nack to 50% food intake for a few days.

For protein king, the steamed cakes i made when i woke briefly early morning yesterday so forgot the pic of those, and toast i dipped in my soup. Utterly killed breaky though.

Correction, i couldnt walk to gym friday as my legs were too swollen. Mustve been how i wrote it half asleep this morning. I ve had my legs up almost all weekend to help ot recede as fast as possible. Considering a full body tonight. 1 exercise per muscle. To make up for lost time.

Well boys, im becoming elderly. Socks feel good and ill start 99mg potassium citrate twice daily.

Helluva time getting em on at the end of day though.
Atta boy. Take 200mg while using the lasix for edema.

Lasix 20mg twice a day for 3-4 days then check edema
Then 20mg ED until edema is gone and a few days after that too.

Don't wanna mess with edema and keep electrolytes pumping while running it too.
