Had some voltaren and Ibuprofen and just relaxed for the morning,
But still got myself into the gym for my Priming session for game day tomorrow,
It generally low effort/low weights as is,
So I just toned it down further and went through the movements,

Body was greatful for it after the fact.

Home and finished off the lawns,
Cooler weather means they don't need to be done very frequently,

Onto my game, and it was obvious I carried in some fatigue from the week,
As the body felt sluggish to begin with,
And I was feeling more tired and heavy legged during the game than usual,
However I still personally had a pretty alright game,

The pre game electrolytes mix is sitting at 4g Sodium Bicarb,
3g Potassium Bicarb and 1.5g Salt,
Still mixed into 1L of water and sipped on 90minutes leading up to the game,
Then I take 25mg Slu-pp-332 and 10mg Carderine 20minutes before starting.

The team as a whole, Probably played 60% of our capabilities,
But we won by 67 points nonetheless,
Takes the years W:L now to 4 & 3

I hung around for an hour after my game but left to home to hang out with the family,

Sets the day up well.

Grabbed a coffee on the way,
And watched the kids plays,

Onto my game, and it was obvious I carried in some fatigue from the week,
As the body felt sluggish to begin with,

Up and attem pre work for my morning pins,
Have recently swapped from pinning with 2 separate pins to just putting both oils into 1 slin,
Nice change up,
But found I've been getting sime PiP the day or 2 after,
Not sure if it's cause of using 27g over 29g, or the added volume of oil.
However nothing too terrible to deal with.

Work was a slow bore again today,
And then off to gym straight after,
Monday sessions involve a flush run (I do it on the spin bike)

Cruisy afternoon after the fact,

That turned full ADHD mode where I decided to finally do the bulk lot of weeds out the front of the house that I have been putting off for weeks, when the sun had gone down, so it was done in poor visibility, will see how it actually looks tomorrow. πŸ€ͺ🫑


Peptide Update -
Going to slowly titrate my Reta up .5mg every dose over the next few weeks also, try find a new steady dose.

Still running Klow at 2.5mg GHK-CU, 500mcg BPC,TB,KPV,
It's doing it's thing,
And definitely helping my football recover,
And I'm not sure if placebo but the loose skin issues I was having seemed to have tightened up a bit.

MT2 I ran at 250mcg for 7 days, then went to maintenance dose of s 1x a week 250mcg, for 2 weeks,
But going to stretch that out to a 1x 250mcg dose once a fortnight, as I was getting to dark too quickly.

Up and attem pre work for my morning pins,
Have recently swapped from pinning with 2 separate pins to just putting both oils into 1 slin,
Nice change up,
But found I've been getting sime PiP the day or 2 after,
Not sure if it's cause of using 27g over 29g, or the added volume of oil.
However nothing too terrible to deal with.

Work was a slow bore again today,
And then off to gym straight after,
Monday sessions involve a flush run (I do it on the spin bike)

That turned full ADHD mode where I decided to finally do the bulk lot of weeds out the front of the house that I have been putting off for weeks, when the sun had gone down, so it was done in poor visibility, will see how it actually looks tomorrow. πŸ€ͺ🫑

Going to slowly titrate my Reta up .5mg every dose over the next few weeks also, try find a new steady dose.

Still running Klow at 2.5mg GHK-CU, 500mcg BPC,TB,KPV,
It's doing it's thing,
And definitely helping my football recover,
And I'm not sure if placebo but the loose skin issues I was having seemed to have tightened up a bit.

MT2 I ran at 250mcg for 7 days, then went to maintenance dose of s 1x a week 250mcg, for 2 weeks,
But going to stretch that out to a 1x 250mcg dose once a fortnight, as I was getting to dark too quickly.

I like the cardarine addition for the endurance. Do you notice it? Also, do you think your endurance was better before or after test and Reta?
I saw your rhr changes and wondered how’s that working for you. Mines slightly elevated compared to base but not as drastic.

They're elevated but i don't believe it's effected my cardio/Endurance at all,

Both knees feeling fatigued which is odd, bit sore, but doesn't feel muscular or structural.. so quite literally just fatigued..

Both the kids won their games,
The 2nd eldest got best on ground for his game and kicked 2 goals. πŸ’ͺ

My game,
We won by 41 points, over my old team,
That takes our W:L ratio to 5:3 for the year after starting 0:2,
2 of the 3 losses we only went down by a couple goals,
So promising signs ahead.
Currently sitting 3rd on the ladder.

I didn't kick a goal (missed just),
But got mentioned as one the better performers.

We have a Bye round next weekend,

While your out of maxalt, grab her some voltaren rapid 25. Almost guarantee it will at least help..

Worked my way down to 81, then back up to 88, pretty amazing the ol body.

Day #3 of wife being down with a migraine,
And the car with all the kids carseats was in being serviced,
So it was a day of being stuck inside, couldn't even get out to get a coffee, πŸ’€πŸ’€
ultimately also not making it to gym again for the 2nd time this week.

The late night finish of work, + kids over night + up early with kids,
Lack of sleep slowly catching up, this week.

But can't do much about it unfortunately.
